“Good thing I didn’t let reviews influence me. We had an amazing dinner at Bear! Being able to do table shares allowed us to try amazing assortment. Lettuce wrap short ribs-yummy; beets !!, gems salad sirloin steak, sea bass! I could go on and on. Needed a triple order of sourdough!!!! Great service and fun, fun evening.. not your standard meat and potatoes place-a culinary experience😜”
“First time nice experience I would recommend to anyone who hasn’t been here or it’s there first time!!!!”
“We have been members of Trefethen Winery for many years and they never disappoint us”
“Ate there for the first time yesterday and can't wait to go back. We're vegetarian but had no trouble finding incredible offerings. The mushroom/leek risotto was the best I've had. The sweet corn tamale appetizers were surprising and flavorful, and the grilled avocado tostados fabulous! On beautiful grounds with fresh produce growing beside the restaurant. Staff was friendly and efficient. Just a great experience!”

“My wife found Baldacci on-line and made a reservation for a cave tour and tasting. We met John in the lobby who took time to get to know us and gave us a very detailed tour of the wine cave. He was was interesting, informative, and personable.
Our tasting included 3 tastes of their popular cabs.and we were treated to tastes of several other varietals. We ended by joining their club by purchasing 6 bottles and having one with dinner.
The grounds are beautiful and the facilities are very comfortable.
Thank you, John, for a great birthday experience.”
“Kate was phenomenal!!! Had a great informative conversation about wine and food pairing. She is an encyclopedia of information about wine. Learned a lot from her even though I already knew a lot.
Beautiful tasting wines. A true boutique winery that produces some of the best wines. One of the best Malbecs I’ve ever had. Their Petite Verdot was amazing. Had to buy and ship!!!”

“TLDR: Staff and service is outstanding, food is high quality and creative, & we will be regulars from here on out! We’d been driving around Napa arguing about what we wanted to eat for about 20 minutes prior to this and I’m so happy we randomly drove by this spot and it called to us. (Arrived just after 5:30pm on 2/5/25) Very kid friendly, both the hostess and our waiter were so kind and accommodating. We eat out with our toddler quite often so he’s used to restaurants, but it was super nice to be somewhere where it didn’t feel like an inconvenience to be dining as a family. Would’ve left five stars just for the awesome staff personalities, but it helps that the food was delicious and the service was great! Sat quickly, waters and menus and a highchair were brought out immediately. Our appetizers of a Cesar salad and meatballs came out very fast and super hot. Cesar salad was my favorite, very flavorful and refreshing. Husband enjoyed the meatballs, they came with plenty of sauce and three large pieces of garlic bread (that my toddler devoured promptly). We ordered a pizza to share, I believe it was called the Potato and Pancetta. Great portions to split as a couple, and delicious pizza! The white sauce was one of the best I’ve had, and the potato part sounded weird to me when my husband ordered but it WORKS. Can’t wait to come back!”
“The food is spectacular I have eaten something different every time and it’s all good Service is terrific too, experienced servers”

“My childhood best friend and I visited Darioush Winery for our 32nd birthdays and we couldn’t have been more impressed. The atmosphere, the service, and the wine was all superb. A special thanks to Marta who helped us throughout our tasting. She is purely excellence. Will be visiting again in the future!”

