“This Tim Hortons location in Hastings is quite convenient, especially for me since I often visit the library nearby. It’s easy to grab something quickly. Compared to some other Tim Hortons locations, this one is really good. The atmosphere is nice, and the cleanliness is decent, though I think they could be more vigilant and clean more frequently.
I haven’t had a bad experience yet, so overall, I’d say it’s a good spot. The staff seems nice, but I would strongly recommend appointing a team leader to improve efficiency. They recently introduced kiosks, which I haven’t tried yet. Another plus is that they are open for long hours.

“The place itself wasn’t bad, but the women’s restroom was closed. The staff told me to wait in line for the men’s restroom. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for someone to finish, but that person was actually taking a shower inside. In the end, they locked the door from the inside, and only then I was let into the women’s restroom. I really don’t understand why it was handled this way...“

“I want to leave a compliment for the manager (I think it is Cheryl) and the staff of this location. The manager is always kind and cheerful to customers and it seems to me that she makes an effort to help and motivate staff in a positive way. I come to this location occasionally (it is near my office). This is a high traffic location with a very diverse customer base. I avoid traditional "break" times when the line up can get quite long (but that is to be expected). The quality of the food/beverage is consistent - you are getting what you expect at this Tim's.“

“Stopped by the Tim Hortons on 555 W Hastings and grabbed a regular BLT sandwich and the Spiced Vanilla Filled Ring Donut—both were spot on! The BLT was simple but satisfying: crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomato, and just the right amount of mayo on soft bread. Classic done right.
But the real surprise was the donut. That spiced vanilla filling? Warm, aromatic, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, with a cozy hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. The ring had a nice chew and wasn’t greasy at all. It felt like fall in a bite.
Quick service, clean space, and a tasty combo that hit the spot. Definitely worth a stop if you're downtown and craving something comforting.“

“They have 12 grains bagel my fav that's discontinued by many THs. Also they make my tea to the order unlike some other THs where I request honey in my tea but then barely taste any in it. It’s simply awesome and delicious. The slow cooked chicken is a gem in itself clubbed with rice, veggies, spices and topped with cheese.
The quantity is good for a single person.

“Second timis at the campus which usually has a huge line up. They used to serve only drinks and donuts but they now have sandwiches and burgers. The service is outstanding as per the huge line up . You can also bring your own mug for the coffee for discount. Iced capp is the most popular drink here. Boston cream and Canadian maple are one of my favourite donuts.“

“The staff here are friendly and efficient. My only complaint would be for management, as this is a high traffic area with lots of workers and tourists, and not enough people working. (As someone who used to work at Tim Hortons, they needed at least another 50% more staff.)“

The location is clean and well-kept, and the staff go out of their way to get your order right. Definitely one of my favorite stops for a quick bite or caffeine fix. Keep up the great work!“
