“The food is ok at best, my family and I ate there this last weekend as a quick stop. We dined in to ensure the freshness of the food would be hot. What we thought would be a great meal turned out to be something that we were all left wanting something else. None of us finished our meal for many reasons. The juice soaked through the buns so fast that it became a soggy mess that actually would have been better off eating with a fork. I asked for no lettuce or tomatoes on mine and got lettuce and no pickles.The flavor of normal was way off on the fries like the oil had not be changed in a good while. There was an overwhelming smell of burnt food at the counter when ordering that was a bit of a turnoff as well which may have caused the partial loss of appetite. Top all of that off with folks taking your order consistently clearing their throat to the point you could hear the congestion really set things off for us. To make things even better, none of the fountain drinks were working and we were stuck to having the lemonade. But as a side note, the lemonade is likely the best thing at this location!“

“If you want a real sandwich not loaded with questionable meats and vegetables then this is your place. It’s better than the chain stores and very fresh. You have an option of a side salad or soup with every sandwich. My new favorite place for sure. All for just over $10 dollars. Sandwich De Paris you need to enter San Antonio best Of. You will win hands down.“

“I got the Pooh Bear sandwich and it was delicious. I’m already thinking about the next time I can get one. This place is very cozy and homey. The service was incredible . Jeremiah customer service was excellent. He was kind and welcoming. And you could tell he loves what he does. I can not wait to come back and get another Pooh bear. Also the coffee he serves there is spectacular. 10/10“

“Love all of the friendly staff and this particular shop has been my favorite since 2000 when my husband was granted being stationed in his home town , I was a dental technician and this quickly became a favorite lunch spot and still is to this day !!“

“We stopped here after my outpatient surgery since I was advised to eat soup, and I couldn’t have made a better choice. The French onion soup was absolutely delicious, and the accompanying croissant was just perfect! So tasty! I’m already looking forward to having another bowl the next time I’m in town!“

“I am a Stage 4 Kidney Cancer fighter who has lost both kidneys because of my battle. Now I am on dialysis there is not much out there that fits the renal diet. After dialysis I’m starving and have to watch out for phosphorus, potassium, sodium and fluid intake. With some research I found out that Jersey Mike’s Roast Beef is made fresh and low in both sodium and phosphorus. Ask for no cheese, tomatoes, or salt and you have yourself a delicious renal friendly winner. I started craving these subs after my dialysis sessions and the staff started to recognize my wife and I. With big smiles they would greet us at the door “Hi! #6 no cheese, no tomatoes, no salt” and stat making my sandwich before we even got in line. We feel so special there. My wife loves Jersey Mike’s too so she’ll get a #13 here and there. But the service and quality is by the best I’ve ever experienced.“

“Absolutely love this place, I’ve been to so many all over the country, but today’s sandwich was prepared very well!!! Warm, fresh bread 🥖, customer is the way I like it, and order off the underground menu. I always get the big incredible how much food it fills you up for$15 including tax.

Normally, I take it to go, but the restaurant was nice and clean and enjoyed just eating it nice and warm. Restaurant has lots of room and was not very crowded… this is over lunchtime too. Definitely will be back again at this location, looking forward to another fulfilling lunch time sandwich.“

This place let me use the restroom without question and when I said I wanted to purchase a cookie as a thank you, they gave it to me. You have no idea what that meant to me. I'm not just saying this because mine wife also works there but she's at the cashier box Not at Subway. sandwiches are actually really good the bread is always soft not hard like the other subways around here. meatball sandwich is really good just ask for it with lights marinara on it with white American cheese toasted really really the lady that works in the mornings and lunch is really nice“
