“The past couple of times I've eaten here, I used the app to place my order. The time to from submitting the order and time to pick-up the food has been 30 minutes...no biggie. What I find frustrating is that the food has NOT been ready at the appointed time. The crew has to ask who I am multiple times and seem to be scrambling behind the counter to get the food over the finish line. You're better off just ordering in the store.“

“I came here for the first time a couple weeks ago and had to come back to make sure it wasn't a fluke. I love this place the food is great quality, the prices are reasonable for that quality, and the staff is great. They use real plates and silverware for dine in which keeps them out of landfills. They were changing the Dr. Pepper when I ordered so they gave me a large at no extra cost. Special shout out to Kaiya. She was very patient with a pair of difficult customers and kept a smile on her face. I will be eating here frequently.“

“We found the female manager rude in rushing the few people in there choosing a sandwich. Reaching over another employee adding meats to his build to hurry him up very rude. Plus, the menu board is very small high up on wall. Store was clean, we didn't like the manager and how she reacted to the few people in there.“

“I specifically stopped coming to this location after the previous manager/owner treated me so poorly, but since Jason has started managing I happened to come in and I love this location now. He is the most friendly, efficient person and so prideful of his work! I love seeing him when we stop in for lunch. If you had a bad experience in the past (like myself) give it another shot with him! He keeps the restaurant clean and the food is fresh. He also has the best throwback music playing that always puts a smile on my face.“

“I have always loved the subs at jersey mikes but the service was mostly very rude. A year ago there were two male servers that had no customer service skills whatsoever, and these two boys were so inefficient and bossy I started going to another JM on Bell. I'm so relieved the manager got rid of them! The girls you have now 12.1.24 are really nice and pay attention to what they are doing. They are so nice ! Thank you management.“

“This is a very nice location with delicious food and excellent service. I love Subway sandwiches and this location does them right. I was curious about the roasted garlic aioli, which I hadn't tried before, so the owner gave me some as a side free of charge! She shared with me a little about the location's story. In particular, their customer base has dropped since the nearby BBB Fashion closed, so they've started some promotions like offering a free cookie with any sub addon (avocado, bacon, etc.). If you're in the area, you really should check them out. You won't be disappointed! (And, in case you're wondering, no, I am not being compensated in any way for this review.)“
