Great indoor and outdoor atmoshpere, the chicken schnitzel was delish, TBH the beet salad could have had some more beets, but was still yummy. Didn't take any pics, we were too busy talking lol, but def a great place in Highland Park.“

“My mother and I stopped by for Taco Tuesday during the lunch rush, and we were pleasantly surprised. Despite the busy hour, we found seats quickly with almost no wait. The service was efficient, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. A great experience all around! Definitely worth coming back for!“

“Ice cream was 4 out of 5 stars for my taste. Lack of flavors as well. I just wanted chocolate, but the closest thing was frozen hot coco. Now, the service was phenomenal and coffee I've cream was delicious. I'd love to see a few more simple flavors but that's my 2 cents.“

“Not a big fan of sitting on the side of street where people walk by and you intake that fumes coming from all these traffic. Got to sit inside by the bar, the food here is okay, but a bit pricey for what it's worth. Been to many affordable to very expensive sushi places in the U.S. and in Asia, this place is more IG/social media friendly picturesque place than an actual sushi/sashimi place. Not much nigiri/sashimi choices. Not a big fan of places that sell pre-made canned alcohol with an extreme markup.“

“I had such a great experience here! Danny, the manager, welcomed me right away and even set me up with a perfect corner table—which made the whole meal feel extra relaxed. Alissa, our server, was amazing—super friendly, professional, and on top of everything without ever rushing us. The ramen itself was incredible, full of flavor and beautifully balanced. “So thankful my husband and I found Little Barn during our visit in LA. The Vegan breakfast sandwiches and drinks we ordered were so dang good and trust, we’re pretty spoiled with Vegan food in the PNW! The workers were incredible nice. Don’t miss out on the area in the back. It’s relaxing and nice to sit down and just forget about the world for a moment while you eat. “The little plates are yummy. I love the pita bread that came with the hummus (Salatim plate). The other plates were good also. I loved the bread pudding (I think it's better than the best cake). What I like the most about Bacari, besides the beautiful ambiance, is the friendliest staff.“

“I've been plant-based for over 10 years... this Deli proved to be TOP TIER in my experience. The owner gave his wife all the credit for the recipes too, so you know the vibes are right. This further affirmed the intentionality of flavor, ingredient use, and pairings. I literally order a new sandwich of theirs every weekend, and I'm continuously fulfilled, not to mention I feel like I still have tons to taste test. Their menu is ample. When I finally made it to the shop to see where the magic happened, I was further enamored with the deli offerings. Literally all of it: the array of protein offerings, the Rebel Cheese they sell, the ingredient knowledge demonstrated by the staff... I happily overspent. This place is food science taken to the next level of flavor. Queso dip is a must-try, and the Gouda-Steak sandwich is a star. That being said, I've never not loved a menu item here. Grateful for their mission and vision, and flavor achievement!“

“Wow! Went here for the first time this morning and I was not disappointed! The bagels themselves are delicious. Crisp on the outside, soft in the inside. I got the whitefish salad bagel (closed) and it was so delicious and packed!!! It’s definitely worth the price that’s for sure. Fair pricing overall. Lots of street parking but not very many actual seating so just be wary. Would 100% come back“

“Had a great meal here before a show at the Paramount. My husband had fajitas and I had the potato dish with added rosemary potatoes 🤩. I couldn’t finish mine - very filling but absolutely delicious. The proprietor is welcoming and helpful. We will definitely return and I will make more sensible choices!“

On to the food - Gourmet Carribean is a must try! the oxtails, jerk chicken, curry chicken, chick peas and the Friday special, Jerk Salmon. Everything I've tried is delicious. There's a small baker on the other side and I love their Ube cookies! I Highly recommend visiting Blossom Market. Located on the San Gabriel Mission Properties.“

“Wow...that's the first word i said when I tried their food...it was super yummy! My husband and I ordered the Egusi soup, fufu, pepperoni pizza, and chow mein. All amazing, high quality, and flavorful. We will be back for more. I highly recommend them for catering, meal prep, or even a day when you just want to eat oit but still feel healthy. We did their delivery service before and they packaged the food so neatly and it was still flavorful and high quality. They vacuum seal the food so no spillage. We will order when we go traveling since were alkaline vegan and its hard to find restaurants that cater to our diet. But we can always trust Nkwagala.“

All the pastas we tried had incredible depth of flavor without being overly heavy or greasy. The hippo rolls and table focaccia were excellent and the chicken thighs were to die for.
