From start to finish, everything was seamless thanks to our amazing coordinator, Aline, who was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, organized, and always one step ahead. Everyone at the venue was kind, professional, and made sure our day went perfectly with zero hiccups.

The team even upgraded us to a larger ballroom at no extra cost, which was such a thoughtful surprise and made the celebration feel even more special. The food was absolutely delicious, and the suite provided for the night was stunning - elegant, comfortable, and the perfect way to end the evening.

The hotel’s location in Old Montreal and its gorgeous interior design, especially that iconic staircase, made for breathtaking photos that we’ll treasure forever. “The Goldfish are addictive, and the cocktails always impeccable. This place specializes in perfectly balanced long drinks, in particular cocktails mixed in Mason jars, such as their perfect classic mojito. We've been coming for years; it's a mandatory visit every time we're in Montreal. In fact, they inspired a major part of our cocktail program at our own cocktail bar (RIP This End Up). I hope La Distillerie lives on forever. Chin chin!!!

J’ai commander le drink Preach’s peach pour sa composition et le magnifique verre annoncé sur le menu (flamingo). Malheureusement, le drink n’a pas été servi dans le verre tant attendu. Dans ce genre d’endroit, la présentation fait toute la différence pour justifier un cocktail à 25$. J’aurais apprécier qu’on me renseigne que le verre n’était pas disponible ce soir-là. J’aurais probablement opter vers un autre cocktail à un prix plus modeste. Ceci dit, le goût était bon. Nous ne recommandons pas les spritz sans alcool qui sont à notre goût fade et simplement amer. Un ajout de sirop simple pourrait probablement balancer l’amerture de ce drink qui est normalement délicieux avec du mousseux, bien entendu. Pour terminer, le cocktail bleu dont je ne me souvient plus le nom était le highlight de la soirée. Je retournerais au MilkyWay pour retenter l’expérience :) Au plaisir,“

“I have to give the food a 5 star. Honestly I went to Names at the beginning of the summer and I haven't stopped raving about how great it was. We had the entrecôte, osso bucco, Asparagus and a few more appetizers. We also order two bottles of wine and it came up to around 350$. We found that to be a great price since we were a group of three people. The ambiance was really cool, very much a neighbourhood vibe. It's a great place to bring friends or family visiting the city! Can't wait to go back ?“

Best bar in Montreal, hands down. And trust me, we’ve done the research. Jesse had already clocked out, but still dove into the depths of the back room to find a bottle of Japanese whiskey my husband ordered. Man was off the clock and still giving 110%. Legend status unlocked.

And let’s not forget Shane -funny, welcoming, and clearly running on vibes and pure charisma. Between him and Jesse, this place is basically the Avengers of bartending.

The atmosphere? Immaculate. But the real MVPs are the staff. Friendly, hilarious, and somehow all have the vibe of your funniest friend who also makes great cocktails. They’re the heartbeat of this place. I’d protect them with my life.

If you’re in Montreal and don’t come here.. rethink your life choices. This bar will change your life. You’ll leave buzzed, blessed, and maybe a little in love (probably with Jesse… or Shane).“

“I went there with friends and the doorman was so nice, I shook his hand and he thanked us for being so respectful, the staff was great in general, we left generous tips to bartenders for being so professional and the cocktails were absolutely delicious, even the alcohol-free drinks were incredible. My favourite bar, we had a blast at the thursday night karaoke and we plan on coming back even just for quiet drink or dates. Thank you Turbo Haus!“

“Date night with wife. Walked in around midnight on a Friday and was seated right away at the bar. Bartender was super friendly. Made me a few cocktails that were off menu. We ordered the popcorn (crazy good) and the beef tartar (also very good). We had such a good time that we went back the next night and had the popcorn again and tried the kale caesar which was also outstanding. All of the cocktails were excellent on the menu as well. Great spot!!“

“It can be a quiet intimate place or crowded. It really depends on the night and if there is a big event in town. The bar tenders are hysterical. Sylvain and Johanne have been there for a long time and they always remember us when we come back which is once a year. The drinks and service are excellent. We had a green tea & black tea(do not remember the names but it was a matcha & heavenly…) and these were both good. I was disappointed because I had to request milk and when they brought it out it was cold. Who wants to cool down their tea… please warm it up on the future. Out of the 3 tiers, the scones were our favourite with the jams. The desert was the worst, only appreciated 1 out of the tray & the sandwiches were ok. The atmosphere and decor were great. It’s definitely something to experience tea time.“

We stopped in before a show to have a nice meal and we were not disappointed. We started with a glass of wine and oysters as they have a special on Wednesdays. The mignonette was delicious and the oysters were ice cold and fresh. We then shared the Kar-age which is a fried chicken appetizer 10/10. Our waiter Kevin 10/10 helped us navigate the sushi which was absolutely amazing! The cherry blossom tree is a very cool design element.
If you’re down in the village it’s definitely worth a trip!“

“Probably my favourite bar of all time, the atmosphere is great , the staff is awesome, the drinks are good and cheap and karaoke is always fun! Only downside tho has to be the security. I got my bag stolen a few weeks ago ( I'm not blaming the staff , its my bad for leaving my stuff unsupervised). The staff was nothing but sweet and helpful but did mention that the person that stole my stuff ( and 2 other bags the same night) stole in the bar numerous times before, and that even the security guard was aware. I filed a police report on my side, but Its a bit icky to have regular customers get their stuff stolen or damaged when they could just kick a known repeat offender out .. will not be attending the bar anymore but genuinely awesome place, just be careful with your stuff :))“

L'équipe est vraiment sympathique et à l'écoute. Le service est rapide et les cocktails sont délicieux et super beaux. Ils ont même des options sans alcool pour satisfaire tout le monde.

La cuisine y est délicieuse et magnifiquement présentée par leurs staff de cuisine qui prennent le temps de soigner nos assiettes. Des options végétariennes sont même disponibles.
J'ai eu un coup de cœur pour leur poêlée de champignons et leurs desserts savoureux.

Je recommande vivement que ce soit pour un groupe ou une personne seule, impossible de s'ennuyer, l'ambiance et le décor sauront vous charmer.

“Finally got to check this spot out in the summer after hearing much hype. It's difficult to gauge if it lived up to it just because of how much hype there was, but if not it came close. This place has a unique location as it is placed in the middle of a residential neighborhood. The elongated layout allows it to fit into the grid while allowing a fairly large capacity across the two rooms. Riverside doesn't bother with a house cocktail menu, but the bartenders are skilled with any of your classic cocktails you enjoy. The prices are about where you'd expect them to be at such an establishment. This place maintains a presentable atmosphere and is overall a great place to mingle. That being said, expect a congested crowd in peak hours. See you next summer, Riverside!“