“This is the best steakhouse in Napa and it's not even close. You'll love the courteous staff service. The ambiance is amazing. I came during dinner time and while it was raining. So, I didn't sit outside. I took a seat at the bar. I waited for my friend Ray. Apparently everyone there knows him, so I got the VIP treatment. I started the same as I always do at a new place: Clam chowder and an old fashioned. This was a top clam chowder... EVER. I've been all over the US and to 17 countries. This was so good. The prevention was very good for a soup. The old fashioned was very tasty with the perfect amount of sweetness, but still plenty strong. I ordered a poke salad (which isnt on the menu), along with a Rose wine. I dont care whats in season or not, I just love a good crisp Rose and this one was absolutely marvelous. The pour size was average. This poke salad is something of legend apparently. They only serve it when there's fresh ingredients. So dont be disappointed if they dont have it upon your visit. It was dark, so the pictures didnt do it justice. Finally, I had the duck confit flatbread: Caramelized Onion ~ Pt. Reyes Blue Cheese ~ Red D'Anjou Pear. This was a masterpiece of flavors in your mouth. I couldn't even finish it. I could tell it came from a wood fired oven and personally turned by the executive chef Marcos. He came out to our bar area to check on us. This is an amazing hidden gem just 7 minutes from Downtown Napa. It's the kind of place that should be in the Michelin guide. Parking - 5/5 time to be served - 5/5 time to be acknowledged - 5/5 quality - 5/5 return value - 5/5 I didnt find any areas of improvement, but I also didnt go to the bathroom like I normally do for all my reviews. I'll check next visit.”
“Small World restaurant in Napa exceeded all expectations. The charming ambiance, coupled with attentive service, made for a delightful dining experience. The menu showcased a fusion of flavors, and each dish was a culinary masterpiece. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients added a unique touch to every bite. From appetizers to desserts, the attention to detail was impeccable. Small World is a hidden gem, offering a perfect blend of sophistication and warmth, making it a must-visit for those seeking a memorable culinary adventure in Napa.”
“Neat place in Napa that has drinks for more than wine folks! Can be noisy and hard to get in, but with it as long as you aren't starving. The food is surprisingly good and the drinks are VERY unique. I like to bring folks from out of town here for something a little different and in the middle of downtown Napa.”

“So good! We were celebrating our anniversary and they helped make it even more special with a bubbly beverage. The food was phenomenal - we walked out of there stuffed. They’ve turned my wife into a caviar lover!”

“5 stars for the ambiance & staff members!!! 2 stars for the finger foods, sorry they were cute and looked good but didn’t taste that great. My friends and I had a lovely time on the 4 course tea train for my birthday. It was all of our first times ever riding the wine train and we enjoyed it, however for the price you pay, you really don’t get your moneys worth (soup, salad, finger/cucumber sandwiches, desserts)and we didn’t even stop to get off the train. Also there really isn’t much to look at fields, a couple stores, construction sites, trailer parks, and few wineries). It’s definitely OVERPRICED! I would do it again if it becomes cheaper though. Maybe offer unlimited wine along with the tea, better food, and something for people celebrating their birthdays. I’m so happy my cousin bought along decorations (vines, rose pedals, 36 lights) to make our area extra cute !!!”
“James and Kevin were absolutely amazing. We just stopped by after meeting Kevin Corley at Monticello Vineyards. He was not open yet but he told us to go by Materra.
We were greeted with smiles and that was nice. James and Kevin took us in even though we did not have a reservation.
They wined and dined us. 😂
After all that, we purchased 12 bottles and became members. An excellent experience.
Thank you all from
Johnny, Ashley and Hunter Ray.”
“We were looking for a good spot to have a conventional American breakfast, bacon, eggs, hash browns, toast. The other spots in Napa were a little fancy with their modern takes on a classic. I just wanted the classic ;). It was delicious, service was prompt and friendly, food was delicious. Great view!”
“I'm Mongolian and the Momo here warmed my heart to its core. The food here is amazing, and very authentic. Obviously, there's a lot of great Indian cuisine around many places, but I'd encourage everyone who's new with Nepalese cuisine to definitely give this place a visit. Such cozy atmosphere, wonderful service, and just loved the food above all.”
“I have been enjoying this wine for a few years now. It never disappoints! So good. Beautiful wines made by a superior winery. The staff here is the best, giving information and sharing stories about their wine that keeps me coming back. My favorite winery in the valley.”
“Amazing place, great people, great service and great food!!!! Totally recommend and totally worth the hour wait”
“MY HANDSOME HUSBAND AND I WERE OVER JOYED TO FIND THIS GEM OF A ICE CREAM AND HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE LOCATION 👍 SO DELICIOUS. THEIR ICE CREAM, CHOCOLATES AND ITEMS FOR PURCHASE WERE AMAZING 😋 THE STAFF WAS SO KIND, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK ON OUR NEXT VISIT TO NAPA 🤩 PAUL & VALARIE.”

