Tim Hortons never disappoints! The coffee is always fresh, and the service is fast and friendly—even during busy hours. I love grabbing a Double Double and a box of Timbits on the go. The location is clean and well-kept, and the staff go out of their way to get your order right. Definitely one of my favorite stops for a quick bite or caffeine fix. Keep up the great work!“

“I go to this location 3-4 times a week and I always do a Mobile pick up order. Since I go there around the same time (Breakfast), it’s usually the same staff. They word hard and always get my order right with zero wait times.
Kamal is usually the person I see there who is always there working tirelessly and always with a smile!“

“This Tim Hortons location in Hastings is quite convenient, especially for me since I often visit the library nearby. It’s easy to grab something quickly. Compared to some other Tim Hortons locations, this one is really good. The atmosphere is nice, and the cleanliness is decent, though I think they could be more vigilant and clean more frequently.
I haven’t had a bad experience yet, so overall, I’d say it’s a good spot. The staff seems nice, but I would strongly recommend appointing a team leader to improve efficiency. They recently introduced kiosks, which I haven’t tried yet. Another plus is that they are open for long hours.

“I want to leave a compliment for the manager (I think it is Cheryl) and the staff of this location. The manager is always kind and cheerful to customers and it seems to me that she makes an effort to help and motivate staff in a positive way. I come to this location occasionally (it is near my office). This is a high traffic location with a very diverse customer base. I avoid traditional "break" times when the line up can get quite long (but that is to be expected). The quality of the food/beverage is consistent - you are getting what you expect at this Tim's.“

I have a Tim Hortons next to my workplace, but due to its dirtiness and terrible customer service, I’ve chosen to take extra time to come all the way here instead.

“Stopped by the Tim Hortons on 555 W Hastings and grabbed a regular BLT sandwich and the Spiced Vanilla Filled Ring Donut—both were spot on! The BLT was simple but satisfying: crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomato, and just the right amount of mayo on soft bread. Classic done right.
But the real surprise was the donut. That spiced vanilla filling? Warm, aromatic, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, with a cozy hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. The ring had a nice chew and wasn’t greasy at all. It felt like fall in a bite.
Quick service, clean space, and a tasty combo that hit the spot. Definitely worth a stop if you're downtown and craving something comforting.“
“The place itself wasn’t bad, but the women’s restroom was closed. The staff told me to wait in line for the men’s restroom. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for someone to finish, but that person was actually taking a shower inside. In the end, they locked the door from the inside, and only then I was let into the women’s restroom. I really don’t understand why it was handled this way...“
“They have 12 grains bagel my fav that's discontinued by many THs. Also they make my tea to the order unlike some other THs where I request honey in my tea but then barely taste any in it. Washroom is also well kept unlike others. Pretty satisfied with this Tim Hortins. Great work, keep it up guys👍 :)“

“Second timis at the campus which usually has a huge line up. They used to serve only drinks and donuts but they now have sandwiches and burgers. The service is outstanding as per the huge line up . You can also bring your own mug for the coffee for discount. Iced capp is the most popular drink here. Boston cream and Canadian maple are one of my favourite donuts.“

“Very conveniently located at Burrard & W George. The place is clean. The server was very friendly, that's something I always look for. This is one of the few remaining places in downtown where you can still get freshly made meal under $10. I ordered a Becon Everything Flatbread Pizza. It was prepared fresh and hot and tasted good.“
“I gave only 4 stars and that was generous because they have no washroom ?.I road the subway in from Surrey and needed to relieve myself and have a coffee ☕ and bite to eat.Nothing taste good when you have to pee as bad as I did.Being a senior it's harder to hold the bladder!A and W next door also has no washroom.Not a good way to serve the public! Nowhere to wash your hands before eating, Yuck ?!“
“This is a busy place, drive through always has a big line up. I was there to pick up some coffee and donuts for my wife’s work, drive through had a big line so I decided to go inside, I was able to place my order pretty quickly, but it took me around 25 minutes to get my coffee. I would advise to avoid this place during busy times, overall service was ok, staff is friendly. Tim Hortons quality is likeable and preferred by everyone.“
