“I can't say enough good things about Jeff's gourmet. The food is fresh, well prepared, tasty, generous portions, reasonably priced for L.A. - Fast deliveries and always care to include napkins and forks. Really a wonderful restaurant. Thank you“
“This restaurant is the Epitome of Taco paradise! They have the most amazing meat, it's so fresh and delicious. The restaurant is in an interesting location, but it's so fun! The staff is very attentive and gracious. You order from the monitors on the wall and they bring the food to you. Their details are impeccable, they have to go dishes out for you to grab if you need them and various condiments and such. Go early, parking is just street parking and that's very rare to find. Also, their birthday celebration is very cute! Go for your Bday and try it out.“
“I love their food. Friendly environment.Vegetarian options: There are 50 different salads and there are all vegetarianDietary restrictions: It is KosherKid-friendliness: Everyone is welcomeWheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs, easy access to the salads and the cashier“
“The 33oz cowboy steak we ordered was amazing and cooked to perfection. The potato skins never came with the steak and only after we asked the server did we get them... however they were over cooked and extremely oily. Our server seemed to be overwhelmed by the amount of tables she had to serve and it looked like the restaurant was short staffed.“
“Okay, I literally never leave reviews but Pizza Station deserves one. It’s always consistently great, and coming from NY- we take pizza seriously and pizza station is one of our favorites- and the Mexican menus is OFF THE CHARTS GOOD.The yummy sandwich is one of our favorites with tuna it’s especially good. The Mexican bowl or basket is amazing, the nachos are so good, and they have the best burritos! The staff is always friendly, honest and it’s just such a please to give them business. One of the best pizza and dairy Mexican places in LA- I say it’s the OG.Our go to order: green olive pizza, Mexican Basket, nachos (with the extras), fries, and a yummy sandwich.“
“My Favorite L.A. restaurant by all means. I need to feel the love one puts into their food. And this is the place I feel it the most. Delish, home-style, served with a smile in a kind, friendly way. The one place that I walk into and feels like home. Thank you for you guys“
“Me and my friends went to Holly Grill Food Truck last wednesday. I must tell you their shawarma and chicken sandwich left me thoroughly impressed. The shawarma was expertly grilled, boasting succulent slices of marinated meat that were bursting with flavor. Each bite was a harmonious blend of aromatic spices and a satisfying balance of juiciness and char. The chicken sandwich was equally exceptional, featuring tender and well-seasoned chicken complemented by fresh toppings that added a delightful crunch. The overall experience was a testament to the food truck's commitment to quality ingredients and skillful preparation. I can't wait to indulge in their delectable offerings again soon.“
“Absolutely adorable family-owned Kosher candy shop! Many of my friends who grew up in the area have fond childhood memories of scoring a sweet treat at this old fashioned candy store. If you are attending a bar mitzvah, bat mitzvah, bris or Jewish wedding anytime soon, this is an excellent place to get a nice gift basket or party platter for the occasion. When you enter the store, there will be tables on your right followed by a great-looking ready-to-scoop ice cream selection under the glass a big menu and an attentive staff member to help you make a selection and ring you up. Take your time filling a plastic bag with unique homemade candy from around the world. My favorites are flavors like saffron marzipan white chocolate with pistachio and rose. Yum!Order a coffee drink, milkshake, sandwich or slice of cake and take a seat to enjoy it or make your kiss and coworker's day by showing up with a platter of delicious desserts. I chose to buy my friends some candy at nostalgic Munchies because I remembered something special about the checkout from years ago. At the register, you can donate your spare change to a few different very special charities such as humanitarian aid for victims of terrorist attacks and hate crimes. I got a tax return which I'm turning into a cool Yelp list. You're welcome to join me! Top ten local family owned-business that collect and contribute to local and international charities. I'm dedicating my spare change to the cool charity of choice for ten small businesses in LA. This is one of my favorite charities so far.:)Shalom Munchies!“
“Habayit Restaurant truly delivers an authentic and delectable taste of Middle Eastern cuisine. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience that tantalizes the senses. I can't wait to return and explore more of their culinary treasures!“
