“Great food and very friendly staff! We had a great meal this evening and were served by Bobby and another kind gentleman. Service was excellent, quick and efficient. I recommend the roast pork and the rice bucket was great for 2-3 people! Prices are very reasonable. This was my first time here after living in Vancouver for a year and I will definitely be back.“

“I visited this restaurant on April 29th, 2026 at lunchtime. It was busy, but a staff member found a small table for me. I ordered the shrimp fried rice, and it tasted really good. I couldn’t finish it, so I brought the rest home. Great service, and definitely senior‑friendly. I’m very satisfied.“

“We have lunched and dinned here for decades, through changes and renovations.
The service attained and maintained a consistent level of efficiency and courtesy for the last 2 decades.
We enjoy the dim sums which are always delicate, light but flavourful.
For dinner, some spectacular dishes require pre-orders. We always enjoyed the braised duck on a bed of savoury mixed mushroom (forgot the proper name of the dish), and many more.“

“Came for Valentine's Day and we were not disappointed. A bit on the pricey side, but the restaurant was fully packed and we saw one table of over 15guests accommodated. The service, privacy, and food quality was all excellent. Check out the creative Mango pudding presentation! (It wasn't sweet at all).“

“Lee Garden is a reliable choice for classic Cantonese seafood and dim sum. The ingredients taste fresh, portions are generous, and dishes come out quickly, even during busy hours. Dim sum is consistently good, with a wide selection, and the seafood dishes are well prepared and flavorful. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion size, and the dining room is spacious and comfortable, making it a great place for family gatherings or group meals. Service is efficient and friendly. Overall, a solid neighborhood restaurant that’s easy to come back to.“
“Typical hole in the wall Chinese resto that serves excellent dishes. I ordered fried squid and tofu in peppery salt and their scallop and egg fried rice. It was delicious and crispy! Price, quantity and quality is on point too. Love their food and will surely come back again. They have 3 reserved parking slots but you can also park on the side streets. I highly recommend this place. The even gave me a free small hot and sour soup which was awesome considering I am not a fan of this soup. The taste is good!“

“Chose this restaurant as I've followed the manager, Michael Kwok, around since his days at Floata, then Red Star, and now at Kowloon Delight. Hosted my son's high school grad family dinner, and recently mom in law's milestone birthday party. The Great: food is fabulous as confirmed by my very picky MIL and extended family. In particular, hot n sour soup is one of the best we've had. Service by Michael and servers is top notch (which is usually a bone of contention in a Chinese restaurant but not here). The Good: parking is covered as it's inside a plaza. So our elders w mobility issues had no problem getting to the second floor. Parking is free as well. The Meh: washrooms could be cleaner and should maintained throughout the night. Overall: absolutely will come again for another milestone event this year. This is my go to place now when I'm looking to host 3 tables of people (ie.30 people).“

“This small place is inside of food court and I missed it the first time I walked right past it. It turned out that I luckily found it because the food is actually really good. We had the signature chicken, and the meat was super tender and the skin was glorious. The sauce was great. Highly recommend it!“

“I was close by and came here for takeout. They have 20% discount for dine in before 11am and 10% discount for take out.
Food is good, I like it very much.
The restaurant looks clean not very worn.
Servers are quite abrupt and feel like they are rushing you but they are not rude.“

“Went in at 11:00am on a Monday. Wasnt fully packed but had quite a few tables filled already.
I was approached immediately upon being seated and placed my order instantly.
Food arrived within 5 min.
I ordered the Wonton Noodle Soup. It's the best in the greater Vancouver area. The noodles are cooked El dente, maintains it's springiness. The wontons are the size of golf balls and are almost all shrimp. You get 5 per order.
Wonton Noodle Soup. $10.75.
Not sure what the negative reviews are about. There arent many other places in greater Vancouver that gives you this quality, this quantity and at these affordable prices.“

“They allow you to bring your own container(s), which is great because this place is take-out only! If you get rice with two ingredients, and possibly other combinations as well, they also include a few pieces of vegetables (yu choy 油菜) for you 😊“

