“Went in without realizing they were closing in 15 minutes. The staff didn’t mention it and made a pizza quickly for me and my kids. They loved the pizza and now want to add it to our regular pizza night. Next time I’ll make sure to get there much earlier though.“

“Stumbled in here just to get a slice for lunch, and left with two of the best NY style-slices in Berkeley. So much attention to detail and flavor in the dough and sauce PLUS they freshly grate Parmesan on your slice after reheating it. Way more than I was expecting and reasonably priced! “The hubby and I were killing time and found this place for dinner. We got seated and immediately. We ordered our pepperoni pizza. Since we sat at the bar, we saw them making our pizza and placing it in the wood burning stove. It took about 2 minutes to be baked and quickly served. Loved it! Everything was great. It can get a bit dark in there but it’s all part of the ambiance. We’re definitely going back!“

the vegan options here = awful lol. the mushroom one was super dry (i did get it without cheese). they had a vegan pinsa THAT THEY GOT RID OF (had it last time i was here 4 months ago). happy hour is $9 for the mini pinsas or wine or like some of their bar bites. the brussel sprouts were the star of the show lol. also slow service“

I'm staying at the HI Hostel at Fisherman's Warf and this was my first meal after checking in. Good portions for a decent value. It's near the hostel and easy to find and return from.“

“Pizza Twist is absolutely fantastic! I have a strict gluten allergy, and Mani (the owner) went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and made me feel safe and confident about enjoying my meal. The gluten-free pizza was delicious, fresh, and flavorful—honestly one of the best I’ve had. It’s rare to find a place that truly cares about dietary restrictions while still delivering amazing taste. I can’t recommend Pizza Twist enough, both for the food and the outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

The Marg with vegan pepperoni is like no other pizza I've tasted in my 10 years in California. The sauce! The cheese! The vegan pepperoni! The combination of these ingredients makes this pizza sing. The crust was lovely too. If I were to grumble about one thing, it would be the cost. The pizza, delivery, and tip ran $50. But honestly, I'd pay the same thing again (and likely will) for this delicious wonder, because the ingredients were quality and it was scrumptious. I am especially inclined to support Pizzeria da Laura because it is a fabulous woman-owned business. Grazi!“