“So I ordered to go. the pizza tasted ok but the edges were a little burned, which was disappointing. But they made the food fast, and it was ready on time for me to pick up this was on Saturday night no less when they open after the sabbath. So I have to give them a thumbs up for that.“
“I cant believe I have never heard of this place, it has to be one of the best kosher delis I've had outside on New York! I stumbled upon this place because I had a meeting a few blocks away and had to check it out because of its super old school looking storefront. If something looks like it's been around that long, you know it's doing something right! Its a small basic little kosher deli with sandwiches, deli meat, fresh made knishes and other Jewish pastries. I just wanted a little snack, and got a chicken knish and it was amazing, just like my grandmother used to make them! While he was heating it up, we chatted for a bit and he told me the shop has been there since 1942 i believe and that he's the 3rd generation owner. He's the sweetest old man. He also offered me a sample of his lox that he makes himself with no nitrates, along with a chicken tender. The lox was some of the best I've ever had, it wasn't too salty and was super buttery and melted in your mouth. The chicken tender was great as well. If your looking for a great old school no frills kosher deli, look no further, this is your spot!“
“Food is amazingly delicious & fresh. Place is clean and organized. We ordered catered food for 2 large events. The owner was very friendly, gave good pricing, and delivered for the event exceeding the expectations. The guests enjoyed the food & we received many compliments. Very highly recommend!“
“Preferred bakery in the pico Robinson area. They always have my back no matter if I order for three or 300 people. Even they’re gluten-free desserts are phenomenal. Just make sure you order specialty items like pumpernickel raisin Challah bread The day before. Thanks for the cold brew coffee today. It was just what the doctor ordered.“
“Shilohs has been our go to restaurant for ever. It is great for any occasion, you can go for casual events, or to celebrate special events. They a big back room for private events. The service is excellent, the waiters and busboys are very attentive.Their food is really good, my favorites are, the tart flambé, chicken wings, and sliders.A good raw bar too.The steaks are the best I’ve ever had.The desserts are very tasty, you’ve got to try their pecan pie, and Shiloh’s macaroon. ?Vegetarian options: Although it is a steakhouse they have several vegetarian appetizers. And a few vegetarian main courses. ( risotto/salads, etc..)Kid-friendliness: They are extremely family friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs in the restaurant at all.And 3 large restrooms.“
“Are server was amazing he was very attentive to us even though he had some major parties he had to attend to. This food was really good as always never disappoints. The atmosphere is good it could be worked on but I like that it's spacious and outdoors.“
“Their food was awesome their service was good the restaurant was ok not dirty not the best but it's not bad. You will love their food.Vegetarian options: I am sure a vegetarian can eat hereKid-friendliness: I am sure they have a kids menu of not they have kid friendly foodParking: Parking was weirdWheelchair accessibility: I think the front door had a wheelchair walk ramp“
“Bibi's was the third stop on our little self-made hamantaschen tasting tour of LA, and it was the RUNAWAY WINNER! They didn't look great sitting there in the case, and there were only three left--two apricot and one chocolate. The person working there suggested the apricot, and--none of us really into apricot--we prepared to be disappointed. But wow! The taste was unparalleled. Perfect texture, good filling, good filling-to-cookie ratio... It was also far less expensive than the other places we tried. Win-win! Hands down, Bibi's makes the best hamantaschen in town. (Also, I couldn't resist buying a bag of the pita topped with the Everything seasoning, and was delicious! Just don't accidentally leave it in your car overnight like I did, or your car will smell like a bagel shop...)“
“My sister and I drive all the way out from Arizona just to get Fred's delicious cheese bagels and lox, chai latte (which is a must), and various baked goods. Yes, it is totally worth it. Avi (the owner) is amazing and always takes the time to serve all his patrons with whatever they desire for the day. Anything you get from here is totally worth the wait and always comes with a smile. You won't be disappointed at Fred's!“
“Great bagels,, they also have soups and you can preorder and have your bagels cut! Not heavy and a lot of varieties. (Neiman's used to get their bagels from them years ago though not sure they do now as I have not been to their coffee shop in years). be careful with parking (narrow)“
