What keeps us coming back is the service. Everyone there is super friendly, from the staff to the owner and manager. They always make sure we’re taken care of and having a great time. 5 stars for sure!“

“Finally ate here for the first time a couple of days ago. Pancakes are on the thinner side, which actually gives it some crisp, and it's tasty. Ben's Special was good also, especially with their homemade hot sauce. Extra bonus points for the amazing bobblehead collection display.

“We came here after visiting Washington Park with 6 people on a Sunday afternoon. It was hot and we wanted something small and quick to eat and drink while the niners game was on. We originally wanted to sit at the bar but since we had a larger group we opted to sit at a table. We got a round of shots and a Prickly Pear Margarita that was really good. We got the signature French fries flight (truffle, rosemary garlic, bbq) served with herb ranch, chipotle mayo, and ketchup. We also got the Chicken Wing flight (Buffalo, salt n pepper, honey habanero) that came with 9 total wings. And we got a chicken fettuccine Alfredo. It was a good little snack for all of us, service was great. There was air conditioning, but there was a quick black out during the game but it came on pretty quickly! There’s street parking and some lots nearby.“

“This meal, which just happened to fall on Valentine's Day, was a lovely beginning to our trip which started with a flight out of SFO. Fortunately I had thought to make a reservation or we never would have gotten in. The service was warm, the atmosphere was cozy and not too dressy, and the food and wine were great. I especially enjoyed my risotto with scallops; while the scallops were small, they were tender and there were plenty of them. We will definitely keep this restaurant in mind when we visit the area in the future.“

“Found this location while staying nearby at the Westin. Unsuspecting and a bit hidden. However, the food was excellent, owners were kind / helpful, and the atmosphere was pleasant. For a quick dinner, I would certainly come back if in the area.“

He saw I was struggling to cut my food because I had a baby in my hands and cut it for me. Seriously 10/10 prime rib, kindness, generosity, everything!! “The staff here are beyond excellent.. Millie Gabe are fantastic bartender’s he are friendly and make wonderful drinks.. Mike Omir Lucus are warm and accommodating to their guests. Karen is pleasant and runs a tight ship and yet makes you feel like you are the only guest here.. It is a joy to be included in such a warm and welcoming place

“I was staying in this Hilton and wasn't too hungry, but decided to get something from this restaurant. I sat at the bar and was helped by the bartender as soon as he was done with another customer. I ended up having a burger with sweet potato fries and they were both great. Of course the burger wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was much better than most restaurants, the sweet potato fries were perfectly done.

I read some of the reviews of this restaurant, a couple of them were for different places in the hotel, they're not open for breakfast and they don't carry packaged goods.

Some reviewers didn't like the pricing. It's not inexpensive, but I think it was priced right. The burger and fries were $22. McDonald's and Carl's Jr. are around $15-18 these days, $22 is a good deal for a great food in a nice hotel in one of the most expensive cities in the world. I had a cocktail, $16, this is the same that I pay at an average bar these days.

I thought that overall, the place was very clean and werll laid out, and the staff were all very professional. This is an area where people can get offended because you used the wrong hand to open a door, they're crazy, so to be able to find attentive, courteous, and professional employees, is amazing.

I will be staying here again, and I'll probably eat at Fire|Vine again.“

“Our dining experience was top notch from beginning to end. Jun greeted us with a friendly smile, seated us, and he constantly checked in on us during our entire meal. Jesus was very friendly, attentive, and helped us with great menu choices. Edgar was also very friendly and attentive. It was such an unexpected pleasure to eat such great food and receive so much attention. We wished we could have thanked the Kitchen Staff in person. 10 out of 10!“

“Great breakfast buffet. We had wonderful omelettes, pancakes, tasty fruit, yummy oatmeal, pretty much every imaginable breakfast item. We are here 3 nights sober will have the same wonderful breakfast buffet. Excellent and friendly servers.“
