“I've been going here for over 40 years still can't get enough of the BV spread. It is simply the best. Everything's made to order so it's not as fast as like a McDonald's but man the quality is 100 times better. Staff is always super friendly and courteous again I wish they could rate the clients that go through there cuz there's some real jackasses the demand table service when you're at a fast food place. Idiot.. Again, staff and service top notch...fries are awesome especially when they do this seasonal Rosemary shoestring fries. All the seasonal milkshakes are unbelievable.“

“Stopped by the MOD Pizza on Yelm Highway for lunch today, and while the pizza was great and served up fast, the service is what really earned this five-star rating. The entire lunch crew was fantastic, but I have to give a special shout-out to Matthew. He took my order and was absolutely top-notch—super helpful, funny, and just an all-around great dude. It’s honestly hard to find genuine, high-quality customer service like that nowadays, so it was a breath of fresh air. His energy really set a positive tone for the rest of my day. This place is definitely worth checking out if you want great customer service and a good laugh. It’s not my first time here, but between the quality of the food and the excellent vibe from the staff, this will definitely be the location I visit from now on.“

“I had a disappointing experience on a visit. When I politely asked for a straw, the employee snapped at me and told me it would be in my bag, but there wasn’t one. I also paid an extra $0.60 for extra cheese, and it wasn’t included with my order.

I called the restaurant to let the manager know what happened, and she was kind, listened to my concerns, and asked me to come back. When I returned, she honored her word and even took care of my meal. She didn’t have to do that, and I truly appreciated her excellent customer service. While my initial visit was frustrating, the manager’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to make things right turned the experience around. Thank you for caring about your customers. “Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“As much as I love Jersey Mikes (my favorite sandwich shop) this experience was even better than usual. Adam and his coworker were so friendly and chatted with everyone. They were also very clean and organized. Every sandwich was made with care and great detail. I am just visiting for a few days but if I lived here I would be stopping by once a week! (At least!).“

“Yesterday, I went through the drive-thru at McDonald’s, which is how I usually order. The service was actually pretty good this time — the person taking my order was nice and the overall interaction felt smooth.
The only issue I tend to run into (and it’s really my main gripe with McDonald’s in general) is that when I order my burgers plain — nothing on them, no toppings, and definitely no cheese — they sometimes forget and add things anyway. It doesn’t happen every single time, but it’s frequent enough that it stands out.
Aside from that, I’ve been pretty satisfied. Yesterday’s visit was a good one, and I appreciated the friendly service at the window.“

“A&W is my favorite fast food restaurant! They have the best tasting burgers and the best soft serve ice cream!? A&W soft serve ice cream is WAY BETTER than Dairy Queen ice cream! If i could buy A&W soft serve mix i guarentee i would go spend thousands of dollars on a soft serve ice cream machine just to have it all the time! LolI really wish A&W restaurants were around everywhere like they use to be, unfortunately they are getting harder to find becoming few and far between. “If I could rate this location a 10 I would! We always get exactly what we order, food is always fresh and hot, and the service is always excellent!
What REALLY makes this place so special is the lady who packed our Luxe Boxes tonight, you can tell she absolutely loves what she does and I hope she is working every time we come through! She took the extra step to connect with the customers and I'm glad I got to say thank you over the phone to her! (I believe her name was Akita? But my phone was very fuzzy during the call so I do apologize for most likely hearing that wrong!)

“This is my first review for a commercial fast food restaurant. Mostly because we all know what to expect for American fast food. I can say I've had several hamburgers, fries, etc. at this store. They've been consistently good, hot, fresh. Etc. Staff has always been noticeably friendly and above average in my opinion. On my last visit, I had two Bernise Mtn dogs with me. The person taking orders asked if he could give them a treat. The dogs (of coarse) loved the idea. Here's what impressed me, one of the dogs licked his hand. While they were preparing my order the young man very thoroughly washed his hands (to food service specs). I've NEVER seen that happen at a drive through window. Well done management and staff at this location. And thank you.“

“Firehouse makes a good sandwich at a reasonable price. I like the BBQ Brisket sandwich or the Steak and Cheese. The meat is tender and the flavor is great. I've been to Firehouse many times and I've always had a consistently good experience. I'll keep comming back.“
