Some reviews say manager is rude but it is more no nonsense, keeps things moving as fast as possible. We make an annual visit to the area and this restaurant is our must do.“

The food arrived, and it was EXACTLY like it's pictured on all the sites! The portions were perfect at an extremely reasonable price (better quality and taste than fast food joints, but easier on my wallet)!! Thankfully we had an entirely different experience.

Megan was one of the nicest servers we've encountered in any of our restaurant visits.
She was attentive. She was pleasant.

And our food also came out in a timely manner. We didn't feel rushed and we didn't feel forgotten about. Appetizers. Full meals. Dessert. All delivered perfectly orchestrated.

We had the most pleasant experience and we would go back to the Highbridge House, maybe even calling ahead to see if Megan L was available.

Douglas makes you feel like family and treats you as if you are. The renovation only amplifies how amazing this place is.