“Food is good and fresh.
But be careful with the gift card promo. If they know you’re using a gift card, they’ll say they don’t have smaller sizes (like crab, king crab, or certain fish), and then push you to order bigger, more expensive ones.
You end up spending more than you planned and getting way too much food that you can’t even finish. Kind of feels misleading.“

“This is hands down the best Dim Sum I have eaten. My party of three ate like absolute KINGS with leftovers to take home for under $50 CAD. The atmosphere is beautiful and the service, friendly. I will be adding this to my regular Vancouver rotation!“

“One of the few Chinese restaurant that still have dim sum cart going around instead of placing your order. Main advantage of dim sum cart is you can see how it looks like instead of just a dish on the menu. And you can have your favorite food right away.
Since their food is very reasonably priced so parking is challenging and you may have to wait over half hour during weekends lunch time. Waiting on Sunday started as early as 11am and still a line when we left before 2pm.“

“It not my first time there. The food at this place has always been good , very authentic and a truthful representative of Chinese cuisine at its best . The dishes are generous in quantities . This time it wasn’t any different. I did choose three dishes from the dim sum menu at I was not disappointed. The food came in less than 10 minutes and was very fresh and testy. The food came along with a pot of fresh and testy tea. The service was friendly. I cannot say too much about the atmosphere this time because the place was empty, but I usually go there at night time and it’s quite full with dinners. Highly recommended.“

“Great little cantonese eatery. This place is as close as you can get to matching Hongkong street stall food taste. I especially like their breakfast menu where the various options are affortably priced. I suggest you get there well before lunch time in order to get a parking spot and a table.“

“Has been in Chinatown forever but they relocated to this location a number of years ago from slightly further east on the same block. Pricing can be considered high. Historically, their Apple tarts are exceptional in taste!
According to the internet: (March 11, 2026)
Vancouver's Chinatown, one of North America's largest and oldest, is a vibrant mix of historic, cultural, and modern culinary spots. Key highlights include the serene Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden, the Chinatown Storytelling Centre, and iconic eats like New Town Bakery and Phnom Penh.“

“Came here with a family of 8. Food is high quality. But you get what you pay for, so be prepared to spend at least $400-$500 if you are coming with a large group.
Dietary restrictions: Have veggie options but not recommend for hardcore vegetarians & vegans
Kid-friendliness: Yes.
Wheelchair accessibility: None. Disappointing but that‘s the only downside to this place“

“I wanted to introduce this restaurant today. Didn’t expect to find a place like this in a neighborhood mainly known for its gyms, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The menu is a mix of Cantonese stir-fry dishes and classic cha chaan teng items, plenty of variety.
What caught my attention today was their claypot rice. The restaurant itself is comfortabl e and spacious. The food quality is good, the portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable.
I ordered the chicken claypot rice with lily bulbs, wood ear mushrooms, and shiitake. The flavor was decent, though not exceptional. My only suggestion is to increase a bit the oil or water at the bottom to create a larger, more complete layer of crispy rice. The crispy bits were there, but a bigger, more solid crust would make it perfect.
The set also included a traditional Cantonese slow-boiled soup and Hong Kong-style milk tea. The milk tea was good, and the soup was excellent, full of ingredients like pork bones, chicken feet, dried tangerine peel, and peanuts. Very authentic.
For a small additional charge, you can add Hong Kong-style French toast as dessert. It was quite good, but deep fried it Longer would make it my ideal version.
Overall, it was a solid meal, and I’ll definitely return to try more of their dishes.“

“Reliable and consistent restaurant that you can always count on. Food is good and priced accordingly. Always hits the spot when you need a hot and fast meal. I’ve been coming here since it first open and it’s never a miss! Great space for all party sizes. The floors need a good scrub or deep clean but it’s the nostalgic feel of a good ol’ HK restaurant.“

“Quite contrasting experiences in the reviews. We went for dinner last night an hour before they closed. Upon entering we were warmly greeted with a sincere smile. We had a couple of questions about the menu and our server was helpful.
The food was delicious. The beef was so tender. Wonton soup was terrific. The place was clean. Both people we encountered were very friendly. We both left so full, almost bordering on discomfort.
We also visited a few years ago and had a good experience also. The date has a special importance to us and the food and service added to that memory. A little expensive.“
