I wanted to take a moment to give some well-deserved positive feedback about my recent visit to your Tim Hortons location 3463 dunbar street today.
First off, the team member “Simran Mann” who helped me with my drink was incredibly patient and knowledgeable when I asked for a customized cold beverage. I ordered an iced coffee with specific modifications—extra vanilla flavor shot, almond milk instead of regular, and light ice—and they got every detail perfect without any hesitation. It tasted exactly how I wanted, and it was made quickly even during a busy time. That level of attention to customization really made my day and shows great training and care for customers.
Then, for lunch, I tried the Cilantro Lime Chicken Loaded Bowl and it was outstanding! The fresh ingredients—crisp lettuce, cucumber, hearty grains, and that flavorful cilantro lime sauce—came together perfectly. The chicken was cooked just right: crispy on the outside, tender inside, and generously portioned. It felt like a fresh, satisfying, and surprisingly healthy option compared to typical fast-food meals. Everything was assembled neatly and tasted delicious from the first bite to the last.
Overall, the service was friendly, fast, and accurate, and the food quality was top-notch. Your team clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows. This visit made me a repeat customer—I’ll definitely be back soon!

“Me and my son often visit this location to pick food once/twice a week. Great location and space, good ambience and sitting plan. The staff always provides exception service, very friendly people work here. Special thanks to Jigar and Jasmeet who seem to be very hard working people and always carry a smile greeting their customers and very personable. Funny part is my son has this cop costume and likes to dress like a cop and likes visiting this location meeting them as a cop and calls them his friends. Exception customer service brings people back and this team is an outstanding example. Wish them best of success and joy in their future endeavors!“

“It's a coffee shop in a city open to the public, people are going to be jerks and deface the bathrooms. I don't get some of these comments people make.
What I know is the staff were super nice and made my food quickly, and everything tasted like it was supposed to. Coming in from the US coffee prices are amazingly cheap here. Lots of space, a nice interior area and an outdoor space to sit, I'm not sure what more you could ask for.“

“This is one of the only Tim Hortons. I will actually go to because I can honestly say they will not screw up my order in anyway shape or form. Yes, they do a lot of training of new employees which does bring down their speed at times but we should all have patience for those that are still learning, especially in a new environment as somebody who has had to be trained and not fully understand things immediately we should all have patience for those that are learning a new trade and a new field so unfair to say that the quality of the space or anything else is affected we all need to learn at some point Therefore we should all have patience for those that are learning so again this is the only location that I will actually spend my money at as they actually do their job, even if it takes a little longer for the new hires. The regular staff are absolutely amazing. They know how to get everything back on track when things start falling behind. I’ve watched it happen multiple times.“

“The place itself wasn’t bad, but the women’s restroom was closed. The staff told me to wait in line for the men’s restroom. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for someone to finish, but that person was actually taking a shower inside. In the end, they locked the door from the inside, and only then I was let into the women’s restroom. I really don’t understand why it was handled this way...“
“Simran is a STAR!! I walked a great distance to get a coffee from this location only to arrive just as she was closing up. She heard that I had walked a far distance and decided to stop cleaning up and to brew me a fresh coffee, even though everything had been cleaned and she was about to go home. “This hand downs is the best Tim Hortons location in the core of Vancouver downtown. Other Tim Hortons locations take notes.
Granville skytrain station area is sketchy and the foot traffic here is super busy (it’s the first coffee chain after exiting skytrain going towards Granville street). Thousands of people walk by this Timmie’s locations everyday.
Despite the constant flow of commuters and patrons, this location manages to stay clean and pump out orders very quickly. The quality of food here is multitudes better than the much bigger Tim locations.
This location reminds me of what Timmies used to be in early 2000s. If you are exiting Skytrain in Granville station and only have 5 min to order something to go while getting to work, this is your place.“

“They have 12 grains bagel my fav that's discontinued by many THs. Also they make my tea to the order unlike some other THs where I request honey in my tea but then barely taste any in it. “Second timis at the campus which usually has a huge line up. They used to serve only drinks and donuts but they now have sandwiches and burgers. The service is outstanding as per the huge line up . You can also bring your own mug for the coffee for discount. Iced capp is the most popular drink here. Boston cream and Canadian maple are one of my favourite donuts.“
“Very conveniently located at Burrard & W George. The place is clean. The server was very friendly, that's something I always look for. This is one of the few remaining places in downtown where you can still get freshly made meal under $10. I ordered a Becon Everything Flatbread Pizza. It was prepared fresh and hot and tasted good.“
“It's the most efficient Tim, hands down, and yet it's neglected. Its floor has been really dirty for about a year, and the last time I noticed foul smell. That is food safety concern too. Come on, guys, bleach is the cheapest thing in Canada, you should have deep cleaning every month at least. Four stars to the team, zero stars to the management :-p“

“The place is good, but there is limited space and a bit congested for the number of people served. The staff is very active which makes it better in comparison to other places at UBC. A good location which has a lot of open spots nearby! An expansion may likely improve the overall consumer experience.“
