“Pizza here is amazing. I was out with a friend and were looking for a quick snack. We ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala pizza as well as a Hawaiian. Both were delicious. Nice crust not too thin nor thick. Definitely freshly made.
Costumer service was excellent. Fair price as well.

“I've been working here for 2 years now so I know a little bit more about the store compared to most. The food here is fast, tasty, and affordable. My manager's special deal has always been a fan favorite, and there are lots of food items to choose from. I value the generosity from my hard working coworkers and I could not ask for any better people to work with as a team. Despite my overwhelmingly positive opinion, I know that it isn't perfect. “I love the concept of this establishment. Went in for slices in the after hours and found a very fun place to spend time with good music, a very curated space, friendly staff. I really appreciate a wood burning oven, and I found the pizza dough to be excellent. The margherita topping was also great, with the right amount of fresh ingredients, and the grated cheese on top never hurts. I’m taking 2 stars off from the food category however as I admit I came in expecting perfection from a restaurant with 6 people dedicated solely to making pizza, but the slices that we got were all overly burned on the bottom and I found the salt a bit excessive. I will still definitely go back and look forward to trying the special pizza.“

Located somewhat in an alleyway that is off the main street (which by the way, the main street did feel sketchy), and upon entering you feel immersed in a rustic restaurant that gives off huge authenticity vibes. We were served by someone who was so knowledgeable of the food, was able to articulate how they were special, and provided such enthusiasm, it was refreshing. We decided to get 2 pizzas for 2 people, and although it was said they are somewhat personal-sized, they were slightly larger (so expect extras!). We chose the white pizza MARANELLA and a red called TORMARANCIA and they were DELICIOUS! Absolutely some of the best pizzas I've ever had. The crust was light, crispy, and yet filling. We paired the pizza with some wine, and it hit the spot. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend all those visiting SF to try!“

“I had a thicker crust pizza with pepperoni and sausage, and it was very good. I ended up paying around $8. The 1 slice alone was very filling, and they offered me a cup of ice to go with my Dr. Pepper. It was very clean and the employees were very kind and greeted me when i came in. “I have been looking for an authetic New York Pizza in the East Bay for a while. Many have attempted, many have failed. But Bloom has come the closest I’ve seen — Cheese was excellent, sauce tasted right, and the crust was crispy. The only thing I have to say is that the dough is a little bland, so it’s a bit boring to eat the crusts. But all in all, a fantastic pizza. Would I pay the prices that they charge in New York? Not at all. It is a bit overpriced. Also, I wish pizza shops here would put out oregano alongside the red pepper flakes and parmesan. This would bring me great joy and back to NYC in my mind. I can tell they really are trying hard with their pizzas and have to give them immense credit for it.“
