“I came here for lunch because I thought they had kimbap, but they don't have it anymore lol. Instead of kimbap, they sell yubus. It's also one of those places where you can pick a pack of instant ramen and cook it there. It's pretty cool tbh and places like this where you cook instant ramen and eat there are trendy now. I think it's because those videos where people eat at Korean convenience stores are going viral haha.

At first, I was only going to try the yubus. They were really good - I'm glad they had these instead of kimbap. I had the crab meat ubu, the creamy spicy tuna ubu, and the fresh salmon ubu. The fish was very fresh and delicious. And they pile the fish on so much too. I liked all three so much that I can't choose a favorite. The prices are a little higher than at Atoyubu, and they have less variety. But I think that Ubu Ubu yubus are just as good if not better. If anything, I like the sashimi ones better than at Atoyubu because Ubu Ubu gives you more fish. Also there's much less of a wait.

I couldn't resist also trying an instant ramen too. I picked out a Cream Carbonara Buldak ramen with a raw egg as a topping. The lady working there was so nice and helped me use the machine to cook my ramen. She gave me advice on how to best cook the carbonara and even drained the water for me. The cream carbonara Buldak ramen was very yummy. It was spicy and creamy and the raw egg made it even creamier. I will say that all the ramen packets are $7 here, which I think is high because you can go to Hmart or any store and buy the same thing for like $1-2. I don't think eating it in the store really added much. Sure, you can add toppings but you have to pay extra for the toppings too hahaha. It was fun though, so maybe that's the appeal? And they did give me a free drink on the house so maybe it was kinda worth it. I lowkey might pay for it again though hahaha it really was fun. And the yubus are really good.“

Most dishes are excellent, but my favorites are the Short Ribs Soup and Korean-style Donkatsu. The marinated meats are also really good. “I recently visited Baro Gimbap and was genuinely impressed by both the food and the atmosphere. Right when we walked in, we were greeted, the space is clean and cute. From the fast area, we grabbed two of their kimbaps - bulgogi and egg. The kimbap was package beautifully and tasted so fresh. We also ordered the pork cutlet and it was bigger than our heads. The pork cutlet was fried so well and not oily at all. Would recommend coming if you were looking for kimbap and more.“

“I had gotten the chicken ginseng soup and although the wait was a bit long, it was definitely worth the wait. They packaged up the food so well and gave side dishes such as rice, kimchi, spicy fish cake and etc.The soup was a life changing experience, it was like soothing to my core and left me feeling fulfilled. My emotions were calm after eating the soup. In the soup. There was a whole small chicken and stuffed with dates, and rice. The rice inside the chicken became almost creamy like congee and was the star of the show, to me. The chicken was tender and light on my stomach and the side dishes paired well with the entire meal. All of us really 😍 it. Price is way way cheaper and better service than that other Hankook kimbop place south of here.

“This is the only Flame Broiler with a drive-thru. I find it very convenient, as I don't have to stop and get out of the car. I just order, get the food and go. Excellent brown rice steak bulgogi with veggies. Always put on the bulgogi sauce. The red sauce is also very good. Friendly staff, too!“

“This lunch price is reasonable. These days, Korean food prices are way overpriced.

I went there for lunch recently for the first time in years, and the prices were the same as 7–8 years ago. The free side dishes were also delicious.

These days, dining out is so expensive that it's hard to choose a restaurant, but I think the owner made a very wise decision. When you live generously and share with others, you'll be blessed and make plenty of money.

They’ve brought back the original flavors, and the service was great too. I’ll always be happy to open my wallet for food like this. Try having a bowl of soondae soup with a shot of soju, like you see on Korean TV — it’s the true taste of Korea.

“The place hit the spot for our jjajangmyeon craving. We were a little iffy first because I am a 짜장면 snob and the place is a pocha restaurant but my gf and I really loved the food and the service. We got 깐풍새우 & 쟁반짜장. Sweet n spicy shrimp & jjajangmyeon platter. The shrimp was also god level good. We will be back to try different dishes and drinks!
