“Food is great and service has always been good except today! Had an employee that was rude she displayed horrible customer service. She asked what I wanted on my sandwich I said exactly how it shows on the menu. She looked confused asked me again and I repeated how it shows on the menu. She had to look up at the menu to see what was on it. I asked for less lettuce and she got upset threw the lettuce back in a very frustrated manner. Very disappointed!“

“Awesome place for all your breakfast needs. I came to this establishment after a patron at Black rock coffee saw me arguing with the staff and in need for food. I arrived and Teressa took my order promptly. A short wait and my breakfast is in my table. The food and staff are awesome. This place is military friendly and caters to people with all disabilities. Best hidden gem ? in Round Rock? Teressa is the best ?? please stop in and let her cater to all your breakfast needs.

I’m grateful to see a location outside of a mall. I wish Charley’s would have more locations.
I love their beef and chicken cheesesteak. I love their fries too.

“I was in town at Covert and I asked where to get a good sandwich. I stopped in and i didn’t catch their names but they were the coolest folks! I had the chicken pesto and YES SIR this isn’t your normal sized panini by far! Also their cold pasta salad was fantastic! I’m 45 min away but I’m definitely holding this gem in my back pocket!!!“