“I had the pleasure to have Wine Country Bartending work an event for me. I was more than pleased with their service. I found them to be very knowledgeable when it came to making drinks, as well as presenting with a very professional demeanor. All my guest in attendance had nothing but praise for the service they provided. I highly recommend Wine Country Bartending for your next event!!”
“Dear Jack in the Box on Trancas Ave in Napa, We had a terrible earthquake this morning. Hours later, when it was finally light, my daughter and I looked at our trashed home, we decided we needed food and coffee before we could begin the clean up. We had no power and decided to drive somewhere, anywhere, to find food and coffee. The problem was that the power outage and damage extended far beyond our neighborhood, but throughout the city of Napa. Every store, gas station, retailer was closed, many blocked off with yellow security tape. Then, I spotted your restaurant...open...and turned in. A Jack in the Box employee was letting the people in the line of cars know, they only had coffee. For no charge, with cream and sugar and a smile! Your business was damaged too, and in the middle of clean up. Whoever had the idea to provide this service, is my hero for the day! Thank you so much. Katrena Edman”
“BEST food we had in California all week! I am still drooling thinking of the breakfast sandwiches and coffee!! HIGHLY recommend!”
“The wine cave is beautiful and it's great for exclusive events. It provides a very nice touch and their food is excellent. Of course, the wine pairing just perfect.”

“Stepping up to The French Corner is like entering a little slice of Parisian charm. This quaint stand offers a delightful array of crepes that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. The aroma of freshly cooked batter fills the air, instantly making your mouth water.”

“What a lovely winery! Our tour and wine tasting were immensely enjoyable. We happened to be there on a crisp sunny day in December, and sat around the fire on the patio. Our guides were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I happened to find two wines that I especially loved and am returning home with a bottle of each.🍷”
“Great dog-friendly location in Downtown Napa! We got a perfect mix of shady and sunny in their outdoor seating. I got Lucca the Napa Dog a puppy patty and got him a water bowl too. Everyone was super friendly, and the cheeseburger and sweet potato fries and the oreo shake was super yummy!”
“Our neighborhood spot with friendly staff, consistently good food, a relaxing patio and always running into someone we know!”

