“In town for a mini vacation and we were looking for something different than a chain restaurant. Maggie's has a wonderful large menu that includes traditional meals with a twist. I had traditional French toast with eggs and homemade sausage links. My son had a very delicious, very unique eggs Benedict dish made with carne asada. Will definitely go back when we're in the area. Very friendly!“

“I never knew this place existed until today and I live next door. It popped up on UberEats. It’s delicious. I ordered the chipotle chicken wrap, pasta salad and Greek yogurt parfait. The wrap was massive. Everything was excellent. This will be lunch and dinner. Can’t wait to try more. Nowhere in San Diego will you find a giant, fresh, delicious wrap for $7.50. A hidden gem.
It’s at the first floor of a large corporate building. I’m glad I read other reviews on how to find it. When you pull in the parking lot, drive around the building to the left side/south of the building. It’s right in that door on your left.“

“it was okay I had the country skillet it had no flavor and the potatoes were not brown at all. then yesterday I had the country fried steak breakfast with a English muffin it was not even toasted and once again no flavor just bland. the service was good that is it and they are in a hurry to push you out“

“Been waiting for my food for about an hour at this point. Other guests have been seated served and left already while we still wait on our order. We've asked and have been given no time estimate of when the food will arrive.
Update: got my food, carried to my room so we could eat while getting ready for the rest of the day. Food is ok. Steak was overcooked. The waitress was kind and sympathetic.
Update 2: day 2, service is still great. Atmosphere is the same of course. The food was actually really good even if it took a while yesterday. Might update the stars from 1 to more depending on how it goes!“
“We visited fromTX and found this spot and we have to say the food was delicious and the coffee was so good . We chatted with the owner and just a nice guy . We were so impressed with this spot and sorry we didn’t get to eat there again but we did grab coffee again on the way out of San Diego. If you get a chance this is definitely a place to try if you’re in town.“

“I had the pleasure of dining here during a weekend getaway, and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere was intimate and charming, with soft lighting and great music. The duck confit was tender and flavorful, and the accompanying mashed sweet potatoes were a perfect match. The dessert menu was tempting, and I went with the crème brûlée, which was smooth and creamy with a perfectly caramelized top.“
