They’re literally just cookie dough, but I do like how they have that cookie dough feeling.”

“On 10/4/25 we placed an order for our 11 yr old daughter (30 minis) to take to school for her BETA Club. To make a long story short the employee working that night didn't want to bake the cookies and tried to cancel the online order. Manager got involved after we left the store and promised the cookies to us the same night. Sent a family member to pick the cookies up since we don't live near the store. Thinking the cookies were lovely like they usually are she didn't check them. They looked raggedy and I guess that employee didn't like being forced to do her job. Contacted the manager with a picture of the mess & was directed back to the store. New day, new staff. I was greeted by Josie & Oliver who proved to be amazing young adults. They handled the situation like true professionals. I went in feeling let down and unappreciated as a customer. When I left I was happy and smiling. Thank you to the manager, Josie & Oliver for making right what was once wrong. To the female who tried to steal my joy & break the spirit of an 11 yr. old, customer service is an art form and you do not possess the skills required. Customer service is for those who care and obviously you don't. Hopefully the next time we visit Crumbl you won't be there because you definitely can not help me with anything.”

“We went for lunch and were lucky to get the last table outside. The atmosphere was great. Even though it was very busy, the service was excellent and Anne Marie was outstanding. We had the chicken ranch wrap and sweet potato fries, both were delicious with generous portions and a fair price. Refills came quickly without having to ask. We will definitely be back.”

As for food, the menu changes seasonally, so I was lucky enough to try my all-time favorites—the duck wings & mushrooms—while trying some new ones! “I wanted to rave about the manager, Eddie, and chef, Jonathan. On Friday, I inquired about accommodating my stringent dietary restrictions, and they proactively exceeded expectations. My requirements included the exclusive use of pure olive oil in the preparation of my meal. Initially, I expressed concern that my options might be limited to broccoli and a simple salad. Manager Eddie assured me that this was unacceptable and suggested I contact the chef the following day to discuss my needs. Following this conversation, Chef Jonathan promptly developed a suitable solution. I ordered the brick chicken, prepared using only olive oil, rosemary, and thyme—a dish perfectly aligned with my dietary limitations. The meal was exquisite, and I thoroughly enjoyed dining with my friends. accommodate my very strict food intolerances, and they went out of their way to do just that. I needed my dishes to be cooked in pure olive oil, amongst other things. At first, I told Eddie it looked like I could only have broccoli and a salad with minimal toppings. He said, "You can't come here and just eat salad and broccoli." He then said to call the next day, and he would get the chef on the phone to discuss my food concerns. I called the next day, and Jonathan quickly had an idea. I ordered the brick chicken, which only had olive oil, rosemary, and thyme. Exactly what I was able to eat. It was delicious, and I was so thrilled to eat out with my friends. I so appreciate both of them going out of their way for me.”

You can get food up there too although the menu is slightly limited and more geared towards small plates-- which makes sense for a rooftop anyway! In the main dining area service is excellent. Came here on a late Friday night around 10pm. There was only one person waiting to place an order in front of me. After I placed my order, the line grew by about 3-4 people. The person who order after me order the same meal I order plus extras but somehow got their food first.
I kept getting told my food is “about to come out” or it’s “right here” but the employee kept going back and forth. After having already waited like 20 mins.
By the time I got my food it was lukewarm but I needed to get on the road.”

Everything on the platter was flavorful, juicy, and grilled to perfection. You could taste the authentic spices in every bite. My daughters especially loved the Veg Samosas, crispy, hot, and filled with delicious spiced potatoes and peas. As usual, they were perfect. It’s our favorite every time we visit! We also tried the Garlic Naan and Cheese Naan both were fresh, soft, and went so well with the meal. The staff was super kind. Definitely one of our favorite places for Indian food. “I never leave reviews, but this place is just too good to not share. The drinks are unique and delicious (My favorite is the Island Boi, or the Orange Creamsicle one, or maybe the Coco Loco one 😂😂). And the food is incredible! I’ve never had anything there that I didn’t love. My favorites are the hush puppies, hummus, Veg Fil A sandwich, and the rice and beans bowl. This time when we went, the chef added protein crumbles, nacho cheese, and green onions on top and it was even better. My son loves the Hoot sandwich and he’s 10 years old and usually non-vegan….so that’s a huge compliment to the flavor of that sandwich. On top of all this, the place is just cool. The atmosphere is so comfortable and inviting, like I could stay all night if I didn’t have to put my kid to bed! 🤣 I just really love this place and I’m so glad to see it added to our neighborhood!!”

“My waitress was Corey a slim light skinned guy with dreads. He was rude the whole night. We first entered the restaurant there was hardly nobody there he told us it will be a 15min wait. So we sat down and waited in about 10mins 3 people passed us and went and sat down so I got up and told him then he rudely seated us. As we ordered he was looking at the game on the television and gave us no eye contact. I asked for 2 unsweet teas 1 with no ice I got two sweet teas, I told him that it was sweet an I wanted unsweetened but my husband said that he would keep his sweet tea. So the waitress picked it up and brought me a sweet tea again this time with ice when I asked for no ice. So the second time I decided to just let it sit there because he seemed upset. I placed my order and asked for an extra side of potatoes, he said they come in 3 so I said ok I want it. Then my husband asked do potatoes come with his order and the waiter said “yes do you want to add extra” my husband said “naw I’m good” when the order came I had only 3 potatoes which is what comes with the order, my husband had four potatoes that’s three that come with the order and one extra. I looked at the receipt and saw that he charged both of us for an extra order of potatoes. I told him that I don’t have an extra order in mine, and that my husband didn’t order an extra side but if he did, he should have gotten three potatoes, not one extra . He said “yes he did ask for extra” we both said no he didn’t. and he ran to the back talking loud i can hear him say “bro I swear they ordered extra potatoes. We don’t say anything else. We know what we ordered he was too busy watching the TV while we were ordering . He brought the ticket to the table and told us we can pay up front. He didn’t say thank you, have a good night or nothing he never looked back our way. he never even apologized for bringing me sweet tea both times with ice. We left him a $10 tip although he didn’t deserve a dime but he could have gotten more. I’m just not the type to leave nothing. His attitude was so nasty I will not go there again!”

“I’ve been patronizing this business for over a year and I must say it never disappoints. The wings are always just right; not too crispy nor undercooked. My favorite sauce is kickin bourbon with waffle fries. I enjoy the fries but portion SB larger for me.
And the best asset is Jonathan; always friendly, greeting you with a smile and knows his regulars. I’ve come in when he’s the only one on duty and the service is always superb. I’ll see you again in 2 weeks as is my norm; passing other wings establishments along the way .”

“Aaliyah and Angie were our attentive servers during a Sunday brunch buffet, and there is really something for everyone at this classy buffet style brunch. Lots of fresh assorted pastries, and Southern comfort foods, but healthy options as well. Meaning you can get fresh biscuits & gravy, chicken & waffles, as well as plenty of vegetarian options.
Tim is the GM and it was very evident he wants the customers to have an outstanding meal and experience. This is truly my favorite brunch in Columbia by a large margin. The price point is great as well, being that it is just high enough to be a value, but not be a “Golden Corral” population. So it’s very tasteful, and my wife and I will bring family and friends here in the future as the offerings change weekly. While I rarely drink, if I did then I would be impressed by their ambitious selection of unique cocktails, or variations of your favorites.
