“We ate at Waco Waffle today. They had a lot of business but still got everyone in and with their food in an impressively timely manner. We actually had a small medical issue with our son and the owner was so helpful, wise, and kind. The food was really good but the people there are even better. 5 stars all the way. Thank you. “In my family we love some peanut butter cookies! I was traveling through Waco and got a phone call letting me know peanut butter was a cookie this week and begging me to stop. So, we placed an order on the app, I pulled up and went inside and they had it all ready to go for me! The staff were super friendly, smiling, and helping other customers. And the location was very clean.“

“Our waitress, Felice, was amazing. She recommended us different wines that suited our palate and our glasses of the different wines were delightful. We created our own board (3 for $25) with Mahon cheese, jamon, canned mackerel, and salchichon. The board came with pickled onions, pickles, nuts, mustard, and some preserves. We also ordered the duck breast which came with a black currant wine glaze and the meatballs appetizer. Everything was delicious from the wine choices to the food. Service was great.

“This place was great! Rarely do you take 6 kids to a sit down restaurant and feel actually welcomed. The staff was all so sweet, encouraged the kids to look around and ride in their state trooper car, even gave them quarters to use. The food was great! The kids loved that they got theirs delivered in cars. We all had burgers and fries. Fresh, homemade goodness. definitely recommend and will be back.“

Don’t overestimate how much you can eat, though; the portions are big! The service is always fantastic. “Food and service were excellent. Disappointed in the credit card surcharge and the excessive beef cost. In a day where cash is far less prevalent there is no reason to add a surcharge. It is only going to hurt the employees when folks reduce the tip.“

“Moroso Italian delivers truly authentic Italian cuisine. Had the Margherita pizza and it was amazing. Moroso does a great job with authentic Italian food, and their Neapolitan style pizza is some of the best I’ve had. The crust was light and flavorful, the ingredients tasted fresh, and everything came together perfectly. Great atmosphere and great food. I’ll definitely be back.“

“I order dozens of Rudy’s breakfast tacos throughout the year for company events and every time my order is perfect and always ready when I arrive at the store. This week I ordered 3 dozen the day before for an early morning pickup but due to an emergency I was unable to pick them up. Holly at the Waco store called and left voicemail checking to see if I was ok first and wanted to see if I was going to be able to pick up my order. I called Holly the next morning to explain the situation and the first thing that she said was I hope you are ok. She offered a full refund . Besides having great food, Rudy’s employees great people with great character that you don’t see much anymore. Thank you Holly and Rudy’s for your kind service.“

The salads were fresh and delicious. The portions and the pace at which the food arrived were perfect. The steak was the most decadent juicy flavorful medium rare. The scallop was the most perfect scallop I've ever eaten. The sautéed veggies were crisp and flavorful. But that bread pudding almost made me cry. it's the best I've ever had. From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out, the experience was truly incredible. The next time we're in Waco, we will definitely be back, but we will have to call ahead and make sure that Jordan is working so we can have the same elite service that we experienced today.“
