“This was my second visit to Ripplewood Whiskey & Craft, and my first time experiencing their happy hour—and it did not disappoint. The menu had a great variety, and I enjoyed both the drinks and the pork bao buns.

A standout “happy accident” was ordering the pretzel rolls with truffle butter… absolutely amazing. That alone is worth coming back for.

The bartenders were attentive and provided great service throughout our visit. We also tried the deviled eggs, which were just okay for me—the mustard base was a bit too strong for my taste.

Overall, Ripplewood is a lovely spot with a relaxed vibe and nice outdoor seating in the back. It’s a great place for drinks, small bites, and a chill evening out.“

“We started off at the bar for drinks and an app. Drinks were unique and delicious. Oysters were served with a restaurant made fermented hot sauce. We moved from bar to table with a bottle of wine. Portions for dinner were large enough to share. Again we enjoyed unique finishes and flavors on dishes designed to spark the taste buds. Dessert and after dinner drinks capped off a well rounded and delicious experience. The service was top notch with all staff able to offer explanations and suggestions of the menu items.“

“I came here for the second time with my younger sister on a random weekday night. The server / bartender was super welcoming and so thoughtful! She was always consistently checking in with us. My sister and I got mocktails which were pretty good, not too tart, not too sweet. We both got smash burgers which were decent. It wasn't too greasy or messy, which is appreciated. “I didn't realize I've never left a review but my husband and I have been coming here regularly for over 4 years. There are baristas that have been here for that long and are amazing. They are so so nice. I've been coming here with my newborn and now she'll be four and they truly embody the concept of a third space for everyone including rambunctious toddlers. They have never made us feel less welcome for our child being a child and have always made us and our children feel welcome no matter what. The coffee/barista talent speaks for itself, we have definitely been to hundreds, if not thousands, of coffee shops around the world between the two of us and definitely we always compare it to this gem! They have really cool events as well I've been to a couple of poetry nights. I don't drink alcohol but it being open late makes it a great place to have an evening tea or read a book in a different evening atmosphere.“

The place is so cozy and comfortable. The staff is absolutely accommodating attentive, friendly and fast.

I don't drink alcohol, but my husband does. He loved his drink and I had an amazing mocktail. Sadly, I have no idea what my husband got. All I remember is that it had a stick that was smoking 😂. I got something with berries which was absolutely delicious.“

“We happened upon this place from an on-line search. If you dine here, you won't be disappointed!!!!. One of our party has celiac disease and the chef came out to personally discuss her preferences. A couple of us ordered the tuna. It was perfectly cooked. Another had the Lobster Risotto, with an ample portion of lobster. Our server was top notch. We would return in a New York minute.“

It's really noisy and space is tight, and every once in a while I meet someone new for an interesting conversation. Excellent drink selection, steady cigar selection with rotating stock, live music on certain nights, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and to top it all off one of the best smoke ventilation systems around!“

My husband also asked for poblano pepper in his, and they accommodated his request. The restaurant is warm and inviting with exposed brick. Prices are very reasonable and the servings were generous. “Took my husband here to celebrate his birthday. I started off with the fried green tomato tower, all the different flavors was like a party in my mouth. Next I had the lemon, dill salmon, I'm not a huge fan of asparagus but that was nicely cooked and tasted good. A nice size homade biscuit and jam. My husband had the smoked mac n cheese, the catfish po boy and spinach. The spinach was nicely seasoned and tasted so fresh. This was our first time here and we will definitely be going back.“
