I ordered Pho Dax Biet House Special Pho (regular size) at the very reasonable price of $10.95 and a dessert “three beans with coconut milk” at $4.50. Fairly quickly, I got my noodle. the beef taste perfect and beef is cooked just right: not raw but not too hard, giving you a meaty satiation with each bite. the tendons are very good: Part of the tendon is so well cooked that it melts in my mouth, and another pot has sufficient texture for you to enjoy the film of sinking your teeth into the tendon. crispy bean sprouts add the inviting fresh vegetable flavor to the soup, the basil spread it pleasant fragrance to the whole big bowl. the noodles are very good - everything is so right, with every bite every minute I enjoy this simple pleasure and absolute pleasure. it’s a true enjoyment with so reasonable CostAfter I satisfied myself with the delicious beef noodle, I began to enjoy my dessert - three beans with coconut milk. I am so very happy that I made the best choice to add this delicious dessert. It just took my dining experience to a new level! the beans are cooked very well, soft and fragrant. Deep fried stuffed soft shell crab: a nice appetizer. The outside is very crispy and it appears to be stuffed with imitation crab meat. Omelet rice with pork cutlet and curry sauce: the portion is very large. It was very delicious. Curry sauce is nice and sweet. The pork cutlet is nice and crispy, the meat is juicy. I would definitely get this again and it would be two meals. Definitely stop by when you're craving some comfort Japanese food! The menu is very large and there is a lot to try.“
“I've been going here for years and use to get their popcorn chicken over rice but the last few times I've gotten it, the popcorn chicken were super large pieces and I don't think all the pieces were fully cooked. (Eek) Now my go to is the ground pork and mushroom dry noodles with thick noodles. Add some spicy to it and it's perfect! My husband really likes their red grain pork. The space is small but they do have a few tables outside, if it's full inside. The Staff are friendly and normally really quick to address anything you need. He was very apologetic and not only refunded me the difference but even offered to comp me some food or a couple of drinks. Now some food would have been good, but I also didn't want to impose on his graciousness, and so I asked if I could just get a Boba Milk Tea. He made me TWO Milk Teas with Boba! And it's pretty good! We will return. This particular issue with our order was the only one that we've experienced out of multiple visits to BMC Pho, and the manager/owner was extremely gracious in resolving it and making sure I left a happy customer.“
