“I was wowed with the freshness of the sushi and sashimi. There were types of fish I had never heard of like ocean trout, and all of it was delicately seasoned to not overtake the fresh, subtly unique natural flavors of each fish and shellfish. The service could not be more hospitable, charming, and attentive without being imposing. You can ask questions of the staff and chefs who warmly explain specialties. To say that the experience was gourmet and refined is not doing the whole welcoming experience justice for newbies like me. What a pleasure! While the price is elevated for the high quality of the food, I recommend Momoyama enthusiastically and will return at every opportunity.”

“The best place to try Bosnian food! I can’t pick one favorite, from cevapi to pizza to pita , this food taste like homemade. All employees are nice and friendly, but the owner is an amazing human being, so humble and approachable, honest and relatable, love chatting with him every time we visit Cali, which is usually 2-3 times a year and we make sure we eat lunch and dinner at Sofra Urbana every day. See you soon! Can’t wait for the most delicious Bosnian food on the west side of the United States.”
“first time. lovely experience. everything was very good, but not extraordinary. the avocado toast was pretty bland, couldn’t taste the avocado or cream cheese. the turkish coffee was a surprise - i don’t usually drink black coffee unless it’s very good coffee, this one i could drink it black. loved the candy that came with the coffee. service was basic, more like neighborhood family restaurant style, and they both were on the quiet side. the decor was nice and chic, not so fancy. the place was clean and quiet. overall, it’s good but on the pricier end.”
“Came here and found a hidden gem. Probably one the best Banh mi in town. I got the chicken Bahn Mi and the beef Pho and that was spectacular too. Super fresh bread really delicate taste on the Pho. A lot of love goes into the food here you can tell.
Come eat here !”
“We had a great dining experience at Urban Plates in Long Beach. Mariana explained the menu choices in a very unrushed manner, and we decided on the steak. I ordered the Chimichurri grass-fed steak with balsamic brussel sprouts and herb-roasted potatoes. All of it was delicious ( and healthy too!). The deserts were absolutely killer too. We will definitely eat here again next time we're in Long Beach.”
“There is no other substitute. The bone in Wings of Fire are exactly what they advertise. I am a rare person that has principles. I demand that my food puts up a good fight. Wings of Fire never lets me down. With pickled radishes and Soju you can’t go wrong. The other flavors are always great. Don’t you sell out on me BB.q”
“Everything we tasted was so fresh, decadent, and full of delicious flavor. Our server was super helpful with her suggestions, and every dish was perfection. Everything came very quickly, but we didn't feel rushed.”

“This place is the real deal. Easily one of the best fish and chips I've had in Orange County if not the best so far. You might convince yourself the near $30 price tag at places like santa monica seafood would give you better fish and chips but it's not the case. the batter here is crispy and much more delicate. not heavy and greasy like the beer battered options. I paid $12 for 3 giant pieces of fish. the value is fantastic and the quality is good. only complaints are that the inside can use a thorough dusting (don't look at the fan) and that the fries have potential to be a lot better. tbh if the fries resembled something closer to European chips I would pay another $10 for this plate happily.”
“Ugh.... First the driver delivers half of our order with half of someone else's order. We ordered 2 small pizzas, large chicken caesar salad and 2 large meatballs. We received our two pizzas with someone else's small pizza and mozzarella sticks. We called the store, told them what happened. The other lady missing her food had already called. So they will send a salad and meatballs (and yes, we offered to pay for the extra pizza and mozzarella sticks). 45 minutes later the salad arrives with NO dressing. And 8 tiny meatballs... Bummer!!! PS: We still love you FCP!”
“Very good food & service.
Packed house even though we missed the Sunday dinner rush--we were seated smack in front of the wall & painted-over outlets, etc., very odd, do not recommend that table.
Wish it were closer to us.”

