I wish they had images of the ice cream instead of the description. Since this was my first time I was asking a lot of questions. “Drove by this place on the way to laguna and it just looked so good we had to try. It was a little busy inside, but no line. It made me notice that there was only 1 girl taking orders and making the ice cream and the place was quite small, so a rush there has got to be bad. Then I saw it.... taro ice cream. I LOVE taro, and to see it in an ice cream is pretty rare so I was beyond hyped. Prices were definitely steep, but given the location it makes sense. I got a taro milkshake, and it came out to 9 dollars. My wife got a double chocolate with chocolate syrup, all toppings cost extra so hers was about 8 dollars.

The service was good, nothing to write home about. And it's ice cream so it came out pretty quick. My taro milkshake was very good, the taro flavor was all there and it wasn't overbearingly sweet. My wife on the other hand, who is obsessed with chocolate, didn't really like her ice ream. She said it was way too rich in flavor. I took a bite and yeah, very rich. Something I wouldn't be able to finish. Worker also gave her barely any chocolate syrup, which I don't think she actually charged me for which is nice but if she did, that would be a waste cause there was only like a small drizzle.

As soon as we got our ice cream, there was an entire kids baseball team, at least 20 people, with a line out the door and only 1 person to serve them AND make the ice cream. And they offer samples so you already know it's gonna take forever because everyone is gonna be trying flavors and being indecisive. I'm sure there was maybe someone in the back who was doing other things, but if there is not.. that is awful staffing and the business should be more considerate of their employees.“

“i really like crumbl!! i would totally give this 5 stars but this specific one though is closest to my house and they have not done any special hometown picks or fun features that other crumbls do through the app. i have been waiting to see some fun hometown picks for the RSM location but sadly i only see Foothill Ranch doing it. Compared to Foothill Ranch, the RSM crumbl customer service is mediocre, as no one seems like they want to be working there however the cookies are great nonetheless i just hope i start seeing more fun stuff in the app for the RSM location!!“

“Love this place. It’s slightly on the expensive side, but when you consider the size of the cookies, it isn’t too bad. The flavors are usually delicious, and most taste even better warmed slightly. Just wish there was a “two-pack” option which offered a slightly discount like the other bundle options.

One thing to keep in mind is that Crumbl tends to offer cookies with a soft underbaked feel (not a health risk of course), which I and many other people like. So if you’re looking for crunchy hot cookies this isn’t the place to go. They still have rotating amazing flavours each week which makes it fun to try new ones.“

They were out of gift cards. The gentleman working there must have been the owner. He asked how many I needed. I said 5. He said today is your lucky day, opened his wallet and GAVE ME 5 gift cards for $5 each FOR FREE! Seriously, who does that?! I wish I had gotten his name. Wow Wow Wow. “What a great place for taco Tuesday! They have two types of Tuesday menus and I had the fish taco that ended at 5:30. I had two different ones and they were fabulous. Drinks go on all night and they were very good too. I will definitely be back.“
