Sandwich Shops near Brown Deer

“The service was on time, our family could tell the food was made with care, the sandwiches were fixed so pretty hot and fresh with enough portions of meats, toppings and vegetables. The soup was made at a perfect temperature. The fries could be more alive ( thicker/ juicier):) and warm but that’s not their fault; the company could really use a different method or different fries. Unfortunately this was a Dash order because if I could see the people working tonight I would personally thank them. We appreciate your service and care.“

“Had my first Suburpia sub in 30 years today with my girlfriend Linda. Just as great as they used to be. Will be back for sure.“

“Went for the first time today for a doggo lunch date with muh fur baby. Wonderful staff and quick service. I noticed negative reviews complaining there was dogs, well no crap it’s the business model and there’s an actual picture of a dog on the door and logo. ANYWAYS price is a little steep but when I got my food holy cow it was delicious. And I love that they have dog friendly menu items available as well. The place is super clean for the amount of guests and animals that come through. Loved that the food pickup and service area is separate from dining. The only downfall was I did pay for pickles and there wasn’t any but I didn’t even notice it until I devoured the first half of my food. No big deal. I ordered the steak sandwich and strawberry limeade which I also love is made by hand with fresh fruit. My dog is now sleeping in a food coma as am I.“

“amazing food, but we ordered croissants sandwiches and the staff all acted like it was a burden and they hated it when they had to make croissants. it made me feel like I had to ask if I can order what I want and if that was going to be okay with them. it was very rude behavior.“

“My new spot for subs. I didn't realize how I love mines toasted. I had never tried it that way before however, from the sauce to the extra pickles I get for the crunch it was awesome. The next day even cold it was off the chain, not soggy, still hint of spicy and every bite was great for a late night snack.“

“Eloy, the general manager handles this business like family. He took care of me and plenty of my customers that I serve in the local Wisconsin area. This is a place with excellent service, great food and a wonderful atmosphere. Stop in and you’ll feel like family too! Go small businesses 🩷“

“After deliberating over an hour which corned beef place we were going to try we picked this one. It definitely did not disappoint!!!
The mustard was on point, the Corned Beef was very tender melt in your mouth. The meat was ample and the fries took me back to the 1980s when fries were really fries. Iykyk
We also got a steak and chicken Philly. Very flavorful, tender and yummy.
The lady behind the service desk was very nice as well. Do not let the location stop you. You'll be missing out if you do!“

“If I could give this location more stars I would! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! I always get a custom sub, and they have made some great recommendations on new combos to try! The food quality is always great, I have never had any soggy lettuce! This location is my favorite spot to stop and get some lunch!“

“Unbelievable sandwiches, can’t wait to go back! Was in town from Chicago and dropped by before heading home, best decision ever! Even got a sammich to go!“

“The traffic is so noisy you can hardly converse when sitting outdoors. Also, we had to move indoors cause of so many bees. These things are NOT the restaurant’s fault. *It is a nice ,clean, place, with good food & friendly staff. I highly recommend it! As tempting as their large patio is, think about eating indoors instead.“

“I've stopped at many of their locations, all for takeout. Their quality is reliable.
Hot/cold subs, soda, shakes, fries, chips, subs in a bowl, etc.
Their Club is my goto.
They do have a ordering app and points program.
They do have inside seating.
Parking has never been a problem.“

“clean and friendly environment. Very nice and friendly staff“

“I had the pleasure of being served by RJ. When I say that this young man totally understands what it takes to be great in customer service, it would be an understatement! Not only did he make my sub fast, he had the conversation of a seasoned veteran. Salute to him and the establishment for hiring him!“

“it's good foods and great service“

“Delicious!!! I’ll likely be a regular! Food is so good! FRESH! Restaurant is CLEAN!!!!! I love that I donated $3 to Special Olympics Wisconsin and received a FREE regular sub! I’m so excited they’ve come to Mequon!“

“I just love their bread and seasonings on the sub. Good service too!“

“Jersey Mike’s new Hot Italian is so good. All of their stuff is fantastic.

Genuinely nobody else is doing it like them. It’s all so high quality there. It’s succulent. No matter what it is.

And you do not want it to end while you’re eating it. A lot of places will make you feel bloated or inflamed even if the food is good. Not so, with New Jersey Michael. Cannot recommend it enough.

This location on Oakland is the best one in Milwaukee. In a peaceful area with competent cleanly workers and friendly managers.

