“This food spot is really good. Ordered on a whim while attending an event at Retro Junkie. We ordered it on DoorDash for a pickup. It was ready on time, very flavorful and so delicious. It was enough for two to share and for leftovers the next day.

“My daughter and I found this little gem while staying in Concord. We now try to get to Concord early every time we come so we can stop here. The food is amazing. The staff is friendly enough, but they have things to do so they wont be hovering. But, if you need something, its easy to get someone's attention. Each seat has a little wooden decoration with a QR code on it. You scan it and order from your phone. The food arrives quickly. Its hot and delicious! I highly recommend this place.“

“Becky’s Chinese restaurant has been a staple restaurant in the Rockridge area of Oakland for over 25 years. They have amazing lunch specials and family dinner specials. I enjoyed a lovely lunch with my Mom and here’s what we ordered: The Broccoli Beef lunch special, Kung Pao Chicken lunch special and chicken chow mein. Keep in mind that the Kung Pao Chicken was a little spicy so for those that can’t take spice I might skip this dish. Everything was fresh and delicious. Each lunch special comes with soup and salad and each entrée comes with fresh steam rice. They offer lunch specials from 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM. Their white steamed rice is always cooked to perfection…not sure how they get it that way, but it is very good and fluffy. Becky herself sometimes takes our order and is so nice and accommodating. There were several takeout orders being processed throughout our meal. Another good sign of happy customers. The parking in this area can be challenging, but you can circle the block and you’re sure to find a park nearby. The best part about going to Becky‘s is visiting the neighboring stores around the restaurant. There are consignment stores, bookstores, and a European market directly across the street called Rockridge Market Hall. “Have not been in here for a very long time. I think it was with the ex-wife. Anyway, we ordered a white dinner with just chicken chow mein and egg foo young with rice. The chowing was nice, kind of the usual chow mein that everybody else makes, the egg foo young was slightly disappointing because it was, it seemed less egg and more batter.
