“We stopped by this Starbucks to relax a bit before exploring the city of Austin, and it turned out to be a perfect little break. While browsing the menu, we noticed the new advertisement for the matcha pistachio latte with chocolate and got curious, so we decided to give it a try. Honestly, it was way better than we expected! The drink had just the right balance of creaminess, and even though it was on the sweeter side, it was still very smooth and enjoyable without being overwhelming. The flavors worked really well together and felt both comforting and a little indulgent. I would absolutely order it again. The store itself had a nice, cozy atmosphere, making it a great spot to sit, relax, and recharge before continuing our day around Austin. A very pleasant and satisfying stop overall. ☕️😋“

“I was having a rough morning on my way to work, and had been crying. Of course I needed coffee so I stopped at this location (as I’ve done many times). I was choking back tears as I ordered my Tall drink and could barely muster a “thank you” when I was given my total. At the window, I was surprised with an upgraded Venti and told that my drink was free and that they hoped I have the best day. That was very kind of them, and unfortunately I didn’t get their names but I hope they know they made my day so much better.“

“This morning I went to pick up an order at the 15th St. Starbuck's for an organization-wide retreat for the organization I work for. It seems that there might have been a miscommunication with my team on which location the order had been placed. All to say, I was late arriving due to an accident on Mopac and the order hadn't been placed. Tanner and John jumped into action preparing coffee travelers for my team of 120. I was so frazzled, and they couldn't have been kinder and calmer dealing with me, all while also handling the morning rush. In just a few minutes I had coffee for our whole staff ready to go. “I come here often to get my drinks. The staff have a youthful vibe — energetic and polite. My order is always prepared quickly, and I’m happy with the service. “If I could give this location and their staff a 10 star rating, I would! Especially, GREG! When you walk in, the staff greets you with a warm, “Welcome in!” The atmosphere, the decor, and most importantly, the staff make you feel cozy. Fun fact, I’m allergic to caffeine. I know, why would I go to a coffee shop?? Because they used to have a specialty drink called “caramel apple spice” on the menu. Recently, it’s been removed from the menu, which was devastating to me. This drink is a special treat for me. It’s a very fancy hot apple cider (Caffeine free). I went in trying to explain what it was and that’s when my angel, Greg appeared. “I wanted to leave this review because it’s not often that I receive great customer service like what I received today. I’m in town for a while and have stopped at this Starbucks for the past several mornings. This morning the young lady who waited on me already knew what I was going to order before I said anything. She also remembered my name. I was quite surprised and impressed because I didn’t even know she paid attention to who I was and what I ordered. Not only did I find the customer service great, that lemon cake is a winner in my book! I also like the fact that I can order hot water without being charged for the cup. I used to go to a Starbucks by the Domain and I can’t count the amount of times I was late to work because someone would take my drink and they’d have to make it brand new. Was pretty hard to find and there are 3 parking spots (that’s how you’ll know you’re at the correct campus) My coworker ordered drinks for the office here as we work 5 minutes away and didn’t realize it was IN oracle… people and staff are very friendly!“

“Stopped by for my favorite Pink Drink and finally tried the Bacon Gouda sandwich and it was everything and more than what I expected. Big string cheese pull when I bit into it! “This location is convenient and I used to like going to this Starbucks but it really depends on who is working. Normally I have a good experience but today wasn't one of those days. The barista didn't seem to want to be there and wasn't real friendly. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and I was not impressed. I basically got a cold coffee, there was very little cream. I didn't want to go back and complain. I just added my own cream (which I could've saved the money and made my own cup at home). Because of the inconsistency, I will stick to the Starbucks up the street from now on.“

“I know it's hard to imagine being in a RIVE STAR Starbucks after Howard Schultz left the company. Well, one does exist. Believe it or not it's less than a block away from the University of Texas here in Austin. It's managed by Katie Davidson, maybe the BEST Starbucks manager you've never heard of. “I commend the employees of this Starbucks location for the professionalism and willingness to persevere through challenging events they had to unfortunately be subjected to tonight by just one very selfish person.

The man that gave Happy, one young lady and another lady-unfortunately, I forget the names of the two ladies who were employees of this Starbucks location-an extremely hard time was ordered multiple times before by other employees of this location to leave and not come back for his inappropriate behavior; but instead of taking heed of what he's been ordered to do he not only takes the liberty to come back to this location, but he also passes out drunk, scatters eaten food, as well as liquids from different sweet drinks, all around himself. as well as an unopened can of beer, and the worst part about all of this is that it seems like all of the food and drinks he had were completely new, so this insinuates that other people have generously been giving to him and that he has been taking advantage of them by making the jobs of those innocent employees who have been working tonight harder. I know this because I have talked to this man and he's told me he was recently released from prison on parole homeless. If this is true-which I don't really think there is any reason to believe this is not true, but it would completely shock me if it wasn't-then that's very saddening and disgusting to know that this is what he does with his other chance to re-establish himself into society.

Very fortunately, the employees have maintained professionalism by continuing to do their jobs, despite the problems that man has given to them. For some reason, it has taken some time for the police to arrive at the location, but even then the employees have kept calm and sort of industrious for the meantime. They even made me a mocha without charge, which I would believe was as an apology for the whole situation transpiring.

Again, I thank the employees for their professionalism and positivity, celebrate what they have endured, and hope that they get something good for the awesome things they've done.“

“It’s an above-average Starbucks near a grocery store and some shops. Baristas are nice to take your orders. Drinks are great. Seats are the type of arrangement you will see. No passcode is required for the bathroom. Overall, it’s a great place to take a rest.“

I really like this Starbucks location—it's my favorite, and I used to come here quite often. The staff members are great—they’re always friendly and happy, which makes the experience even better. However, one disappointing aspect is how long mobile orders take. Most of the time, I have to remind the staff, or else the order takes forever to be completed and in some case it take more than 30-40 min which is disappointing.“
