“I'm surprised by how friendly and attentive the staff at this location are, they approach you with a smile, ask how you're doing, and if you need anything. I thought I was in a fine dining establishment. Kudos to whoever manages this place.“

“My grandson and I went here for lunch. He loves the indoor playground. My food tasted good, and it was nice to watch him play with the kids while I ate.

“The staff is great! However, it depends on what time of the day you go or if it's a school week or not on whether you'll have a bad or good experience. No one's going to have a good experience when the teenagers get out (near by schools) and start acting like fools and this ISNT* the staffs fault either so I wish no one made judgments from 3-5pm. When me and husband go we often sit down and talk to the regulars and I have to say that if they have paying regulars DAILY* that says a lot about this restaurant :)“

“I went in with an issue about an order and while the manager was assisting me a sweet young lady named Rylee kept me posted on the situation with a smile on her face. After the fact I placed a curbside order for my husband and son and to my relief she was the one to bring it out. She greeted us smiled the entire time was polite and asked if she could do anything else for us. This young lady’s parents raised her right and I can’t say enough good things about our short encounter. I see a great management position in her future.“

“The fd at all McDonald's has gone way down hill since the 80s and 90s- especially the burger meat. I like that the big breakfast and sausage egg mcmuffins are filling though..sundaes arent bad but a lot of times Im told the machine is down (translation we don't want to make it - like the Bonqui qui didn't want to make a shake clip at king burger on utube lol

“I stopped going to MCDs many years ago. All locations (especially ALL the ones on San Pedro) are horrible in every category. My wife and son convinced me to go to one due to some ROKU commercial they were spoon-fed while watching TV. They were fast, friendly, thorough, and professional at the drive thru. My wife and son loved it. My wife said her BigMac was so delicious and my son loved his MCdouble. They kept raving and I had to try it a week later. Experience was consistent. The food was incredibly delicious despite all the toxic chemicals and poisonous and cancerous ingredients MCDs puts in their food. I considered it a cheat day. I have not eaten MCDs for MANY years due to their crimes against humanity with their toxic ingredients. But this one time was a good experience. This location has a great staff. If we ever go to any MCD location again, this location will be it.“

“I don’t really like McDonald’s but my son loves it so we come to one every now and then, but this time I am leaving a review because of one employee who I would love to name but can’t unfortunately because he was not wearing a name tag… but he is a tall bright blue eyed kid at the front and he was very respectful and even checked in on us he has very good customer service so staff is 5star for sure but the only issue I have with this store is the cleanliness and dress code employees with untucked shirts and no name tag really throws me off considering I was a manager at another fast food franchise. But the tables were a little messy along with the counters at the front and it’s definitely not in the middle of a rush so I don’t see an excuse not to take care of it I have to clean the table I sat at with hand sanitizer and a napkin I found on the table but either way a decent McDonald’s and that guy at the front was great thank you Mr no name“

“I recently visited this McDonald’s location, and I was really impressed! The highlight for me was the amazing playground, which is completely separate from the restaurant. It’s spacious, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for kids to run around and have fun while parents can relax.

Inside the restaurant, the service was incredibly fast. My order was ready within minutes, and everything was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

“Stop by on my way back into town just to grab a quick snack had great customer service hands down one of the best places I've been to it took me less than 5 minutes to get in and out. The employees were on top of things and was very clean.“

“I have lunch here in the lobby a couple times every month. Although they're busy and I customize my burgers, they're pretty quick and haven't messed up my order yet. It's always clean and I appreciate seeing the general manager Luis working just side by side with the rest of the staff.“

Ofcourse nothing is perfect, we all hate waiting for food but if it was too fast I'm sure our stomachs would turn away.

I don't care about speed and the establishment should look into being more lenient on drive times. So these workers can feel less stressed and more accurate with orders.

“My visit here was OK. Some employees are a tad bit rude. The wall outlets were locked so I was unable to charge my phone. But I also understand that this is not a service they are required to provide.

“They are my closest McDonalds and I always have great service. Sometimes it can be busy, but even then always treated with kindness. That, paired with the McDs app, keeps me coming back.

Update: Mikaela made my day this morning. I often get coffee from here and she said she made sure she got my coffee right. So genuine, great asset to the team for customer service.“

“Linda H. was on duty as manager today. I got a value Double Cheese Burger, Value Fries, a 4 piece nuggets, and a small Banana Smoothie for less than $10. On the wall there is an ad for a $5 meal deal that I saw after. Food came within 2 minutes. Fries were hot, very clean (made with clean oil) and up to standard. The counter girl was nice. That's all I can ask for from a McDonald's.

“This McDonald's offers great service. Everyone there was super nice, especially The manager she helped me with an online order issue. I didn't quite catch her name. But she was in the night shift the day I am writing this review. I am a regular at this McDonald's, but they've always been so nice and helpful every time I go to get my food or have an issue. “I did my 1st curbside order this evening. They were extremely busy, but waiting 20min in the curbside slot, I decided to call.
