“This little restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The food was fantastic. I had the gnocchi and she had the lobster risotto. Both were superb. The staff was friendly and attentive. We were worried when we turned into a strip mall and saw the restaurant, but once inside the ambience was pleasant. We sat outside and completely forgot we were at a strip mall! Indoors it was what you'd expect for a local family restaurant. The food was much better than you'd expect for a local family restaurant!“

“First time there. Stopped there late Saturday night. They had a guy playing music which was nice. Nice overall environment. The lady at the bar, I think her name was Lacey, was very pleasant. Helpful and a dedicated worker for sure at that restaurant. The portion of food was decent. Very fresh and tasty as well. I will be back soon.“

“Yagi was an amazing find in Anaheim Hills. They are small and fill up fast, but their sushi chefs are top notch and incredibly fast. We tried their omakase, two rolls, miso soup, and their hot tea. All were fantastic. If you enjoy nigiri, the omakase is absolutely the one to go with.“

“It's been a minute since we were to Tempo. We stopped going because they got popular and super busy. The night we went back was super slow. Might be a down night or maybe the crowd rolls in much later. The decor cheapened the ambiance since we were there last. Glow paint with a graffiti design. Didn't care for it, but we were there for the food and drinks. We enjoy bar seating, so that's where we sat. Drinks were good - but premixed. Used to be made to order. Menu was full of options but difficult to read because of the lighting. Many old favorites were still there. What we had was really good. The Tempo food has always been fresh and full of flavor with great presentation. That has not changed. We'll be back again.“

“Celebrated my mom's birthday tonight at Tabi-Ji. We had a wonderful time! The restaurant is very cozy and has great decor. The host Jason was so nice and greeted us as soon as we walked in. Our server Andy was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our meal. Our chef Royce was excellent. He cooked all of our meals exactly how we wanted and entertained us the whole time. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for Japanese or Teppanyaki for dinner! We'll be back soon!“

“The BEST burger, tator tots and most importantly service that I’ve gotten at a fast food drive thru place. The order taker had such kindness in his voice- the compassion and empathy vegans have really brought through his order taking. This was my first time ordering and I had a few questions- he was SO KIND with answering all of them. I ordered a jalapeño burger with no patty- he even asked if I wanted more veggies instead. And my goodness, it was seriously the most flavorful burger I’ve had. Like I’m craving it now! I usually have gone to in n out in the past and get their grilled cheese no cheese, but Nice Burger will be my go to place now. Phenomenal. Great job and keep it up!“

“I've never had mazemen before and I would 100% have it again. I had the cheese mazemen and honestly, I felt like that food critic from Ratatouille. I was felt at home from the first bite and by the end of the second one, I was in bliss. I felt like I was transported back to another ramen place I've visited a few years ago where they made the ramen fresh. I wanted the full experience, so I took an allergy pill beforehand so I could try the mazemen and it was worth it. I would totally suffer palpitations again!“

The service was attentive, the food thoughtful and inspired, the atmosphere comfortable and clean. On its own, the menu was incredible. Every single plate was well-described and beautifully prepared. “We just ate here last night because we randomly stumbled upon it at the end of the listings on Open Table. Let me just say that I live in Chino Hills, and this is the best restaurant in our little city and I had no idea it was here! The location is in a non-descript shopping center where we regularly run errands. But when you open the door, the scent of spices and the aroma of fire-roasted meats hits your senses like you have been transported to the Mediterranean! I have traveled to the region and it’s so cool to have this oasis nestled in Southern California! The food is delicious and the chef and his staff are right in the middle of the dining area so you can see them produce the food amid the eclectic decor like an open bazaar. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Anyone who has an adventurous palette should absolutely try this place.“

“How does this place not have Michelin stars yet? Maybe they're too cool for it? Seriously though, I've eaten at a lot of Michelin restaurants, and this one hits the high bar. It may be a little more punk rock than other fine dining establishments, but the food was amazing. You can tell everyone at the establishment absolutely loves food and what they do, and it shows in their craft. $250 all inclusive of alcohol pairings is a steal. They keep the drinks flowing, the conversation and explanations are entertaining and not stuffy, and it was all around an amazing experience. I tried so many new dishes and items I have never had before.“

“My girlfriend and I got here about 15 minutes before our reservation time. We waited about 5 minutes at the front before someone finally greeted us. The girl who greeted us wasn't particularly friendly and said we'd have to wait until our reservation time since we arrived before it. This didn't make a lot of sense as it wasn't crowded at all and most of the tables were open. We just had to hang out by the bar area for another 10 minutes until our reservation time to finally be seated.Luckily our waiter and the food were great. I got the chicken parmesan, which seemed like one of the most healthy chicken parmesan's I've had at a restaurant. The fresh sauce with chunks of tomato in it was the best part.The open atmosphere with everyone in each other's faces isn't something I really liked, and the greeting/seating process was bizarre, but other than that, not bad.“