“Walked in to get the viral “giant cheese slice”. I was immediately greeted by everyone, and felt very welcomed! I’ve been here a few times and have always enjoyed the food, staff and music! The owner is super nice guy, who also gave me a free jasmine tea, which I recommend! Super delicious!”
“We came in an hour or so after they opened on a Friday and there was only one other table occupied.
The food was amazing!!! We ordered the spicy cajun edemame, crispy pork, and tom yum seafood fried rice. All three dishes were wonderfully prepared! Great job to the chefs!
The only thing lacking was the service, but the staff was young, but I would venture to guess that they will learn and the service will get better in time.
We will definitely be returning soon and recommend giving them a try!”
“An Evening at Kin Izakaya: Where Tradition Meets Ambiance In the culinary haven that our city embodies, Kin Izakaya emerges as a sanctuary of authentic Japanese flavors combined with the convivial spirit typical of Japan’s iconic gastropubs. It’s here that tradition and modernity collide to create not just a meal, but an experience worth savoring. The moment you step through the doors of Kin Izakaya, you’re greeted by an atmosphere that’s both lively and intimately comforting. The ambient lighting, coupled with rustic décor and understated oriental motifs, offers a welcoming reprieve from the city’s hustle and bustle. The soft murmur of patrons engaged in animated conversation sets the backdrop for an authentic izakaya experience. Kin Izakaya’s menu is a harmonious blend of traditional Japanese fare and innovative culinary creations. The tapas-style dishes, perfect for sharing, encourage a communal dining experience. From the delicate flavors of their sashimi to the robust, savory notes found in their yakitori selection, there’s a delightful complexity in each dish presented. The agedashi tofu, with its perfect crispy exterior giving way to silken tofu within, is a testament to the chef’s prowess in honoring traditional flavors while serving contemporary palates.”
“Amazing authentic Ramen. Service and food was excellent. My new favorite in Lombard!”
“I went there for the first time I ordered 5 piece sashimi was very good and fresh ordered twice and delicious oysters omg 😳 and sashimi scallops was outstanding I give this restaurant 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This 5-star review is specifically for a SUPER STAR employee, Rosalinda! I'm pretty sure she works late shifts as we've had the pleasure of having her serve us several times recently. Every experience has been wonderful.... Hot, fresh food, made exactly how we like it, served up fast and always with many smiles! It's clear to me that Rosalinda takes her job and her work very seriously and it's so refreshing to see someone with such wonderful work ethic! Rosalinda is such a joy, a true asset to this location and the entire Carl's Jr company! Thank you for always taking such great care of us, Rosalinda! You are the best!”
“We came in last night and had such wonderful service from Ken and Pablo, so we actually were craving Subway again. This time we were met with a different set of employees and were very pleased that we received the same great service as we did last night. Today, Sylvia made our Sandwiches and soup. She was very polite and made our orders perfectly!! It’s quite unusual for me to review a place a second time, and especially this close together, but I just felt led to write this so that management knows they’ve done a heck of a job with these hires! Good job you guys!! Keep it up! We will DEFINITELY be back, and probably not too long from now!! 🙏🤍🤍”

Takeout Restaurants
“I’ve been coming here for years. They have the best rolls. They’re a decent size and price. Everything you get from here is fresh and delicious. Everyone I’ve brought here, says it’s their favorite and comes back often. The staff is always kind and friendly. Lindsay and Karen make this place special as well as the male chef. They always remember me, know my order and are so kind and accommodating. I will never, ever, stop coming here!”
“This is my favorite raw vegan restaurant! They also have a large menu of cooked vegan (or maybe that should be the other way around). I haven't tried their cooked food, but it looks absolutely delicious! I have not been to LA or the area in many years, and I am missing Au Lac!”
“The food is fantastic, the staff is very friendly. There is plenty of seating if you want to come with a bigger group. The outside seating has plants all around and looks gorgeous. Place is very clean and well maintained. The prices for the food is nice , you get amazing portions for the price. It is definitely become one of my favorite spots and will come here more often when I'm around the area. If you haven't already you need to try food at this spot!”
“My favorite place to eat. The service is top-notch, and the owner and staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. The food is fantastic—my favorite is the pineapple fried rice with chicken, and the protein shakes are great too. Healthy eating has never tasted this good. Highly recommend checking this place out!””
“For 20 years, after we have a family get together. Its been a tradition that we all have breakfast at the Magnolia Cafe before we all part ways. It’s always clean, the food is always delicious and the service has always been wonderful. It is truly a special establishment!”
“Sushi Koto is always a treat for me. I love to come here for what I feel is the next best thing to eating in Japan. There is always a wait for Sunday brunch, but they do take reservations. Excellent service and friendly staff. This is definitely not your ordinary neighborhood Japanese restaurant. Highly recommend it!”
“Ordered a variety of items and my expectations were blown out of the water. I could not recommend this restaurant enough. As a very frugal individual, I would gladly pay anytime for this echelon of quality. If you are looking for a top notch Japanese grilling experience, this restaurant is THE best if not one of the best choices you could decide on.
The servers are also very nice, and the atmosphere is cozy. 10/10!”

