Bombed terribly in two classes. The female comedians I think were spying and found me in the audience wks later, which I will never forget. The red sauce is more of a traditional Italian "Passata" tomato sauce. . . if you ever had freshly made passata, then you'd totally understand what I mean. Also their homemade Hot Italian Sausage, you can really taste the fennel seeds, and the hot pepper flakes hit you towards the end. I love how they use a natural casing to enclose EVERYTHING and gives that "snap" when biting into it. The Pizza Dough is "alive" and fermented perfectly, to allow the air bubbles to form and develop while baked. Speaking of baking, their oven temp setting is PERFECT giving that crusty outer exterior and soft pillowy crumb on the inside. Finally the order of Cannolis are NOT TO BE MISSED. . . The creamy ricotta filling is sweet and not "grainy/gritty" from the sugar. It's the perfect accomplishment to end you visit here!“
