As I was running in to get a juice, this morning, I accidentally dropped my reusable cup and the rim broke off. The darling sales associate firmly told me that they wanted to replace it, for free (sweetly waving away my protests that it was my fault for dropping my old one). They even gave me the $.50 reusable cup discount on my juice. Thank you, for brightening my day!!“

“We called in to see if this Coldstone could make a cake for us with our baby’s gender. We spoke with Jaimie and she assured us that she could take our gender results (still unknown to us) and decorate a cake of our choice. She was very helpful, wrapped the cake in tissue paper and stapled the bag to conceal the surprise. My wife and I were then able to have our own surprise gender reveal at home. We opened the nicely decorated ice cream cake and were shocked to see we are expecting a boy! Thanks for your help in making this a special event for us Jaimie and Coldstone Creamery.“

I do succumb and my go-to single order is the upside down takoyaki with the soft serve (it's delicious but the takoyaki fish cools down quickly with the soft serve). “This place is tasty. Very sugary sweet treats, but yummy. We ordered one bar and one soft serve type, but the soft serve is a way better base. The girls working the ice cream shop were young, but attentive. But, they had no AC in the shop which was really brutal with our hot summer. I asked one of the girls about the heat and she said the AC broke. But, you're in Laguna Beach, charging top dollar, have a busy flow of people non-stop and have ice cream and workers that need to be supported with cooler conditions. I hope the owners chopse to address the cooling conditions.“

We came for the ice cream but walked out with huge smiles because the service is so sweet and delicious! There were plenty of ice cream cakes readily available in the fridge for purchase! This was a great way for me to try them out for the first time. When I first walked in, I didn’t expect the place to look so clean!

It was spick and span and there were cookies laid out in front. There were two women working at the time. I didn’t catch the name of the girl I spoke to.

I came in and asked her if they were giving away FREE Cookies today and she said they were. She told me what to press on the machine to order my cookies. She wasn’t very friendly though. I placed my order she handed me my cookies and I told her this was my first visit.

Usually when I tell a business that I’m a first-time customer, they’re more open to explaining what they have, who they are, their process, etc. I don’t get that this time. I also noticed after I grabbed my cookies, she kinda spied on me in odd way as I was leaving.

As far as the cookies, I honestly didn’t expect to receive two! I give them a 3.5/5. They tasted like chocolate chip ginger cookies to me, which was good.

I may visit a Crumbl Cookies again if they have some better flavors I’d like to try and some more warming customer service.“

“i really like crumbl!! i would totally give this 5 stars but this specific one though is closest to my house and they have not done any special hometown picks or fun features that other crumbls do through the app. i have been waiting to see some fun hometown picks for the RSM location but sadly i only see Foothill Ranch doing it. Compared to Foothill Ranch, the RSM crumbl customer service is mediocre, as no one seems like they want to be working there however the cookies are great nonetheless i just hope i start seeing more fun stuff in the app for the RSM location!!“
