“We stopped in to the Silos on our way back home from the beach. This lovely pizza truck made us pizza’s 10 min before closing. Its ridiculously amazing, super affordable.I had the bbq chicken, with added bacon. Its just so good, words escape my overwhelmed with flavor mouth!!“

“We ate at Waco Waffle today. They had a lot of business but still got everyone in and with their food in an impressively timely manner. We actually had a small medical issue with our son and the owner was so helpful, wise, and kind. The food was really good but the people there are even better. 5 stars all the way. Thank you. “ordered 2 breakfast burritos this morning. They weren't marked as requested. One wasn't what we ordered and as we were eating there was a hair found in it. so we called and asked for a manager and was put on hold for more than 8 mins. Hung up only to call back and no one ever answered again. Will not be eating there again“

“A friend and I went on Saturday evening and had a great time! I got a flight of red wine and she did white wine. All from Spain or Portugal and very good. We shared some tapas that were delicious! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the wine and food! It’s in a very good location downtown close to the Silos and Dr. Pepper museum. We had no trouble finding parking. We will be back for another girls night!“

“Love the freaky Friday cake; but the service sucks! If kids don’t want to work then they don’t need to because all they do is make the experience suck! Went in and got waited on by a tall skinny curly hair kid, I didn’t get his name but he was African American, he has an attitude the whole time, no friendliness at all and all I got was a 4 pack and he had no rush to make my order and I was the only one in there. Kids just gotta do better! I was there on tuesday.“

“Delicious food and phenomenal service! I had the carne asada tacos. The meat is delicious and so flavorful. They have so many salsas to choose from. I love how everything is so fresh and made by them. That’s not easy to find. Their service is also worth noting. Everyone working there is so friendly! 10/10 food and service.“

“Allergies….my wife has developed severe gluten, dairy and egg allergies in the last few years. YAKI specializes in food prep WITHOUT allergy concerns!! They came up when we looked up gluten free options while visiting Waco and what a God-send! We spoke with Jake and encouraged him and the vision he has for helping people that can’t partake in regular food! If you’re in the Waco area, I highly recommend YAKI, whether or not you have a food allergy! I would really like to see YAKI branch out to serve more people, so help them out! EATYAKI!“

“We stopped by Club Sandwich at the Silos, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was so friendly and welcoming — they even offered us a sample of the chicken, and wow, it was so flavorful it had us hooked at the first bite!

I ordered the chicken bulgogi, and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly seasoned and served on a bed of shredded cabbage with the freshest, crisp vegetables. And let’s not forget about the sriracha ranch — the perfect kick to tie it all together!“

“This place was AMAZING!!!! Great location, ample parking, plenty of tables for studying/reading/socializing. The food was phenomenal-I could eat 16 stick buns if left to my own devices. The baked oatmeal was delicious-it felt like I was eating a fall themed bread pudding. The cranberry and chocolate biscuit had a delightful flavor profile perfect for a chilly morning. The chia latte with pumpkin was ever PSL girl’s dream and the drip coffee was perfect.
The staff was SO sweet and made excellent recommendations and the menu was very versatile-ranging from vegan and vegetarian options all the way to breakfast tacos!

“Ambiance: Trendy brewery with a huge outdoor seating area perfect for bringing your dog, kids, and family/friends. Good weekend spot given that they have events, music, and games.

I enjoyed their IPA options. My friend group and I liked sitting outside together at a long table and trying their beers.

Street parking available. Clean bathrooms. It did seem the indoor area might get hot in the summer so I felt this is more of an outdoor venue.“
