“Hands down, the best pho you’ll find in Seattle! This place is killing it! I’m incredibly lucky to live in the neighborhood and I’ve been coming here since the day they opened. We were one of their first guests in those early days and eat here so much the owners know me by name! If I were qualified to give food awards, this place would win my 2024 Best of Seattle award! 🥇👏🏻✨ Ps. They do not accept reservations - it’s first come first serve. Around 6pm, they go on a waitlist and a line starts to form outside. Don’t bother calling to get on the waitlist - they won’t even do that for me! You have to show up in person to get on the list.“

“Do yourself a favor — EAT AT LOTUS POND. (1) Carpool to Lotus Pond. The more the merrier. (2) Appetizers: You can’t lose. Everything is good. Me? I eat the Imperial Rolls. Get two orders of the egg rolls aka Imperial Rolls — one order won’t be enough for 2 people. Start there, you’ll be very happy. Also order the pork belly on the skewers please, No regrets. It’s very good. (3) Noodle Soups. Every bowl Is a winner. Pho is great, no question there. However, you absolutely must eat the SEAFOOD with special Red Noodle. (4) Early enough during the day, drink the Viet Ice Coffee. (5) Too bad they don’t have enough staff/hands to make the BANH CUON but they make up for it in many ways. Try everything on the menu. I’m not a relative. I don’t get money or fame for recommending Lotus Pond. I just know authentic good food when I see and eat it. Try it. Fried egg rolls pretty basic, I prefer when they are served w lettuce wrap, herbs and veggies.

“Oh, some excellent pho at this spot. Got a medium number 13 with the tripe and brisket and I mac’d on it greedily. Nothing like good pho! Sauce is a lighter/sweeter style, not as herbaceous as pho can be.

Service was fast and the guy was nice and a good server. Always happy to find a place I like! Atmosphere is aight. Nothing wrong, but a room of smudged mirrors with pop songs from 2007 blaring can be a little funny, but i liked it overall. 👍❤“

“Nice to have a pho place near home. Broth is clearly homemade, light and filling. Fresh chicken meat. Staff checked on customers needs and likes. Friendly! I even saw in the kitchen which was exceptionally clean, a huge plus obviously! I would recommend.“

“I’ve been here quite a few times lately, and I keep ordering the same thing ..the fresh rolls with grilled chicken. I swap the peanut sauce for fish sauce, and that combo is so good! The grilled chicken with the fish sauce just works perfectly together. Maybe it’s just my preference, but I honestly love it. 😆

So far, it hasn’t disappointed me once. It’s definitely my go-to fresh rolls in the area. I really need to branch out and try more of the menu because everything else looks incredible too!

“I don't recommend eating here. A coworker and myself tried the bahn mi and spring rolls one day and they were some of the worst I have eaten; ended up just tossing half my order. My wife tried the pho a day earlier and said it was not that good either. I do have an acquaintance that works close by and eats here often. he agress the bahn mi, spring rolls and pho are not good, but says the rice and noodles dishes are ok.“

“We have lived in several places and have tried lots of places here and elsewhere that sold banh mi sandwiches but these are the best banh mi sandwiches we have had! We think they might make their own buns because they are so very tasty and just as good as the fresh baguettes we had when we lived in France! The sandwich ingredients are fresh and flavorful and we especially love the wonderful paté they include on them, unless you tell them you are vegetarian or vegan. They make the paté themselves and it is also as delicious as any we used to have in France! We like their rice bowls too. If you haven’t been to the “Toast Mi”…located in Lacey…we highly recommend seeking it out and giving it a try. If you like banh mi sandwiches, you will be happy that you did!“

I called and asked they said to put it in the notes that I wanted it on the side. I said okay fine. Figured I'd give it one more try so I tried it today wrote it on the side and got no Hoisin sauce. So I called the place and explained the situation and they said that that was their bad and they misunderstood. No rectifying no nothing I hung up out of complete disappointment.