“The southwest burger was actually quite delicious and big. The highlight was definitely the bacon on it. Up there with some of the best bacon I've ever had. They got rid of their kale burger which was a big disappointment! I guess they are going all meat now and started off vegan? Their ranch here is dank try some.“
“Pats is my absolute favorite restaurant! The food, service and ambience are unsurpassed! I have Always had an outstanding and incredibly tasty meal there whatever I order! All of the wait staff work SO hard and are wonderful! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! Go and experience the night of your life and a huge treat! Run don't walk!“
“Came here last week for a family event! Solid sandwiches , delicious smoked brisket, and tasty Cinnamon babka(not pictured). Plus, the staff is very friendly and takes good care of their guests. Some reviews mention prices are too high but I thought they were reasonable for the quality (and portions) that you're getting. You really get what you pay for in this area. Thank you Moshe & team. Looking forward to the opening of the Deli !! Sneak preview pic included.“

“I always love it here and really enjoy the food quality and options, but they really took it to another level last night. I was having dinner with a friend near closing time and while the staff was cleaning up, they didn't ask my friend and I to leave so they could take the table and chairs. That really stood out to me. Thank you!!!“
“This place is the best in the world I always get good service and always the best kabob the owner is so nice and kind and he always works hard to make everyone proud the workers are the best too because they always never to miss an order and if someone is being rude and always beat the f out of them so they never be rude to the owner the owner is just like a brother to me I love him so much no one ever be mean to the owner .“
“I went and got a slice of pizza (2 small pieces) with a cup of soda. It was ready pretty quickly, they have a sink out side the restroom, so you can wash for hamotzi, they even have bentchers. The workers there are very nice and friendly.Parking: You can park in the Alley or in the front (but there is a meter in the front).“
“The owners Adiel and Ella are very nice people they accommodated my son Chanukah Party and they helped out coordinating for the video game bus to be able to park out of the store so the kids could safely go in and out of the store to eat! The employees who helped us were also patient and accommodated different requests we had, their names areDiego , Sasha, Yosef. The food is delicious!!! The experience is a Tel Aviv type of ambience! Everything was great! We had an amazing time! We definitely recommend the Holy Grill!“
“The BEST BAKERY IN ALL OF Los ANGELES??? Pies are incredible!!! You want to please your wife. Your friends. Do you want new friends? Do you want to propose? Do it with their pies. Their challahs are incredible!!! They make the best pretzel challah and every other kind. I love the kalamata!!! Plus the owners are the most special holy souls in the world!!!blessings!!!“
“Man, let me tell you about our epic time at Charcoal Grill & Bar! From the moment we stepped in, we were vibin' with the cozy yet classy atmosphere. The service was top-notch; the staff was all chill and super attentive, making us feel right at home. And yo, the food was straight-up amazing! Every dish was on point, but lemme tell ya, the meat was next level. Cooked to perfection, juicy, bursting with flavor – you could tell the kitchen crew puts mad love into every bite.Long story short, Charcoal Grill & Bar didn't just serve us a meal, they gave us a freakin' culinary adventure! No doubt, this spot has a special place in our hearts, and we're already schemin' our next visit to dive back into their mouthwatering grub. Thanks for one hell of a night!“
“Sushi was good. Nothing special, but good sushi. I had several rolls. All Day, Redford and Yellowtail Dragon. Service was fair. After having an empty glass of water for maybe 15 minutes, I had to ask several people before I got a refill. Uhg.“
“This place has the best VEGAN schwarma in LA. It's my favorite VEGAN place. Genuinely, there is something special about that sandwich and the owner is so nice. I cannot recommend this place enoughVegetarian options: Veggie Schwarma is vegan and the best thing I've ever put in my mouthDietary restrictions: It's KosherKid-friendliness: Open courtyard for kids to run around, safe place“
“OMG!! The Matzah Ball soup was absolutely amazing! Especially with the chicken and noodles added! So delicious! I also appreciate that they still give you a substantial amount of broth even when adding the extras. The potato knish and sugar sprinkle cookie were also tasty! I ordered for delivery and when it arrived it was still hot and ready to eat. The perfect meal! (And I didn’t have to cook it! Haha)“
