“Had such a lovely birthday dinner at this restaurant. It's a hidden gem for sure in Burbank. I had the shrimp scampi, the hubby had the lasagna and our son had a cheese pizza. They were all delish!!! The service and ambiance was great! Our first time but definitely won't be the last!!!“

Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! Service was quick, we got lucky and parked in their first space. Fast and friendly service, came out to about $30/person with tip, would definitely come back!“

“This place should be a 5 star. My wife and I come for breakfast mostly, the food and service are top par. (Our decision) we tip the waitress/waiter and also the floater that is constantly making sure you never run out of coffee or any other needs.
Today we can for lunch and man was it the best. We brought our young kids and they loved it.
We love the fresh food all the time, their prices are amazingly better than others, given this economy. Food is always well cooked and again FRESH.

I took my daughter and we both got the kids meal (a good size burger, sweet potato fries, a drink, and a soft chocolate chip cookie), which is actually a nice portion of food compared to kids meals at other places.