“I have lost count of how many times I’ve visited Taj Grill in the past few months, but each time it has been absolutely incredible! The restaurant is very clean, the food is flavorful and staff are super friendly and welcoming (especially Sandhu and Amrit). I honestly haven’t had Indian food this delicious since I visited India. I appreciate the long list of vegetarian and vegan options (which can be challenging to find in our area)…every one I have tried has been beyond my expectations. The blends of spices are complex and layered, giving every dish so much flavor. I highly recommend giving my favorite restaurant on in Napa Valley a try! Five stars for certain!”
“On our visit to Napa we stopped here for a coffee and a piece of chocolate banana bread. It was so good we stopped the next day for breakfast. The place is cute, the staff is friendly and attentive and the food was delicious! Homemade corned beef hash and short rib omelette! The salad I ordered with omelette was equally fresh and delicious! Highly recommend.”
“I had the honor of collaborating with Wine Girl on 2 separate events and it was an absolutely incredible experience. I left each event and interaction feeling like family and the memories that were captured will be treasured forever. The people who run this place are genuinely good and fun-loving people who want to spread fun and happy vibes to those around them!”
“Visited from the UK as my husband had a booked a special trip for my 50th Birthday. And all I can say is WOW! From the moment we arrived the atmosphere at your restaurant was buzzing! Our food was delicious and the portion sizes were great. Staff were all lovely from the bar staff to the waiting staff. We even met Eric (the owner) who just made my night! So thank you Cole’s Chop House, and if we ever find ourselves in Napa again we will certainly be back.”
“We were just there this weekend celebrating a 50th bday with some out of town family. The wine is SPECTACULAR, the food tasty and the service is what really makes this the place to come for your next celebration. The tasting room is beautiful and being able to dip your own bottle is so fun! Nate was our person of the trip. He is knowledgeable on the wines, answers questions but he also just knows how to engage with the people to make their individual experience here the best. We visited three wineries this weekend and this place was BY FAR the best. Thanks Nate and Quilt & Co. for an amazing day!”
“This was my second time to the new Napa location and it didn't disappoint. We ordered everything to share, and it was all fantastic - yuzu chili glass noodles, eggplant, the lamb with french beans, and the daikon rice cakes. The Somm was easy to chat with and picked out a yummy rhone wine (Crozes-Hermitage) which paired well with everything.”
“We visited on a Friday night and loved it so much we came back with our friends and family the next day to do a full tasting experience.
Kelly Barrow made our experience and tasting event truly special. Even when the tasting room was busy she made us feel special and took the time to explain the wines in exquisite detail. As a family of wine makers we truly enjoyed the variety and quality of the wines we tasted at this collective tasting room. Highly recommend and well worth the price!”
Fine Dining
“It was raining hard when we visited Ember and we got lucky that we were seated without reservation. My in-laws were worried of the outside seating but we stayed warm all throughout our dinner. The staff assigned to us was pretty patient and would consider our kind request of taking a photo. Food was great, and we’re allowed to share. That cauliflower steak with gochujang, miso and kimchi which I ordered is worthy as an entree. My in-laws were happy with all the entrees we ordered: salmon, porkchop and roasted chicken. I added sides which complement well with the main dishes. The maitake mushroom was my fave! The baked potato, fries and lobster bisque were great additions, too. I think the toast sourdough was the only awful thing that was served last night- it was burnt but as people who don’t waste food we just removed burnt parts instead. Hope no one experience this in the future. I ordered a mocktail with grenadine and it was the sweetest mocktail I have, so good!!! My husband enjoyed his red wine. Overall, I highly recommend.”
“Another great meal for Sunday dinner. chicken dinner, Hamburger, and Chicken Burger....oh and sweet potatoes fries. Service is always top notch and food is always Hot.”

“It was a beautiful day, so our adventure got off to a great start. We were able to find parking easily, and the staff were helpful. The guys went for the beef burgers, and I ordered the veggie burger (one of the best I've had). We also ordered garlic fries, sweet potato fries, and I splurged on an espresso shake. Everything tasted fresh, portions were generous, and we wanna go back on our next trip to Napa! Tip: We went on a Thurs, so it wasn't crowded... maybe a different story on weekends.”
“My favorite drive up Coffee Shop. Love their Matcha Latte I get mine iced and ask for lavender simple syrup. Just about all the barista’s know my order and more often then not have it ready before I roll up to the window. They are all very friendly and welcoming.”

“Absolutely loved my experience here! The staff was beyond friendly and the food was to die for. My favorite was definitely the nann bread. I would literally stop by just for that! Highly recommended. Thank you for making my birthday amazing.”

“Manager treated us like royalty. Not the usual Napa pretentious hard sell. Relaxed, friendly, funny, and cool. And yes, we bought 5 bottles. The cheese plate is also a great added value and delicious.”

“We love the wine but stayed for amber. She is lovly. She pulled our leg to take a few bottles home !! A choice I wont regret. I left there feeling like I didnt even spend money due to how happy the experience was. 10 out of 10”
“Did a private wine tour and food pairing, and it was such a great experience. Celeste was our host and she was so sweet and knowledgeable. She made us feel totally at ease and brought the whole experience to life. The wines were fantastic, the food pairings were spot on, and the setting was beautiful. I’d come back just to see Celeste again and do another tasting with a bigger group. Highly recommend if you’re in Napa and make sure you ask for Celeste!”

