The person who was at the cash register there name was Forest and they were so patient and help me decide what the best drink to get for the person who wasn't there. She was patient with my friend’s extremely complicated order and treated us with genuine respect. The Hot Chocolate Mocha was equally divine, with its velvety texture and decadent chocolate flavor—exactly what I needed on a chilly day.

For food, I opted for the Ham and Swiss Baguette and the Turkey Pesto Sandwich, and let me tell you, they were both incredible. The Ham and Swiss Baguette was served warm, with perfectly melted cheese and a crispy yet soft baguette that made every bite an absolute joy. The Turkey Pesto Sandwich was equally impressive, with the pesto adding a burst of fresh flavor to the tender turkey and perfectly toasted bread.

What really made my visit special was the service. The team worked quickly and efficiently, ensuring that my order was prepared to perfection without any delay. Despite the fast pace, they were attentive, friendly, and clearly committed to providing a great customer experience.

“Hi! I'm a regular here. I work nearby and I wait here for my ride fairly often. The atmosphere here is always so welcoming, and I wanted to commend the staff for how kind and attentive they always are. I'm quite a clumsy individual and today I accidentally knocked my personal water bottle over causing quite a spill. I'm unfamiliar with anyone's names but the young woman with braids and the young man that accompanied her immediately asked/checked if I was okay, promptly cleaned the area and both even offered to refill my water. I politely declined the refill (as I was fearful of spilling it again lol), but I found their quickness to assist me to be very admirable. The gesture was much appreciated and unexpected, and I don't normally write reviews but I felt it was appropriate to do so this evening. Thanks again. :)“

“This Starbucks is by far one of the best I’ve been to. The team here is always welcoming and you can really feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in. Shane, the store manager, clearly sets the tone. He’s attentive, professional, and you can tell he cares about both the staff and the customers. “All the Starbucks I’ve been to I get good customer service don’t get me wrong, but I came to this location for the first time with my husband and the service was top tier. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and everyone looked happy to work. The lady that took my order I wish I could have gotten her name she wears glasses I believe Hispanic very nice and respectful. The barista that made my drink a female very respectful as well. I’ve never seen any Starbucks have board games or activities to do while in store coffee time I loved it so much. “All but 1 server here are excellent go above and beyond. The one server likes to talk about customers when he thinks they are not listening to him. His remarks and general attitude leaves alot to be desired. There was a sick lady there who he started saying things about how she needs to stop doing drugs on their bathroom ect... The lady had been at the emergency room the night before. Judge Not Lest Ye Be Judged. Things are tough enough on people in this world today the last thing someone needs is someone speaking bad about them everyone knows a lie or bad story travels much faster than the truth. “We came in after a long weekend at SeaWorld with horrible customer service, so was amazing to visit a Starbucks where we know connections are so important. Staff was welcoming and kind. Very helpful we had a lot of food $56 worth of items and everything was out in less than 4 minutes.“

“Drive thru, 1 slice of banana bread, 1 slice of pumpkin bread, both old and dry. Venti coffee was good and hot. No napkins offered. Waiting to talk to the person at the window when she leaned out to ask if anything else was needed? $16 bucks for the above items, can you just provide napkins or at least give me a chance to ask for some before we complete our transaction. This used to be one of the best locations in my book. Appears they are unfortunately losing their edge.“

“This morning I went in for a pick me up because I really needed one. I'm sure that I met an angel, Griffin greeted me kindly and saw me crying at the window. I must have been a wreck, as I just dropped off my son for pre-k and he was crying and so was I. The drive-through is impressively quick, even during peak times, and the team here is always super kind, welcoming, and efficient. If you’re ever unsure what to order, the baristas are great at making thoughtful suggestions—they really know their stuff and are happy to help.

“I’m visiting from Seguin Texas because my husband‘s in the hospital and I had the pleasure of getting a white chocolate mocha from this location and it’s better than Seguin. It even made me find out that instead of getting cold foam I was getting whipped cream and Seguin because they told me the difference between The textures and the bounce in the cream.“
