“Went for the first time today for a doggo lunch date with muh fur baby. Wonderful staff and quick service. I noticed negative reviews complaining there was dogs, well no crap it’s the business model and there’s an actual picture of a dog on the door and logo. ANYWAYS price is a little steep but when I got my food holy cow it was delicious. And I love that they have dog friendly menu items available as well. The place is super clean for the amount of guests and animals that come through. Loved that the food pickup and service area is separate from dining. The only downfall was I did pay for pickles and there wasn’t any but I didn’t even notice it until I devoured the first half of my food. No big deal. I ordered the steak sandwich and strawberry limeade which I also love is made by hand with fresh fruit. My dog is now sleeping in a food coma as am I.“

“Today is Sunday, March 30, 2025 I purchased food yesterday a 10 piece chicken, classic wings Cajun fries, mozzarella sticks.! Now, when I walked in, it was the best atmosphere the owner welcomed me in. He asked me what I was there for. He helped me right away. There was no issues. The food was great. “This Subway is one of the cleanest and freshest subways I have ever been to. I normally do not like subway subs but stopped to grab a quick meal for kids in a pinch. The service was outstanding, the bread was clearly fresh, and the subs were delicious! This has now become a go-to stop for our family and they love the fresh baked cookies! Couldn’t recommend this store enough - definitely not like other stores I’ve been to.“

“I came to Cousins on Sunday, June 23rd at 1pm and had an odd experience. The door was locked and there was a man wiping down tables just on the other side of the glass. Tapped on the door and was ignored. The hours were supposed to be 10am to 7pm. No special message on the door. They do a great job here. Baffled in Mequon.“

“I arranged a catering order with the owner and/or manager for 21 people. They were so helpful and accommodating to my needs, making sure I had their phone numbers for easy communication. They took the time to write individual names on each box and make sure each one had their choice of chips and cookies. Food was great and what we asked for. They were also able to drop off the order, which was so helpful.“

“The young lady that used to be pregnant was so sweet for my first visit!! She helped me build my sandwich and explained to me every part of the process! “The food and service is amazing even with only 2 people most of the time with great pizza, footlongs, and sandwiches. The atmosphere is very dull and bad with no music or noise since most people don’t eat inside. They also accept every app that I can think of that delivers.

Vegetarian options: Subway is very vegetarian friendly but I’m not vegetarian but I worry about cross contamination since employees don’t change gloves and keep meat and vegetables next to each other.

Dietary restrictions: You don’t have to worry about dietary restrictions since you make your own sandwich but if you have a deadly allergy I don’t recommend since cross contamination.

Parking: Very easy to find a parking lot but might have to walk a bit.

Kid-friendliness: As long as you keep your kid under control it should be fine and is very kid friendly as the workers are very understanding.“

“Wanted to make this review for the location in South ridge Mall, but I see it's been permanently closed down. In 2016 me and my bf (now husband) were homeless teenagers, both of us just 16 years old. And we went to sit in the tables near the subway, and the manager/women there offered us two meals. We had no money, she took care of us and was kind. We ate for the first time in days. Once we became adults and got our footing, we made sure to pay it forward to people we see who need help. We still do to this day. We've been to Subway many times since then, obviously as paying customers, and never had anything but a positive experience (including the subway I'm reviewing) Subway is awesome. And that woman was awesome. The food is great and the people are amazing people. Keep doing your thing subway!“

I always get their veggie sandwich; not because I am a vegetarian, but because they are the only place that makes a tasty veggie sub! Their service is fine for their other sandwiches, but other places make equally good ham, beef, or turkey sandwiches so they don't stand out. But their veggie sub? I asked if I could use the key for the restroom before I ordered my food and wasn't given the key. It was a older lady that name start with a M that was trying to argue with me because I asked the younger lady with glasses on her name since she didn't have a name badge on for my review because she didn't give me a fork for my food nor napkins. “I like this place except for 1 thing. They don't prioritize online orders. The app says 20 minutes until your order is ready but they don't start your order until you get there and then you have to wait for all the people who might be in front of you. Kinda frustrating but the food is always good.“
