“Had lunch here yesterday and was so surprised to find this quaint spot less than a mile from home. Loved the open space for seating, gaming, or just sitting in comfortable chairs to visit. Service was great, food excellent, and prepared on site. Vegan and GF choices was bonus. So glad to have a quality choice in Mesa! Will def be going back.“

“Easily my favorite coffee ever. Great product paired with a great staff and you can’t go wrong. I usually get the americano but they always have great snacks to pair with your drinks as well so I recommend those also.“

“I love the taste of this coffee brand. It’s stronger than some of the other coffee shops coffee. And there is merch that can be purchased here, if you walk in the store you can see all the hero patches that are stapled to the wall, so sweet! I wish this place had better air conditioning though, the inside is a little hot.“

Every time we’ve been in the owner has been there and been so kind. The flavors and fresh waffle cones are amazing. Every time I have friends in town, I take them here. I saw so many cars lined up at this coffee house, I thought it must be a good place. They didn't disappoint. They are people who really look like thet enjoy their job, They enjoy helping people. “Wow! One of the best tea places I've been to in a while! Nice cozy cafe setting that is the perfect place to study. The shop has a capybara theme which is pretty cool as well.

Not too many tables but a good amount. Plenty of parking as it is part of a strip mall. Excellent service. The owner was super nice and provided top notch customer service!

We got the matcha latte with pistachio foam and Hojicha latte and both were absolutely exquisite. They matcha is from Japan and was super tasty.

“Bought an amazing delicious Birthday cake last minute; the women in the hijabi was kind and attended me good, but before that I placed my order with a girl who worked there, and she was cold and didn't make you feel welcomed. Overall the cake was super yummy and the women in Hijabi was really kind. A worker who welcomes you can make all the difference.“

“This store has the sweetest, most efficient employees in all Gilbert Starbucks! I am a Starbucks junkie, and I go about three times a week and not always the same store. However, every time I come into the store, I get a welcome. I tell them “thank you” they respond back everytime. If I have a question they go above and beyond to answer it…just the cutest crew. You can really tell they enjoy what they do!“

“I go out of my way to go to this location because they have such great customer service and drinks. The man working the drive thru window accidentally handed me the wrong drink. I went back into the store to let them know, and the guy at the window immediately recognized me and had my drink made before I even got to the counter. They really take the time to make sure your experience is 5 star, and they make it right if they make a mistake. I hope the team working at 10:40 this morning gets kudos for their hard work.“

There were 2 gentleman working today and yesterday that were AWESOME and friendly when educating customers . One even went above and beyond to show me how to get double points! There was also a very sweet woman with gorgeous shiny black hoop earrings and she was an absolute delight to speak with! The service here is wonderful, and my drinks and food was perfect every single time. I will definitely be visiting this location every time I visit! “Cold Brews all day every day! I unfortunately don’t come to Dutch as much as I used to since the took away heavy whipping cream. I try to stay clear of sugar options and this is my favorite drink with a splash of hwc and sf vanilla. Though I still pick up cold brews once in a while I end up having to add the cream at home. Service was good and closed the freeway which was great for me n my way home. Being back the heavy whipping cream !“

“I always have a Five Star Experience at Southern & Val Vista store. Hardest working people I know. Ellis a the Captain of the ship over there doing a darn good job if you ask me. Pumpkin muffins are fresh and my Latte is never bitter or Flat. Big Love to This Location ❤️

“I always use the drivethru, so I can't comment on the atmosphere but the staff are very friendly and quick. They always ask how my day is, and I don't feel rushed to just get through the line.

Recently I had a barista (Sam, I think?) give me a sample of a drink they had made, and it was delicious and fun to try something I never had. When I said how good it was, they took the time to write down how to order it in the future. I was very impressed with this.

Today I came through, and someone had written on my bag, "I hope you have a great day today. :)" And it made me smile. It's the little things at this store, that add up to a big experience.“