To whoever the friendly blonde manager/worker there was at about 3:00PM on 3/9/26 and bonded with my wife and I over family names, I wish you the best in all things!“

“Never seen the place get so packed and emptied out so quickly! The quality of the food has gone up and the hospitality is great since NEW MANAGEMENT!“

“Awesome service, good vibes & Food“

“I can’t imagine a better partner for this event. A-plus 600 East Cafe. If there were a Nobel prize given for awesome events your team would be on a plane to Stockholm tonight!“

“best sub in Milwaukee !!!!“

“1/29/24. Omg had the best delicious chicken today, seasoned just right crispy golden brown chicken. Taste just like my mom @grandmother chicken. We ordered the 14 piece chicken it was hot when delivered. Who ever cooked that chicken, i hope when I order again you cook it..“

“Greatest Cousins around. Staff is spectacular. Food is always great and made with care.“

“Awesome Cousins! Super clean, great staff, and the owner ROCKS!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!“

“Best corned beef in Wisconsin. Don't come more than once a week, however, as your blood will feel thicker even after one sandwich. Absolutely recommend, my dad introdu ed me to this place and it is the best Reuben you'll get for a long ways.“

“Food was fresh. UPDATE!!!!! 5/3/26 ordered a hot ham and cheese on Parmesan Aisgo bread. As you can see from the picture that is not the bread that I ordered and that’s the second sub. The first one was cold and I asked for A hot Sub. When I brought the sub back, nobody apologized nothing. These subs are not five and six dollars a half inch Sub is running every bit of 10. Not cool“

“The Brisket is delish! Service was fast and friendly!“

“Kid-friendliness: We always like to interact with the kids. I want to thank all of you for your reviews, for some reason I can’t log into the google business account to reply to your comments. We love this community and my wife are in the store everyday and we love seeing your faces daily. We appreciate your support so much. God bless everyone one of you!!!!“

“I'm not from Milwaukee but everytime I come to Milwaukee that's all I eat is cousin subs“

“very great subs always fresh“

“Stopped in to buy a sub for my brother who lives out of state and cannot get CousinsSubs where he lives. When I mentioned to the young lady at the counter I am taking it on a plane she made sure she triple wrapped it and wrote please enjoy in the sub. She made my day! Great experience !!“

“Ordered from this location for corporate lunches the last couple weeks. Love that box lunches are an option, especially during the pandemic. Our orders have been absolutely perfect and the service even better. Way to go Bayshore! 👏🏽“

“Service was a bit lengthy but I ordered a wrap and did they pile on the chicken!! That wrap was so full that they had difficulty wrapping it. That was lunch for 2 days. Not only that the wrap was good. I ordered #20.The best thing about my visit was there was this elderly guy in line ordering his food. He had a wheelchair like device and he stood up and pointed to his toppings for his sub. The guy in front of him looked over at him and smiled. He told the cashier I'll pay for his meal and said to the guy sir this one's on me. That just made my heart full of joy to see such a moment!!“

“I'm proud of them for keeping this store open.
I lived in the area over 10 years ago..Everytime I'm in town I go here. Never disappoints. They add on new items which is neat. Just watch out for random ppl walking around say no for change most will keep it moving“

“My family and I mobile order from this Subway all the time. Has to be the best Subway I have ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot across the country while traveling.)They make the sandwiches so well, nothing ever falls apart. The bread is always fresh and so are the toppings. The staff is always super polite and helpful.“

“By far the best sandwiches I've had. They blow subway an cousins an even jimmy johns out of this world 🌎 ❤️💯“

“Excellent sandwiches and the lady behind the counter was amazing.“

“1st and NationalSlow serviceCalled in ahead of time for 2 whole subsItalian Special with no lettuce and they put on alot of lettuceMeatball and provoloneHad to wait an extra 15 minutes in their lobby while they made my subs. SMH2 whole subs $35 ... won't be going back“

“I like this place except for 1 thing. They don't prioritize online orders. The app says 20 minutes until your order is ready but they don't start your order until you get there and then you have to wait for all the people who might be in front of you. Kinda frustrating but the food is always good.“

“Great Customer Service, freshest veggies, meats, cheeses & soups. I've been getting Subway for decades now all from a wide range of locations, since Subway is a very large and well known restaurant and I will admit there are a few locations that barely reach 3 stars within the "Subway" franchises. Luckily, at 98% of my home States have all been 4 stars or more. I usually call ahead, place my order for specific pick up time. I've been going nearly every day for several years to a handful of locations and they top 3 are my 1st places to call. If you have any problems with the stores and the actual Manager isn't there, please complete your due diligence to ensure fairness to the store & the employees. This is to ensure you're not cheating yourself while keeping a shotty store afloat.“

“You can't go wrong with a Subway sub. I always go for the tuna. Don't get me started on the controversy about that. Also the new deli sandwich. The BLT was just what I needed can't believe it took Subway this long to come up with a BLT. Love it!“

“we were looking for a place downtown that was open for lunch.“

“Very good customer service and the food was right on point and not sloppy and they dining room was very clean“

“The best location ever.... 68th n state always makes my sub's the way I like it...The staff is great, friendly, and welcoming. Great work! Keep it up 🙂“

“I order for delivery from JJ all the time. It always arrives quickly, made correctly, and tastes great. I always get their veggie sandwich; not because I am a vegetarian, but because they are the only place that makes a tasty veggie sub! Their service is fine for their other sandwiches, but other places make equally good ham, beef, or turkey sandwiches so they don't stand out. But their veggie sub? Delicious, and nobody else has anything like it.“

“Yes I do recommend the Steak and Cheese with Mayo. they are so YUMMY 😋😋😋😋😋“