“great food and price eccelnt tri tip sanwitches. me and my worker drive extra far to eat here when we are woking in the area. highly recommended. prices lowered than fast food but reasturant quality food. can't say enough about how good the food is.”
“This was the last winery we toured while in Napa and it did not disappoint!
Upon entrance in their main building you’re greeted with friendly staff and served a glass of wine (which we ended up buying one of these bottles because it was so good) and were then paired up with two other couples (from NJ and IL) and our host, Simon.
Simon made this tour exceptional! He was friendly, informative and most of all his personality is what made all 6 of wanting to spend the rest of the afternoon there chatting and having fun.
The wines we tasted progressively got better and better. The caves were impressive and learning about the history was great.
After the tour we sat down in their patio which was equally impressive with all the arches with vines growing throughout. It was absolutely beautiful! They served our group our pizza (which they asked what we would like before the tour) and some tater tots with dipping sauce. This food was icing on the cake after the wonderful tour with our outstanding host, Simon.
Yep, we ended up having a few bottles shipped home as we loved this wine so much. Can’t wait for it to arrive.
Highly recommend to tour this winery when in Napa!”

“Classic yet elegant! Top drawer wines and experiences! We attended a Cellar 47 tasting! Steve is a very well educated and personable tour guide! In addition to a large selection of high quality wines. The cave tunnels were fun and our taste for cheese etc was hidden away in a private luxury area! We also learned a lot! We become members because there are great benefits to being a member!”
“Someone give Lay a raise! Hands down the best tasting experience my husband and I have ever had in Napa Valley. Lay was incredible! Warm, knowledgeable, and refreshingly down-to-earth. She took the time to sit and genuinely chat with us, which added such a human, memorable touch to the entire experience. We shared so many laughs!
We’ll absolutely be back because of her. And of course… the wine was spectacular, too!”
“Had the mushroom noodles. Very tasty and priced well. Staff was very accommodating.”
“Great food, fun atmosphere, perfect service and the music 🎶 is rocking!!”
“Outstanding Tasting Room in Napa. Enjoyed the selections so much, we joined the club!!!”
“1st time in. Came for a cocktail, as we're going on to another spot for dinner. Will definitely be back to try the chef's faves. Nice spot for sure.
NO karaoke. 🙏🏿🙏🏼🙏”
“Whet Stone Cellars in Silverado Springs was honestly such a standout. The whole place feels relaxed, cozy, but still really intentional, they care deeply about the wine without making it feel intimidating.
The Chardonnay was the highlight for me. It’s super clean and crisp with just the right amount of richness. And I NEVER like Chardonnay! You get bright fruit and this subtle mineral thing going on, but it never feels heavy or over-oaked. It’s the kind of wine you can casually enjoy, but also one that makes you pause and go, “oh wow, this is really good.” Definitely memorable.
Melissa made the experience even better. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to talk to. Nothing felt scripted or rushed. She explained the wines in a way that actually made sense and clearly loves what she does. It felt more like being shown around by a friend than sitting through a formal tasting.
Whet Stone Cellars nails that balance between high-quality wine and a laid-back vibe. Great wine, great people, and an overall experience that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.”
“Had the Dover sole, cooked to perfection with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables which included french bread with spiced olive oil. Staff was very friendly, service was excellent”
“A tasty venture off the beaten path. My experience with this winery was the height of impromptu hospitality. While it is prior reservation is advised, I just so happened to stumble upon this property and was welcomed to warm hospitality and a memorable tasting. Thank you for the experience | look forward to returning with friends and family.”
“I met a friend here for lunch. She is a chef, her husband is a mixologist here in Napa and St Helena. She recommended the restaurant. She loved her biscuits and gravy. My dish was very spicy Mexican 🌶️ dish which actually gave me an upset stomach. I will come back and order the biscuits and gravy next time. Casual atmosphere.”
“We spent some time at The Lincoln Napa on a recent trip to Napa. The food is fantastic, we tried the short rib tacos, Flat Iron medallions, Adobo Chicken wings, Popcorn (oh my! It’s addictive) and the hummus and guac plate (great happy hour menu items). It was so good we had to try the smash burger, and the Entree Salmon (the best!). Their drinks are creative and amazing! We were in Napa for 3 days and had so much fun we visited twice. We will be back!! Thanks for helping make out trip special!”
