“They have great prices, the sushi is really good, and the service is fantastic! They are always quick when we place orders for pickup and never miss anything in the order. We have dined in and frequently get orders to go. We've tried other sushi places nearby, but the other place in Wilsonville is much more expensive, much slower and really tight quarters to dine in. I think the other place has better Philly rolls, but my husband likes Sushi Track's spicy tuna rolls better. So comparing food is a toss up. All of their sushi here is really good, so considering the better prices and better service on top of it... this is our favorite choice in Wilsonville!“
“Highly recommend the food. The service staff seem to be evolving and not particularly well trained. Our server was ten days old. Part of the order forgotten. But, when asked about items on the menu, “I really don't know” was the standard answer. But you can trust this, everything was so fresh and yummy.“
“Inviting ambiance. Polite servers. Amazing food. Easy parking lot parking. I stopped by at 4pm on a Sunday afternoon and it was surprisingly busy. I was quickly seated and ordered the Sake Aisuru Don and edamame. The Sake Aisuru Don (salmon sashimi, salmon belly, and minced salmon over rice) was extremely fresh. The meats were so refreshing and filling. The soft and silky salmon meats made my tastebuds sing. The edamame was portioned well and the light salt was nice. I'm pleased to have had an experience that makes me want to return!“
“We finally decided to try this place since they recently opened to support local businesses and we are so glad we did! We did not try any of the Sushi but the noodle dishes and the beef brisket noodle soup were delicious and flavorful. Everything was very tasty and the portions were large. We will be ordering from here again for sure and we’ll try their Sushi too next time. Definitely worth a try if you are looking for tasty noodle dishes.“
“Anyone can seemingly make sushi seem better by making it more complex, but the real test is whether they can take the simple and make it excellent. Sushi-Ki-ichi does just that. They stick to the simple offerings, leading to an experience that feels less Americanized than other Japanese restaurants. That's not to say I don't love some level of creativity, but you don't need it here. That's because the family that owns Sushi Ki-ichi wants to create an authentic meal - a notion that was confirmed for sure when we had a conversation with the owner. In fact, they take quality to the next level with their equipment and efforts they take to make sure that what they serve is the highest quality, including specific freezers for the fish. We didn't try Sushi Ki-ichi for the first couple of years because we figured that the previous restaurant, a Chinese buffet that had gone downhill and fallen off the cliff, had rebranded and reopened as something new. Now I feel that for those first couple of years, we missed out. This has quickly become my favorite place in Portland. I look forward to any trips I take across town from Vancouver to Tigard, and make a point to stop in and grab a bite.“

“Decided to try this place since it's kind of close to my work, and all the other sushi places around have been kind of disappointing (either too expensive or lacking quality). I got a California roll and an order of gyoza - calling it in was more cost effective than using Grub Hub/Door Dash etc. Service was super fast, prices AWESOME, and food was delicious! So much so, I ordered it two days in a row. Very impressed with this place, and I will without a doubt be back again.“

“Great little “hole in the wall” authentic Japanese sushi restaurant.The food was legit! But this is definitely not the place to go if you are in any kind of a hurry as the service is pretty slow. However, I believe that has more to do with the freshness and quality of the food they serve rather than the employees themselves, so it’s a fair trade off if you’re looking for something other than your average run of the mill sushi-go-round that you can find anywhere.Oddly enough, they take your order table side, but then immediately ask you to pay for your meal upfront before they will put your order in with the kitchen. Not necessarily a bad thing, just a bit odd.But the food here is top notch, with generous portion sizes too. I wouldn’t make a special trip, but it’s definitely worth stopping in for a visit if you are in the area.“
“Summery: I rated 5 stars for quality of freshness, taste, friendliness, amazing covered climate controlled environment, service speed, and price.I've gone here a handful of times and had the sushi burritos and the sushi donuts. They have tasty rolls, and you can order each option as a refreshing Poke bowl. The service is friendly, and I get my food quickly.Any option has been delicious. My personal favorite is the Tsunami, as a burrito. If you like a bit of spicy jalapeño, this sushi burrito is cool, fresh, delicious, along with a nice crunch from the cabbage. Exceptional.The environment is at Willamette Garage, which has an option for indoor eating with a bar attached. Great drinks, climate controlled.However, I'm drawn to their outdoor seating. It's covered with a roof, and the seating has options for benches with heater elements above or to sit at the benches with gas flame features. It's super nice, and I love the energy every time I'm there. Buzzing into the evening.“

I don’t care about your MSC-certification. Be clear and be honest about your sushi.It is a farmed fish. It has added color. For example, more than any other fish on the menu, its the almighty “King Salmon.” Color added through the food pellets they consume in water-pens. Period. Look it up yourself folks. That beautiful color isn’t so natural. Neither is that fat content.You should really consider where you eat with misinformation floating around like this…Ps: You’re probably just doing your job, but this this is not OK as a customer.“
“STANDARD SUSHINothing too fantastic about this spot, but worth giving a 5 star review. They get their fish from the same sushi supplier *most of the sushi bars get their fish from. If you want fish flown in from Japan overnight, you will need to check out the place in Sellwood or downtown Portland that ARE something special.But I digress…This place’s prices used to be high, but now they are just average and reasonable with the rest of the local spots increasing their prices dramatically over the last 3 years. I love their take on age dashi tofu and their real crab sunomono salad is the best in town. Their sushi is serviceable and I will get the creamy scallop roll or other creation on occasion.“
