“I go to this location 3-4 times a week and I always do a Mobile pick up order. Since I go there around the same time (Breakfast), it’s usually the same staff. They word hard and always get my order right with zero wait times.
Kamal is usually the person I see there who is always there working tirelessly and always with a smile!“

Is the staff are not allowed to gain tips.
This is the only location I've noted this in Canada which I've drove twice this year.
This is the most expensive city in our country. I believe the staff here would greatly appreciate tips like the rest of
Tim Hortons team in our country.

“This Tim Hortons location in Hastings is quite convenient, especially for me since I often visit the library nearby. It’s easy to grab something quickly. Compared to some other Tim Hortons locations, this one is really good. The atmosphere is nice, and the cleanliness is decent, though I think they could be more vigilant and clean more frequently.
I haven’t had a bad experience yet, so overall, I’d say it’s a good spot. The staff seems nice, but I would strongly recommend appointing a team leader to improve efficiency. They recently introduced kiosks, which I haven’t tried yet. Another plus is that they are open for long hours.

The manager is always kind and cheerful to customers and it seems to me that she makes an effort to help and motivate staff in a positive way. I come to this location occasionally (it is near my office). This is a high traffic location with a very diverse customer base. I avoid traditional "break" times when the line up can get quite long (but that is to be expected). The quality of the food/beverage is consistent - you are getting what you expect at this Tim's.“

He is the best and most helpful staff that I have seen at any Tim Hortons. Idk why people are quoting him as rude person, though he is the one who is always respectful.“

“Second timis at the campus which usually has a huge line up. They used to serve only drinks and donuts but they now have sandwiches and burgers. The service is outstanding as per the huge line up . You can also bring your own mug for the coffee for discount. Iced capp is the most popular drink here. Boston cream and Canadian maple are one of my favourite donuts.“
“The service is good, the coffee and bagal are the cheapest amount much of coffee shops. However the washrooms, both man and woman are always occupied for more than half an hour or even one hour. People are agonising outside .The use of dryer inside the toilet can be heart outside all the time. Not sure what's happening inside the toilet.“
“My favorite from their store is their Grilled Cheese and their Sour Cream, Glazed Doughnuts.Their Grilled Cheese has a layer of cheese on top of the bread and then cheese on the inside as well. “I gave only 4 stars and that was generous because they have no washroom ?.I road the subway in from Surrey and needed to relieve myself and have a coffee ☕ and bite to eat.Nothing taste good when you have to pee as bad as I did.Being a senior it's harder to hold the bladder!A and W next door also has no washroom.Not a good way to serve the public! Nowhere to wash your hands before eating, Yuck ?!“

I was there to pick up some coffee and donuts for my wife’s work, drive through had a big line so I decided to go inside, I was able to place my order pretty quickly, but it took me around 25 minutes to get my coffee. I would advise to avoid this place during busy times, overall service was ok, staff is friendly. Tim Hortons quality is likeable and preferred by everyone.“

That said, it’s usually really busy, so you’ll probably end up waiting in line for a while to order and get your food since they handle a lot of in-person and online orders.
If you’re planning to study here or grab something before class, get there early as there aren’t many outlets, seats fill up fast and lines can get pretty long.“
