Get two orders of the egg rolls aka Imperial Rolls — one order won’t be enough for 2 people. Start there, you’ll be very happy. Also order the pork belly on the skewers please, No regrets. It’s very good. (3) Noodle Soups. Every bowl Is a winner. Pho is great, no question there. However, you absolutely must eat the SEAFOOD with special Red Noodle. (4) Early enough during the day, drink the Viet Ice Coffee. (5) Too bad they don’t have enough staff/hands to make the BANH CUON but they make up for it in many ways. Try everything on the menu. “We went for a three day Pho crawl around the Seattle and surrounding areas. This is THE best so far (we have taken in four places..). The broth is just superb... deeply savory, clear broth and perfectly seasoned with spices and bone broth. Loads of meat and the noodles is just perfectly chewy and held well after 20 minutes. The lady who served us was so kind and friendly. We also ordered their beef rib special and OMG... Load of wonderfully cooked and they even cut the meat of the bones for you (but left a few for presentation). We LOVE it!“
