“Our church, Triedstone MBC, just hosted a luncheon for our leadership team. It was catered by Darrow’s New Orleans Grill. We were very pleased with our experience. The food was delicious. And the service was great! They arrived early. And the food was hot. The owner, Norwood, presented the food with a very appetizing description of each entree. Everyone loved it! Additionally, the portions were very generous. And everyone went back for seconds. At Triedstone, we do everything with excellence. And Darrow’s definitely met the challenge. Ok, ok I walked in greet other guest asked if it was worth the $ EVERYONE nodded YES! I came for the special around $35.00 ended up spending $ 65+. The sauce played on my palette like someone played a Stevie Wonder song...it was better than A Key in Life!!! No fr fr everything about the establishment was really nice
The very best thing was that I didn't have to go over 15 mile's to get an amazing SEAFOOD BOIL. The price was right I had so much I had some leftovers for a next go round. The cashier's were very well vested in the product, allowed me to sample the sauce which was to die for. They were very pleasant and fun. I will...I shall return. Repeat business is the best business

“I recently stumbled upon your establishment and must say, the name perfectly captures how I felt after trying your food. I ordered fried wings, rice, and vegetables, and each dish was exceptional.

The wings were piping hot, and the aroma that wafted from the box was simply incredible. The blend of spices and flavors was perfect, and I was truly blown away.

The rice was buttery and delicious, and the vegetables were a wonderful complement to the meal.

“Cajun outdoor shack with fried seafood options, gumbo, and even alligator. There’s a small parking lot behind the building. Credit cards are accepted. Outdoor dining only (no indoor options) and there’s delivery and takeout available. As other reviews and the sign on their window notes,you won’t get the food quickly since it’s slow food and that’s part of the whole experience. You scan a QR code to get the menu. I opted for a fried catfish and five shrimp plate which came with an option of two small sides. I got the red beans and rice as well as fries. The red beans and rice were hot and comforting; the fries are crinkle cut. The plate came with a side of tartar sauce and there are hot sauces and ketchup available at each table. They have a paper towel roll and hand sanitizer at each table as well. The fish isn’t as seasoned as I would’ve expected but the shrimp was super fresh and tasty. I had leftovers and they still kept relatively well the next day.“

And out of left field, the garlic bread was very tasty. I come here often and like it a lot-might be the best hidden secret in the area. If you do not like spice, order the no spice option and it is very mild. The mild is already more spicy than some people would like. Their veggies are always fresh and cooked well. Meats are higher quality. You wont be disappointed with your order from here.“

Boil Daddy is a franchise, you specifically visited the South LA location to try the new pickles. The fried pickles are only available at our Boil Daddy South LA location. Available on Uber Eats and DoorDash. You can find their South LA location under Boil Daddy Inglewood. They open very late until midnight which is a plus.“

However, the service here was excellent and they really put in effort to ensure that the asked variety of chicken pieces are well cooked and served to us while keeping mind the health protocols.
