“Pizza here is amazing. I was out with a friend and were looking for a quick snack. We ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala pizza as well as a Hawaiian. Both were delicious. Nice crust not too thin nor thick. Definitely freshly made.
Costumer service was excellent. Fair price as well.
I will be returning or ordering take out.“

“This place must have changed owners again. It was our go to spot for over 12 years, but then went downhill and was really bad for a while. Happy to report they are now better than ever! Best California style pizza in the Albany, El Cerrito, Kensington, North Berkelely, Richmond Annex area. Perfect thickness crust, with nice fluffy edges. Good zingy sauce with lots of flavor. Generous toppings, perfectly cooked. Arrived hot. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks you for reviving a neighborhood gem!“

“I've been working here for 2 years now so I know a little bit more about the store compared to most. The food here is fast, tasty, and affordable. My manager's special deal has always been a fan favorite, and there are lots of food items to choose from. I value the generosity from my hard working coworkers and I could not ask for any better people to work with as a team. Despite my overwhelmingly positive opinion, I know that it isn't perfect. Insiders, drivers, and customers alike make mistakes at times which is why I'm thankful for my team member's problem solving skills and patience as well as the friendly and understanding community which I am happy to make someone's day with a freshly cooked pizza.“

“First time, had the umaminous pizza and the tira'miso'.

I love how unique the dough was! It was so fluffy and light which felt well balanced with the toppings. I loved all the textures involved, the crunchy cheesy crust was a nice touch. You get the signature brownie edges but it's with cheese. Total winner. Ill come back for more and try their flatter pizzas to see if my rating changes.

Tira'miso' was a great spin off a tiramisu. It could use more coffee or something to make the cake more moist. Otherwise, the flavors were yummy. I like the salty sweet sauce.

We actually came to this neighborhood intending to eat somewhere else but were enticed by the promise of pizza dough that is allowed to rise for 72 hours and is thus more light and crispy. That's a big promise, but these guys DELIVER! This could very well be the best pizza (or pinsa) we have ever had in our lives. It was amazingly light and crisp. Without exaggeration, this was actually better than anything we had in Rome. We had the heavenly mushroom and margarita pizzas, which were both delicious (but we preferred the mushroom pizza by a hair).

“Friendly staff, great food, and great atmosphere! We loved the bbq chicken pizza and garlic parmesan wings.
The pizza crust wasn't thin or overly doughy, and the edges were crispy and worth every bite. A small will feed 2-3 people easy. They also sell individual slices.

“I love the concept of this establishment. Went in for slices in the after hours and found a very fun place to spend time with good music, a very curated space, friendly staff. I really appreciate a wood burning oven, and I found the pizza dough to be excellent. The margherita topping was also great, with the right amount of fresh ingredients, and the grated cheese on top never hurts. I’m taking 2 stars off from the food category however as I admit I came in expecting perfection from a restaurant with 6 people dedicated solely to making pizza, but the slices that we got were all overly burned on the bottom and I found the salt a bit excessive. “Atmosphere, outside patio and live music is great. The pizza, although very fresh, isn't very appetizing the next day. In fact, it's getting very stale even when attempting to warm up. If you buy pizza here, be sure to eat everything the same day. Also, the green sauce was great too.“

“There's some slight confusion because ordering from "Slice of Hollywood" from Eat24, you get pizza from Pizza Nation, but that's no big deal. The food is GOOD. Best wings I've ever had delivered, and the pizza is really good as well. plenty of toppings, and so far I've only had great experiences with them. Great combo price deals too!“

“I had a thicker crust pizza with pepperoni and sausage, and it was very good. I ended up paying around $8. The 1 slice alone was very filling, and they offered me a cup of ice to go with my Dr. Pepper. It was very clean and the employees were very kind and greeted me when i came in. Overall, it was good and definitely worth a visit if you're near by.“

“We’ve always been thin crust pizza fans, have never tasted authentic NY style pizza, though we have had Napoli-style pizza several times in Rome, and we gotta say, the crust here is AMAZING!! The only slight change that I think would make it taste even better is if there was a bit more salt in the dough. Other than that, the bottom of the pizza was crisp, and the crust was airy and crisp with a slight chew. The crust was so delicious that we saved all our uneaten crusts to bring home for later, could not bear to throw them away (unlike other, more bready crusts). 😆 The pepperoni pizza was our favorite (so flavorful), with the sausage being a close second. The margherita was nice with the fresh basil, but could have used a sprinkling of salt. Our younger son really wanted to try the corn pizza, but we could only manage to finish 3 pizzas with our family of 7, so he has already declared that this will be his pick for his birthday meal, and that he will be getting the corn pizza. 😆 Wish it were closer to us (we live around 30 mins away), but it is not too far for special occasions! From where we live, comparatively, Mountain Mike’s and Porky’s Pizza Palace would be rated 2 or 3 out of 10 and Spinning Dough would be 9/10! Would totally buy it frozen if they offered that, it is that good! Was also a treat for the kids to watch the owner (who is super, super nice!) toss the dough and assemble the pizzas.
