Placed my customized order for chicken chow mein (they were out of pork) and used their restroom. I was delighted with the restroom because so many businesses are closing them to the public these days. Came out of the restroom and they were still cooking my dish! They apparently make most of their dishes to order instead of premaking the dishes and keeping them warm. When I got out to my car, the chow mein was so hot I burned my mouth a little bit! I've never had Chinese that fresh in my life! The seasoning was very good and not at all like what I am used to. If you are looking for traditional, boring Chinese food, you don't want to come here. However, if you are interested in fresh Chinese food that's doing it's own thing, give this place a try! The only regret I have is that the portions aren't bigger, because I could have eaten a lot more it was so good!“

The Dan Dan & Yibin noodles both had good flavor, I'd only dock them for how thin the noodles were. I def like a thicker noodle. “It’s incredible, I’ll let the pictures show how delicious- and it’s take out this time! Dishes are Mongolian beef, and a beef chow mein. I order quite often for take out, and love the pot stickers and many other dishes on the menu. Large portions, packed with care. The inside is also lovely with big comfy booths and wonderful table service. Really a treat to enjoy whether you eat in or take out.

Today I had the Mongolian beef... I actually tasted the wok hei. Soft velveted cuts of meat wok fried at high heat for a minute. It tasted like it was barbecued for an hour but I only have a 30 minute lunch and I got it in 5 minutes after I ordered. It is a must try, everything i have ever ordered was great and I have been here 3 times!
