“We have visited this location annually specifically for a beef rib and it never disappoints. The brisket and smoked chicken are always good. The sides are always good. “I went at around 6pm on Saturday the 23, of 2025. They only had 3 people and were working their butts off, with 10+ people outside at the walk up window and both drive thru lanes full. I hope management can recognize and reward those 3. I want to make it clear that the wait I had is not the fault of the three working and instead the fault of management for not scheduling enough people and to their team for not having their backs. They handled upset and unsympathetic customers really well in their situation and kept a cool head while i was there. Kudos to the three that helped me and I hope that their day either got better or that they get rewarded for their hard work.“
