“After traveling and enjoying fine Italian food I came back to Memphis with a craving of gnocchi.. quick google search brought me here !! And I’m so glad it did !! The fried green tomatoes and cornbread were delicious apps to start off !! A few mixed drinks and a glass of wine soothed the mood . The Gnocchi did not disappoint and the “ blue crab “ spaghetti was a pleasant surprise!! But the desert!!! The CHOCOLATE STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING ….Let me be clear … BEST DESERT IN ALL MY TRAVELS !! Cannot recommend Andrew Michael’s enough“

“I've been going here my whole life. My grandfather used to take me as a child and I feel like I grew up in the restaurant. I always order the same thing because it's like coming home when I eat there. The only thing is it seems the Spumoni has changed. It used to be a neat little slice and this time it was scoops. Everything else was on point.“

“The food came out quickly, the salad had lots of salad dressing on it, brought extra breadsticks. The service slacked a bit after our meals were served. Ordered cheesecake for dessert to take back to the hotel and when we opened it to eat it later, it was just the cake, charged $10/each for cake! The meals were delicious, it was a little slack in service and the cake that dropped the review.“

“Thank you Cocozza for such a great time! Your sauce is better than mine and I loved the meatballs. I need recipes lol. That cannoli was the best too. Usually it is so chewy at other restaurants. It was crunchy and creamy perfection. I also recommend the bruschetta and the calamari starters. Your staff was so engaging and they made my birthday so much fun. They took the time to answer questions, even about the restaurant itself and artwork. Very engaging and professional. We will be back because this is now my favorite restaurant!“

“We have been going here for years and the food and service was starting to decline over the last year. We went again last week and everything had improved tremendously. Apparently new members of the original family took it over and everything was really good again. The food was excellent as was the service. The atmosphere was much brighter as well. We are going again tonight.“

“I have to say, I'm not really a fan of pasta, which means there's not a lot for me to eat at Olive Garden. Also, I'm gluten free, so that really limits my selection.
They do have a gluten free pasta, which I had with meat sauce. The pasta was okay...no GF pasta is great. That's just how it is. I was really disappointed in the sauce. It did not taste like I was eating an Italian restaurant.
The time the hubs & I visited few here prior to this one, I ordered GF pasta and they brought me regular pasta. I was fortunate enough to catch it before I took a bite. By the time my food arrived, the hubs was just about finished eating. I ate a little of mine, then took the rest home. I didn't like my food then either.
The salad is always a good option for me (without croutons). I love salad and enjoy theirs very much.
I was with a party of people. Most seemed to like their food, so the disappointment is likely just due to my preferences.
The atmosphere is welcoming and it's not typically loud.

“My server was Diago, and he was very polite to my dad and I (saying mamm/sir). The food was amazing, and it did not take long at all, but it was not very but also not slow but over all 5 stars and definitely recamend.“

Top tier pizza and I’m from out of town and this was hands down the best customer service I have ever had in my 34 years of life. “My husband and I just stopped in for a quick bite (2pm in the afternoon) and and enjoyed the south Philly and the Italian Beef- highly recommend. However, I was a bit disappointed in the atmosphere of the place. The ceiling was falling down or missing in places, there was no ice available in the drink machine, and several of the tables were dirty. I’m all about supporting local but you’ve got to put a little effort into it. Sorry to be negative but I want you to be successful!“

“For starters, I was placed on hold for twenty minutes before I hung up and called back. I finally got the order placed. I was told I would receive it in around 57 minutes. I called back 1 hour and 30 minutes later and was told it’s coming. Twenty minutes later I called back and the manager answered. I was apologized to and told the driver was about to leave with it. The driver apologized when he arrived and said the other driver neglected to bring my order, so it just sat there. After he left I opened the pizza box to find a cold pizza with a 4” crust around the edge and had sat so long that the bottom was stuck to the box. I called back and was given the run around, so I asked for the manager. The manager offered to make thing right and send a fresh pizza to me. An hour and a half later I’m realizing that the replacement pizza isn’t coming. I’d like to call back again just to see what they say this time, but I guess it’s probably best to bid Marco’s farewell. Way to go and thanks for nothing!“

“Only thing I get from this place is a salad. Today I got a Friend Chicken salad, made it home,and to key ingredients were missing. Please tell the customer when you don't have everything that you have listed on your menu. That could very well be the reason I make the decision to order that item or not. To say the least,I'm pretty pissed about this salad😡no cucumbers or eggs,when it should have both. Just got off work and wanted a salad,and no I don't feel like going back up there“

“My sister and I came here on a Friday afternoon following the duck parade. We were seated right away and greeted by Justice, our server. She was kind, attentive, and gave good recommendations. She even checked if the soup of the day contained flour since my sister has celiac. We ordered the soup of the day and each got a salad. We were not disappointed. The soup was phenomenal- a cauliflower chowder. It was savory and full of flavor without being salty or heavy. The salads we got were filling and had light dressings. Of course we ended our meal with the duck dessert. It was so rich but worth it. We ended up taking soup and half a dessert duck back to the hotel with us for later.

The highlight of our meal was Justice. She was on top of everything. Engaging. Kind. Funny. She went to the concierge to get a map so she could point out highlights and other places to try. She made sure we were set for the rest of our stay in Memphis. She completed our magical day by going above and beyond.“
