“Just know this is the only Jack in the Box I’ll be going to in Houston from now on. I stopped by last night, and Jose truly went above and beyond to take care of me. From the moment I pulled up, he had a great attitude, was patient, and made sure my order was exactly right. The food was fresh, hot, and came out quickly, which made the whole experience even better. It’s not often you get service that makes you feel genuinely appreciated, but Jose did just that. This location has definitely earned a loyal customer; highly recommend!

“I was in a hurry with only 30 minutes left on my lunch, so I decided to stop, the line had 4 vehicles, and in my mind I was already making excuses because I believe I was going to be late but to my surprise the line started moving faster than what I tought and next thing I knew I was picking up my order on the window, it only took 8 minutes to get out with my order that's some great service. “This Jack is the only one that can consistently make great Iced Coffee. They have been doing so for many years and I must applaud only this location as I have been to many Jacks in Houston and surrounding and the only other one that does coffee right is on 59 and airport in Stafford. Fast food can be such a hit-or-miss these days, but Jarvis completely nailed it. I didn't have to repeat my order even once over the drive-thru intercom—he got it perfectly right the very first time. Beyond being highly efficient, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and respectful.
It is rare to see this level of great customer service at a drive-thru/counter, and Jarvis really stood out. Management, please give this man some well-deserved recognition!“

Waited at the intercom for 20 plus minutes just to be served by someone who spoke broken English. Then she couldn’t keep up with the order and I had to repeat myself over and over. It was 4 cars in front of me and she waited until she cleared the whole line before taking my order. Don’t punish the customer because you can’t beat the wait clock properly. Then they had the car behind me sit at the intercom when I was the only car in front of it.

Way to go! This place has upped its service all around. I specifically want to give thanks to the younger African American girl in the drive thru. She is the most nicest and kindest person they have employed and makes the effort to give good customer service. Since she has been there, I have not had an issue with my food and when I hear her voice on the intercom, it gives me reassurance that I will have a pleasant experience. Great job! Also thanks and big ups to the kitchen staff, I know it takes a team to have a great experience all around.“

“They opened the inside restaurant at 6 am as posted. The young man who waited on me was friendly and respectful. Took a few minutes for the food to come out but I don't mind waiting for fresh food. Food was good and the dining room was clean“
“Drive-thru line takes a while. Sometimes there are homeless guys standing around as you're waiting to make your order. It is very unnerving.
The Tiny tacos are delicious! Make sure you ask for the avocado sauce packets.“
“I have come here quite a few times and there’s this gentleman I think his name was Paul. He was super friendly and man he sure can move. He was knocking down orders left and right and always had a smile on his face. That’s why I always keep coming back. The rest of the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious! “Ok, I never thought that I would ever review a taco place but most of my life's working career I was on the road doing my work, especially when I was a licensed private investigator and running the roads here in Houston.
I found that a few Jack in the Box tacos and a coke was the easiest and fir me, it was a fast, eat on the run satisfying meal. Of course, my wife disagreed. And yes, my doctor has also made comments about my sometimes poor healh choices. But...... I'ma still be a customer, at 78 years old I have to consider the tradition of the Jack in the Box chain. I'm sure that my doctor would agree with me. I can't even remember the first time I had a burger, coke snd fries at Jack in the Box

“Jack in the Box offers delicious breakfast that have fresh crescents. SOURDOUGH JACK is sure winner every time. Drive through service and in store service or exceeds expectations. There is something dreary about the overall vibe there, but I can't out my finger on it. The store is kept clean. Staff is clean. What more could you want? because. Jack will check that box!“
“They always have good food available but sometimes dine in is closed so I recommend checking then going to drive thu I do recommend going in the morning though as it is most fresh and download their app you can scan the barcode on your receipt for free food“
“The atmosphere was hostile, with an air of the employees was angry the customer's we're there. The food was good, 😊 I placed my order via Jack-N-Box app, the process was 😃 I received my food in a timely manner. While I was eating, I over heard an argument between a security guard and a man. The security guard was verbally aggressive telling the man, Jack-N-Box policy is that ONLY PAYING Customers are allowed to use the Restroom. The man left heart broken 💔

“We live in the Med Center and this is the closest JITB to us. We’ve never had an issue with our food or the service - which is more than I can say about surrounding fast food restaurants. It doesn’t matter the time or day, the employees are kind and you don’t get attitude for simply order food. Anytime we have a late night fast food craving, JITB on Spanish Trail is our place!“

“We came in today around lunch time the crew is amazing the service is beyond kind and friendly and clean. They made everything fresh and was so happy to see us. “The morning staff at this place was really upbeat. The place is clean. The food was good. It's probably one of the smallest interiors I've seen. Jack in the box is my favorite fast food. It's reasonably priced and they serve breakfast lunch and dinner all day and all night. 7:24am want a hamburger, get a hamburger and a breakfast sandwich as well. they're cool like that“

There was No small Double Meat Burger Option, While there were burger extras options, there was No Extra Meat Patty Option??
This which was a shame, since I could barely taste the single meat patty...
You can easily add patties at BK and McD's, and they accept PayPal!

“I'm generally pleased with Jack in the Box for a fast food meal. I order off the value menu most of the time and enjoy the 2 Jumbo Jacks for the price of one when I have a survey coupon. The breakfast croissant sandwich is also good.
I like their buns because they aren't doughy.
The tacos need help sometimes but when they are made right they are terrific!
I think the value menu definitely provides great value for the price. My daughter loves their chicken strips, however, which I think are a little pricey but they've always been hot.
We rarely eat in so I can't rate the atmosphere fairly but I've found some to be nice & clean while others are obviously older and more for geared to drive through dining.“

“I work 2 blocks away from this location and man I love it. I know it is fast food but this place tacos, fries (onion rings, curly & french), and stuffed jalapeños are perfectly crunchy on point. Regardless food contains grease but this one here somehow you can not see the grease like other locations give them to you. The ladies there are very nice.and kind. Haven't had any issues with my food in the past 6 years! I go by between the hours of 9am to 5pm!“
