They seem to have the secret sauce when it comes to, well-- everything. No, not their polonisian (but it's good!). Their intentionality, their STANDARD, their people, and their people's commitment to their standard is truly worthy of imitation. But there are few others. It's no surprise to me now WHY their line wraps around their buildings EVERYDAY. But it moves quickly! 🚗💨 Yes, their chicken is good but an "everyday" visit for lunch just doesn't have the same feel at other places -- EVERYday. Chic filet is consistent. Go! You will see agreement IN ACTION between their people and Chic filet's standard that dictates that smooth flow of service for you every time. In contrast, the spirit of our now 'severed world' dictates that people act according to their "rights". But actually "rights" must be rooted in WHAT is RIGHT because RIGHT HAS A STANDARD. Just like at Chick-fil-A a person can't just do whatever he or she FEELS is right (to them) or the flow is sure to be compromised -- for the whole team! 😔 So thank you Chick-fil-A for being such a wonderful example ❤️. “There is a manager on morning shift, that throughout time knows my order and how I want it. I order usually the same thing every morning, and it’s always delicious. Cheesy fiesta potato burrito with no tomato add creamy jalapeño sauce. This is the best Taco Bell location and shout out to the manager Karissa (hopefully that’s how you spell it.) for being the friendliest person and understanding person. She definitely deserves a raise in my book. If you want an unparalleled experience I highly recommend the Taco Bell in Hixson on 153.“

“Big Chicken has become one of my favorite frequent spots. My typical go to meal is an order of Dunks (with Big Chicken sauce) and a large Mtn Dew. As I arrive to claim my mobile order, I’m often greeted with sweet smiles and serving hands. The atmosphere is incredible, as I often use this place to study my Bible on my lunch break. I have to personally speak on certain people who really brighten up my day! Arielle is a motivated hard worker - she goes above and beyond whether it's meal delivery or being inside at the register, doing drinks or at the window. Her warm smile and eagerness to serve is top tier! Daneriya is another favorite who I enjoy seeing each time I come to dine in! She has such a lovely and beautiful spirit! Very positive and focused when it comes to the early morning rush she goes above and beyond, more than what I expect!!! Jamie is such a hard worker as well! Making sure that everything is in order while also having a true genuine heart and utmost compassion when she speaks to the employees. She has even personally prayed for me when I was going through a hard time. I thank her for that! She really takes the time to talk even if it's just for a second which I admire so very much! I absolutely love seeing Ashton in the mornings, he always has one of the biggest and brightest smiles that you can't help but to smile back even if you aren't a morning person. Lol. Valeria is indeed professional, hardworking and keeps everything in alignment along side with Katherine! They both are excellent with their customer service! I can't forget about David! One of the most important leaders that doesn't just tell people what they need to do but he actually puts in the work and goes out the way to serve the customers with whatever they need. There are other employees I have spoken to that really make this establishment feel like home. They know exactly who they are and their hearts are so beautiful and pure! The atmosphere is pleasant and I definitely feel God whenever I am dining in. Don't hesitate to work here or even sit down to eat with family and friends early mornings on your day off! 10/10 one of the best places to visit or work!!!“

“This location has 2 ladies that work the front of house and grill that make this place the best Krystal location in town. The store is clean, the service is with real effort and the food is perfect. When a Krystal burger is cooked right, it's like cotton candy, it melts in your mouth. Love these 2 ladies. Been coming here for years.“

“I do not know who was on the drive-thru speaker tonight but whoever she was had her script down pat yet somehow was super personable genuine and didn't seem like she hated her job. Which typically happens at drive-thru's. After I really hard day and just wanting to grab something quick Her professionalism and personality and seemingly good mood rubbed off and also put me in a good mood. My family will be thrilled once I get home haha! There were two or three cars in front of me when I got there and I was ordered given the correct order and out of the parking lot within 5 minutes tops. That was impressive. Whoever the lady was that took my order deserves a raise a promotion and a $500 Visa gift card to buy whatever she wants she deserves it.“

“Edited review: Previously one star. People make mistakes and deserve a second chance. I was harsh, but the facts I stated were factual. 2 months later I came back in for a smashburger and this time, no pickles just like I had requested. I wish i liked pickles but I hate them and believe all pickles are created by Satan himself in the darkest part of hell. Jokes aside, they redeeemed themselves. My only regret is I forgot to tip and i always tip. I feel bad about it and I will be back. To the store manager thank you for calling me to rectify the matter.“

“October 17th 2024, 3-3:30 PM. My family and I came in to get lunch and the cashier had an amazing personality, greeted us and over all fantastic customer service skills. When we ordered saucy nuggets for my 3 y/o niece, she wanted half one sauce and half another sauce. The manager in the kitchen at the time immediately looked up with a disgusted look and said "We don't do that, make it separate orders." Rolled her eyes and went back to work. When I asked for her name, she looked around the corner with a confrontational look on her face. GG or JJ was what I was told. I am going to make a corporate complaint about her aswell.“

“I’ve used the drive-thru at this location a few times and I’m very satisfied with all aspects of my experience. The workers are all friendly, polite, and helpful. The food is always fresh and you can tell they take care in putting together the different dishes. “This is one of my favorite dining options on campus, with its many healthy options and chicken melts coming in at under $10 with a drink. It's located right inside Lupton Hall, which makes it just a short walk away from many classrooms. That does mean a slightly longer line after a class ends, and sometimes a long wait, but overall it's a great option.“

“We got married on April 3rd and we had 500 Krystal's and 100 wings delivered to the Coffey barn in Cleveland. I was a little nervous about if they would be warm and fresh since they were coming from Chattanooga. But I worried for nothing.
