“Moonside Bakery in Half Moon Bay was the perfect stop after an early morning flight and picking up our rental car. We wanted something light but satisfying for breakfast, and this was exactly what we needed.

The bakery selections looked wonderful, and the service was prompt and friendly. I had the ham and cheese croissant, and it was flaky, warm, and delicious. A great little breakfast stop if you are passing through Half Moon Bay“

“A shop that specialized on Philippine bibingka( coconut rice cake) at Milbrae. The shop is nice with seating areas.
It was not busy when we arrive as the just opened.
There are different topping of bibingka you can choose from like Dubai chocolate, Nutella, etc.
They also have coffee, latte, halo halo drink, smoothie, boba, and food too.
Most of bibingka the are in shape of cup cake with different topping.
I ordered Vietnamese ice coffee and Dubai chocolate pistachio bibingka and they are good and yummy. I wish the vietnamese coffee a bit stronger.
I wish they have buco pie but they don't have it today.
It is nice store as it has many choices to choose from.
Will try other stuff next time.“

“I went to a Starbread at a different location a few years ago and fell in love with the señiorita bread. I was in San Francisco for a few days and found out there was a Starbread here as well. I wanted to go back and get the bread that I remembered being so good. Well, this place did not disappoint! The señiorita bread was actually better here, it was fresh and sweet and buttery! Because I was traveling back home, I only got 10 for $6 however next time I will be getting a bigger box to bring back home!“

The young handsome man who is their store manager has a very pleasing personality and is a people-oriented person which we love the most in this store not to mention the great tasting food and freshly baked pastries. “I love this spot! My sister used to work here while I was growing up as well as a few friends while I was in my teens. It has always been a peaceful place to draw, read, catch up with a friend, and sip coffee with a snack. They have changed ownership a number of times and always retained good quality! From time to time a man will come in and play piano on the out of tune wooden one. Mostly 60s-early 80s music, he knows all the lyrics too! The landscape artwork by Pam Anderberg is really phenomenal and matches the coastal energy of the cafe. Couldn’t speak higher of a cafe in Pacifica!
The line can be a bit overwhelming on weekends if there is an event. When there was a running event I think it took 20 minutes to get a coffee and muffin.

Reducing a star because of a female barista here that gave terrible service. I asked if I could order two separate single shot espressos, instead of a double shot to which she responded “take your scam somewhere else this is a small business etc.” and generally took a harsh tone. I still ordered and just got a double shot. When I gave her cash for this, she tossed the change back across the counter from my purchase which slid onto the floor. This interaction has stuck with me as I’ve never had a problem visiting this cafe before. Anytime I see this barista behind the counter I decide I’ll just have coffee at home instead.“

“The food and service was amazing! Finding an open table kinda sucked. If you have a sweet tooth I'd suggest wearing a muzzle because there are so many delicious items to choose from. I especially liked how they have a section with prepackaged items.“

“One of our weekly go to locations to get pastries after groceries shopping at Ranch 99. We normally get baked Pork Buns, Cream coconut bun, cocktail bun or egg tarts. We have also bought cakes here. Love the tiramisu, mocha cake and their fruit tart cake. Unlike other cakes, their cakes are not sweet and doesn’t have too much whipped cream. Love it.“

“1960.... Dad received a position at the bakery when we moved to the States. Everyone there spoke German. As a little, we'd visit, I was so shy I hid behind dad. We always stopped in the office and my brother and I were given paper bakery hats to wear. The owners, the Wedemeyers and staff were so friendly. I loved seeing the huge mixers and the wonderful smell of fresh bread. They even had an old fashioned cola machine. I've visited each time I return to our hometown. Many fond memories of so many family friends that have all passed. Wedemeyers, Meyers, Heinz, Swat, Luneberg. Thank you for continuing a great family business.“

“I was traveling through California and was pleasantly surprised at the baked goods I purchased here. I got a cheese Focaccia, a jumbo chocolate chip cookie, and a ginger pumpkin cream cheese cookie. Everything was fantastic and the lady running the store was a sweetheart. I also tried my friend's cannoli and it was one of the best cannolis I have ever had, and I adored the unique lighter filling ❤️“

“My family loves going to Manila Oriental. Whenever I don't want to go in with them, I like going in here. The store is clean and always has freshly made pastries and goodies.
It has the standard staples like bbq pork buns, egg tarts, and sesame balls, to name a few. I like that it is a no frills bakery and it is reasonably priced. People who work here are nice and tell me about any other fresh seasonal items they have. You can't really ask for more, just be warned if you come later in the afternoon, most of the items might be sold out“

Other necessities such as food and drink are also adequate. In general, if you go to this supermarket for a meal, it's full of meat, fish, vegetables, rice, bread, butter, and milk.“

“I just received the utensil set and they are very nice and well made. My only complaint is the DHL mail service and USPS that the company uses. Old country kitchenware sent the order out quickly but it didn't matter when DHL and USPS let's the order set for day's on end. Please offer FedEx or UPS.“

“We were spending the night at a hotel near SF International Airport, so we wanted to grab some snacks for the evening and breakfast for the morning. When we first arrived it was not busy and there was no line to checkout, but by the time we were ready to checkout, the line was around 10 groups long and got longer when we were leaving.

Paris Baguette is a chain bakery that offer coffees, teas and other drinks in addition to a large selection of bakery items and cakes. For bakery items, go grab a tray and tongs, then head over to the clear plexiglass cabinets and start grabbing all the delicious baked goods that your taste buds desire. I would suggest staring with walking along the cabinets to scout out the items first before grabbing a tray and tongs, otherwise you have the tendency to just keep grabbing items that look good on the first pass and then be up with too much. Their cakes look very appealing and tempting to purchase. We just ate dinner and I was too full to try one of their coffee or tea drinks.

Paris Baguette is quickly expanding into many cities, so there may be one popping up near you soon. I would like to try more of their items in the future.“

“Have spent 2 weeks in frisco, eaten at 20+ restaurants all over the city spent a small fortune. This meal was the 1st time we have both been satisfied with the food and we are not fussy people. We'll done guys shame it's our last day here.“

He gives u a bill the guys in the warehouse find the frieght and load it with forklifts. Forklifts and loading dock. I love that! Frieght is super heavy. Grain is super heavy.“

“Thanksgiving 2025 went to pick up ham the day before Thanksgiving at 7:30AM. As expected there was a brief line, although early and some confusion about the line, even though there was only one line. I remember the employee from last year (when I made the mistake of picking up the ham day before Thanksgiving at 5:30PM never again). An employee came out (older black man with pretty green eyes) and was doing his best to announce the difference of lines pre-paid versus reservation/non pre-paid. What can I say, people just don’t listen but he came out periodically to ensure any new customers in the line knew which line. The wait was about 15min in the pre-paid line to pick up ham. The staff allowed me to pick up 2 sweet 12-ct Hawaiian roll bags. The ham was gooooddddd!!!!“
