“My brother and I went to Pho Hoan Pasteur with high expectations as they had high ratings on Yelp.
He ordered the regular sized steak and tendon pho. He found one piece of tendon in the entire bowl, so he was disappointed. The taste of the pho broth was just OK... not the best, nor the worst he's ever had.
I had the grilled shrimp bun and it came with two egg rolls. I was disappointed as rice noodles were all broken. It felt as though the bowl was filled with the rice noodle scraps at the bottom of the bag. The fish sauce wasn't remarkable either. I added lime juice and samba.
We tried it. We probably won't return.“

“Tried this place in Hawaii and was thrilled to find out it opened in socal! Their curry is kanazawa style so it's darker & thicker (more gravy-like). It's a different flavor from the typical Japanese curry that's definitely worth trying. I recommend getting one of the larger plates to share. Super filling!“

“Gardena’s gem of a restaurant. Great food, atmosphere all with authentic food with a Hawaiian flair. I enjoyed a kalbi bento (it’s not on the menu but they will gladly make it for you with double Mac salad). I also had the famous chili which is THAT good. Not pictured is the somen salad which is a family recipe and is always a must. Leonard and his staff are friendly and engaging like our server Nancy.“

“Was craving Thai food and was on our from LA to Orange County. Found this place to have excellent reviews on google. We ordered pad Thai , basil chicken and shrimp fried rice. The food tasted extra ordinary. Haven’t had such amazing food in a long time , that not only tasted exceptional but looked great as well. The service was awesome as well and so was the ambiance. “My favorite Japanese-Italian spaghetti restaurant!!! My family and I have been going here for a while at least 15 years and maybe even longer. My favorite is garlic beef with Italian sauce. The bread is delicious and we like to buy a loaf to eat at home. We are surprised that $1 salad is still $1. This place is one of the few restaurants who I went as a kid and now I’m taking my own kids there.“

You get a toasted hamburger bun as a sided bread it's good. Customer service was good as well. The hamburgers are good as well however the meat patties are thin Incase your a super meat lover you might want to add a patty or two. Will be returning.“
