Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. After an amazing meal Bruce and Rene treated us to the most exquisite desserts that were truely to die for. “This place is an institution and it is very good but not going to be your typical sub shop you likely are expecting. They are CASH ONLY, and all their subs coming with the same ingredients, no lettuce. The pickles, onions, and tomatoes are not slices, they are chopped up and literally scooped up and place on the sub. It is delicious and they are very large portions, just not typical, know before you go! Try something different, you may like it!“

Cafe Elegante in Burbank is truly a hidden gem and one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and outstanding customer service that made me feel right at home.

The food was absolutely incredible. The chicken dishes were perfectly seasoned, tender, juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. The beef was equally impressive—cooked to perfection, rich, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. You can genuinely tell that great care and attention go into every dish that comes out of the kitchen.

What really stood out were the mouthwatering appetizers. Every appetizer we ordered was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. They were the perfect way to start the meal and left us excited for the main courses. Each bite showcased the quality ingredients and passion that Cafe Elegante puts into its menu.

The prices are very reasonable and the service was friendly. All the seating is outside so you get to enjoy the weather.“

The red sauce is more of a traditional Italian "Passata" tomato sauce. . . if you ever had freshly made passata, then you'd totally understand what I mean. Also their homemade Hot Italian Sausage, you can really taste the fennel seeds, and the hot pepper flakes hit you towards the end. I love how they use a natural casing to enclose EVERYTHING and gives that "snap" when biting into it. The Pizza Dough is "alive" and fermented perfectly, to allow the air bubbles to form and develop while baked. Speaking of baking, their oven temp setting is PERFECT giving that crusty outer exterior and soft pillowy crumb on the inside. Finally the order of Cannolis are NOT TO BE MISSED. . . The creamy ricotta filling is sweet and not "grainy/gritty" from the sugar. It's the perfect accomplishment to end you visit here!“

“The food looked amazing and it was pouring outside so we decided to get the food delivered using door dash.
Unfortunately, it showed up room temperature.
But once we heated it up, it was good enough.
That said, I would definitely pick it up myself next time or going to try inside the restaurant. The taquitos were dried, over fried husks to the point that they had very little flavor. (Like it was under the heat lamp for too long and then cooled down to room temp)
The garlic fries had no initial flavor, but you still get the garlic breath lol. Not sure what happened with that … what makes me wanna give them another chance was The wet pork burrito - probably the best item
Over all., but it also arrived room temperature and needed to be heated. I think it was the beans that were way salty... not sure because I mixed with the rice so I couldn’t quite tell.

All said and done I think the pork was probably hands-down the best part of the meal. We also got a tortia pork sandwich. That we were gonna say for lunch tomorrow.
However, we finished it up… but would say that the bread was not that great, unfortunately.
. I’ll check back later once I’ve tried in house.“
