“We chose Babcock Winery after reviewing the website. Our visit was everything we hoped for - a relaxing, casual and informative wine tasting experience. Jason, friendly and knowledgeable, poured the wine while offering facts about the origin of the fruit and the wine makers approach for each wine in the flight. The winery has a large indoor area and comfortable seating. We opted for one of the outdoor shady patio spaces where we could sip and enjoy snacks from home. A bonus was the company of the black winery cat. Two favorites were selected for purchase before we left Babcock Winery, the 2023 Radical Pinot Noir and the 2023 Top Cream Chardonnay.”

“Great experience as always! John was our tasting guide at first but then Kiana finished our experience. Both were friendly and helpful. We are club members not only because we enjoy Sanford Pinots but mainly because we are always treated so well by the entire staff when we visit. Donna is a great wine club manager while Kiana is the best every time we visit.”

“ME AND MY FAMILY GOT FOOD POISONING. My 2 year old daughter thankfully did not eat the food that night, but myself, my four year old, and my partner were throwing up all night. They denied a refund, horrible business. Gave them a try one other time before this and each time the customer service is half decent. If you try to call they either dont answer or they give horrible service on the phone as well.”

“We came to Lompoc to watch Landsat 9 launch and grabbed breakfast at Cajun Kitchen. The food was excellent, place as clean as a whistle, and we had great service. I had the Cajun scramble and it was so delicious. Bonus for all the sauces and seasonings on the table!”

“Splendid service, a delightful time to speak with the workers there; they actually gave off vibes that they wanted to work, not just be there cause they saw no other choice, the given up existence vibe you get from most fast food workers at Mchdonalds, Burger King and so on, you dont feel that there. You get a warm welcoming vibe, almost as if you just returned from a hard days work and your wife's there to greet you with a hot meal. The food, although not a michelin star in appearance, I sure as hell would love to give it for taste, the juiciness of the burgers, cooked to perfection with the added toppings, the sides you're able to order coming out perfectly cooked through, the fries making you want a bottomless bucket of them; the meal I ate that night almost makes me not want to go back, in fear that it may of been a fluke, but the fear of missing out on yet another wonderful taste is even greater.

Parking: Not many parking spaces as the location shares its space with a hotel directly next to it.

Kid-friendliness: Perfectly kid friendly, they even have booster and high chairs.”

“It's kind of hard to find, don't try and get to it from El Pollo Loco. The food is authentically hot but they will ask you how you like it. We had 5 dishes plus appetizer and desert for $100 aftet tip. The only disappointment was the mango sticky rice, definitely have had better. I would go back in the future”

“The person who made our food did absolutely amazing! His name is Jesus. Usually employees put to much mayo and when I open the wrap my sandwich is smushed but not this time. He was so nice and made my sandwich perfect. When I unwrapped it it was flat but not smushed. I surely think he's a Manger but if not definitely the material for one”

“I just got a burrito. It was the same as when I was a kid. I love these burritos with ketchup. I never considered asking if they have salsa, even better! Very friendly staff and didn't have to wait too long.”

“I took my daughter over to the Wicked Shamrock for her 21st birthday. The bartender was very nice and she helped me make my daughter's birthday a good day. I think this is the best bar in Lompoc.”

“It was okay. Carne asada had a lot of flavor, but the tortillas were dry and the onions were bitter.

But honestly they should be embarrassed about the chips they serve as an appetizer. Honestly just throw them in the trash.”

“Normally, I get the pollo bowl which is healthy, filling, and inexpensive. Our store only has a walk up and a drive-thru so I don't know what I can say about the atmosphere. They do have outside seating but as this city is pretty cool and windy, I normally just go through the drive-thru. The employees are always very polite and accommodating.”

“Didn't have to wait in line, best pizza around, love the fact that you can pick individual things that you want to put on your pizza or just get one there already designated pieces. I wish they had them all across the United States, great price and great food. Service was good also.”

“I’ve been going to the Budget Cafe in Lompoc for over 30 years and it cooks up the same delicious food every time I’ve been there. The waitress is one of the best you could ask for. The ambiance is old school and a welcome site for sore eyes. I hope to be coming here for a long time. BTW the food is cooked fast and the quality of the meals are done to your liking. The eggs and vegetables are farm fresh. You won’t go wrong stopping her for any of the many items on the menu.”