“I've been coming to this restaurant for years and it's easily one of my favorite places to eat. I've tried just about every item on the menu and have never been disappointed. The food here is always fresh and always tasty. Of course, my favorite thing to order are their burgers and they have a variety of different styles of burgers to choose from! I personally don't feel like you can go wrong with any of them. They're all unique in their own way. The restaurant itself is always clean and bigger than many other kosher restaurants in the area, with seating available inside as well as outside. The staff are all very friendly as well and the food comes out quickly, which is always a plus. Their extensive menu means there is always something for everyone so it's where we usually go when we go out to eat with a large group. LA Burger Bar has been my go to spot for years and it's a restaurant that I consistently recommend to anyone looking for some great food.“
“I am going there on Thursdays and/or Saturdays, and the atmosphere is just great. The DJ is amazing playing all kinds of music, the restaurant got a lot of lights in most areas of the restaurant compared to other places that the lights are dimmed (what's the point? I don't understand), the food is great.“
“Food was 100/10. Waiter went above and beyond. Allergies wasn't a issue here. Although desert menu didn't have anything sugar free, waiter was super helpful and made me a sf smoothie. Was absolutely delicious! Best kosher food in la. I would travel back just to eat here again! Don't skip this restaurant when u visit los Angeles.“
“Beautiful energy, seems family owned. I ordered 2 large pizzas (cheese & greek). The pizza is solid. I also ordered the nachos, which I wouldn't recommend. All in all, I'll order from this place more often - I like supporting family owned local businesses - & the pizza is very good.“
“the food is excellent and the process is convenient. Simply placing an order 20 minutes in advance ensures your meal is ready on time. The friendly staff adds to the positive experience, ensuring your orders are always accurate. Happy dining!“
“consistently good food in the restaurant. take out doesn't travel very well. the service was great. we were 9 people and I didn't want left overs. I told our server and gave great guidance. we finished everything and everyone was satisfied. my only problem with the place is that there are so many families and not everyone supervises their children. sometimes they are very loud or they are jumping on the chairs. I don't hold the SDG responsible for this, I just wish people watched their kids more closely.“
“The best kosher/israeli food I have eaten. It's authentic, fresh and made to order. It's not fast food so don't come expecting it to be done in a hurry....and it's always busy (its that good). The portions are huge and everything is delicious. My favorite is the chicken breast plate - it's like a 2 portion meal - with rice, eggplant, israeli salad, hummus (best ever) topped with garlic and the cabbage salad. The pita bread is also a guilty pleasure! Yum!! I highly recommend!“
“The food was amazing!!! I ordered buffalo nuggets, and it was delicious. However, never order food from here before a flight. I once did, and I don't even want to say what happened....Put it this way, on the flight, one of the flight attendants ask me if it's necessary to make an emergency landing, because of the situation I was in. BH I said Chapters 20, 23, and 121 of Psalms, and Hashem helped.Otherwise, I have had great experiences.“
“You know that line in Field of Dreams where John asks Ray, “Is this heaven?”. I finished eating a salmon filet with cole slaw and rice just as Semisonic started playing softly from the kitchen (jk, it was actually some mariachi music the chef was belting loudly, but, alas basically the same thing). As I got up from the table, I looked around, and slowly walked up to the kid near the counter trying to shut the place down for the night. I looked him dead in the eyes and asked, “is this heaven?”, and he merely smiled and said, “no, it’s the Fish Grill”. Is this place as much of a legend as Field of Dreams? Maybe. Was it pretty effing good? Absolutely. I’m coming back. Tomorrow. And probably asking if they’ll just take me in and let me work out my remaining days on earth there, because, as John’s wife in the movie believes in the Church of Baseball, I am now a believer in the Church of the Fish Grill.Kid-friendliness: There was a delightful family celebrating their (likely) 4 year old’s birthday along with her siblings. My kids may never eat a salmon filet, but, good on these parents who conquered that challenge, and, provided perspective that this place is absolutely kid friendly.“
“As always, dinner at Milky Way was special. Fish and Chips, Mini Chimichangas, Seafood Chowder, and Impossible Cheeseburger all exceptional. Service by Takiya was great again(my wife was able to switch raw onions to carmelized onion and American cheese to Swiss cheese.). My mother chose the chili to start fish and chips rather than salad options. Ambiance? Like going to your favorite aunt for a meal.“