“Such a solid spot. The beer is great and the food is just as good. The bacon blue is my go-to, but honestly you can’t miss with anything on the menu. The pretzel is unreal, especially with a beer. Super chill place to bring the family or just kick back and have a drink. Definitely recommend.”
“One if the best Pho's in the area hands down. The broth is VERY hot which i love. Ive had the chicken, beef, and shrimp pho and all are consistenly good. The noodles are firmer than most places but it works well since the soup is very hot and the noodles don't turn to mush.”
“I gave an earlier bad review because of a to go order where they gave one strawberry for a berry basket meal. I have gone back since and it's really great. The fruit serving in the berry basket has been generous and everything tastes great! I gave a 4 star in service instead of five because a male employee did not help me right away with my pickup order just stared at me and went back to flirting with another female employee. Only when I stood there like an idiot for a while (maybe a like 4 to 5 minutes) then he gave me my pick up order. But it's ok I totally understand to be young and in love! Slay king slay as the kids would say”
“You know why you're here. This is the place you go to for big portions at a great deal. Everything is super tasty and the ladies helping are all super friendly. I share a combo with my fiance and we always have leftovers. Cheaper than eating fast food and bigger portions”
“I got the banh khot tom and they were so gooood! Light and crispy, goes so well with the sweet and sour fish sauce, remember me of the banh khot I had in Vung Tau a long time ago. A reminder to tell the cashier how much you want to tip as they can only add it before coming to the total bill, unless you do it in cash.”

“Kobe Sushi is one of my favorite sushi spots for as long as I can remember. The Black Pepper Tuna roll and Sashimi platter are our top choices. 100% recommend!”

“First time coming here looking to buy a gift for a coffee lover. Great customer service, came in at noon, rang the bell & had immediate service. Got a 1lb of seasonal Pumpkin Spice & their most popular beans, Hawaiian Hazelnut.
It’s a small reception counter with display of their loose leaf teas. Table & chairs outside. Limited parking but ample street parking.”
“They have the best Canh Chu Ca! Really really. My family has been going for years. We crave it. When we tried to go on a Tuesday and they were closed we went elsewhere but it just wasn't as good. Mirada cooks the fish so that it is still so succulent. The flavor of the broth is perfectly balanced and tart. Please give this place a try for healthy Vietnamese food.”
“7 Leaves Cafe and Crema Bakery paired up be Artisan. You get the same 7 Leaves drinks but this location offer foods like pizzas, various baked goods and brunch/dinner.
We always come late when items are sold out so can’t comment on their food. Except for the pop corn chicken, it has the right amount of spice and crispness.
This place is spacious inside and filled with students. Their drinks are consistent. Be sure to look at the app for their “shh..” menu which is their secret menu. I always get Tea-Tex which is mung bean with matcha.”
“I tried Tsuruhashi for the first time, and everything was delicious. The meat was high quality, especially the wagyu, which melted in your mouth. I really liked the sauce that they gave to dip the meat; it went really well together. Service was nice and attentive. I'd highly recommend this place.”

“The worker who took my order today his name was Zane and he was full of so much energy and helped me pick a drink I have a tough time deciding and he was happy to give his input and help me choose. His service was amazing and he was full of energy he made my visit extremely nice I can't wait to go back to dutch bros!”
“I've been here several times and the food is always cooked perfectly and tastes great. I've ordered several different dishes, and my favorites have been their protein bowls and their battered fish tacos which are perfectly crispy. My only real complaint is that I wish it was spicier or that they offered a hot sauce (they might, but I've never seen it). I will say it does get a bit expensive, but I'm willing to pay for this quality and quantity of food. Also, the service has always been excellent and very helpful.”

“Good and convenient place to get Crumbl cookies, if you like them. Closes an hour later than most other ones (at 11p.m.) so if you're craving late night cookies, then this should be your go-to for gourmet style cake like cookies. Otherwise, just go to Mcdonalds, hehe.”
“Everything is so good and so delicious, I went there with my husband, the restuarant is clean and nice quite we order chicken fried rice also shrimp fried rice, chicken larb and hor mok talay in young coconut all great food and very good service we enjoy and already plan to go for next time😍”
“Went here for Sunday brunch. Parking was easy and plenty. There is a special game deal for $35 ($39 w/ tax) for a 20” pizza (cheese or pepperoni), 3 meatballs, and 2 cookies. The place is nice, chill, family, easy and nice vibe. Plenty of TVs for game shows. Fountain drink w/ condiments is on one side self serve. Both plenty of seating inside and outside. Great, friendly, helpful service. The meatballs are tasty & moist. Pizza is good but the dough is okey. The size is HUGE and for the prices, it definitely a great deal. The slices are huge, it’s like double the regular size from other places. Overall, good price, good foods, great service and great place to hangout for game days or with family & friends.”
“This is our new favorite local Mexican restaurant! I’m Mexican & super picky when it comes to authentic Mexican food. I’m very excited & happy to have taqueria so close to home. The food was delicious & the service was outstanding! The servers make you feel very at home. We’re definitely coming back many more times💕”
“Very good environment and food!”