“The best and most flavorful fresh seafood in Napa Valley ! Exceptional service!! Attentive Staff. Great portions. Some of the most tasty cocktails and mock tails not to mention their extensive wine selection. Beautiful front view to the Napa River ! Surrounded by local boutiques. The desserts are to die for !! The mocha chocolate cake decadence in a bite . Crème brûlée so creamy . Award winning crab Louie salad!!”
“Everything! Staff is on point, food is amazing and don’t get me started on cocktails. All around one of the best restaurants in the Napa Valley.”
“Food was delicious, service was also great. Highly recommended, love the lamb and risotto”
“We wanted to try everything on the menu! Fast, friendly service. Lots of locals. Inspired cuisine that was as beautiful as it was delicious. Can’t wait to go back!”
“We were traveling for Iowa to visit wine country. Happened upon this tasting room and had a very personal experience! We were the only ones there! Emily was such an excellent hostess! We had so much fun! You have a gem in Emily! She is so passionate about what she does! The best tasting ever!”
“Chef Bernardo Ayala (& Chef Ernesto Martínez) are superstars de cuisine!! Every dish we ordered was pure perfection. Our favorite was the Chicken Empanadas. The masa was delicate and rich in flavor. And the arugula, persimmon, pomegranate, pear salad was one of the best salads I’ve had. This is a new favorite of ours that we’ll come back to every time we’re in Napa!”
“Seriously the best food I’ve had in Napa. The corned beef hash is absolutely ridiculous! Must try!”
“We were at group of 7 celebrating a birthday. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I had the Pecan Crusted Catfish. It was to die for with mashed potatoes and wilted spinach 😋 I would recommend this place as a must stop for fine dining in Napa.”
“Great food, service and old school steakhouse atmosphere. It's one of those places that feels like generations have celebrated life's milestones there. The woodwork, photos on the walls, and friendly service create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed a wonderful pre-dinner Old Fashioned. The grilled Artichoke appetizer was awesome. I loved my Filet Mignon. Hubby loved his Rib-Eye. They have a HUGE wine list. So, of course we each enjoyed a lovely glass of Merlot with our dinner. Then we split a great NY cheesecake, for desert. Overall, it was a lovely dinner. We will be returning.”
“Located on the second floor of the Andaz hotel, had an after dinner drink at Mercantile Social. This lounge is outdoors and very classy. If you get a nice weather day, this establishment is definitely the place to be for a discreet outdoor glass of wine!”
“Absolutely incredible. Every dish, every wine pairing. Staff was wonderful. We did the tasting menu and would highly recommend. Courses went well together, ingredients were delicious.”
“First time going, they were very welcoming and gave us recommendations! Got a little bit of everything and we’re VERY delicious!! Amazing people and amazing food!! Kimchi is very delicious too!”
“Ashes & Diamonds is an amazing winery and unique facility with a mid century modern setup. The owner we were told is from Palm Springs and wanted to bring his Palm Springs look to a Napa Valley winery.
We made a tasting reservation in advance and arrived a few minutes prior to our appointment and were warmly greeted by the winery host staff. The winery has a number of different tasting options available at different price points. We opted for the one with the wine flight and cheese and it was a great choice! The wines were all really good and we chose to take a bottle of Rose back home with us.
The host staff were all so warm and welcoming and this was a standout winery during our time in Napa!”
“Hilltop is truly a treat! The views are absolutely breathtaking and create the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. The service was spectacular—friendly, attentive, and made us feel so well taken care of. Everything we ordered off the menu was fresh and delicious. Since we booked our stay through a travel agent, we also received the breakfast buffet, which was mostly pastries. They were tasty, though it would have been even better with a few more protein options. Overall, Madera is a beautiful spot with amazing food and service, and we’d definitely come back!”
“As one of the owners of Wine Tour Pros, we visit countless wineries, but Signorello Estate truly stands out for its exceptional quality and service. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, Signorello has returned stronger after the devastation of wildfires, offering a refined and unforgettable experience. Guests are welcomed with an electric cart tour through the estate vineyards, followed by an exclusive tour of their stunning new winery and expansive wine caves.
On a personal note, I thoroughly enjoy their wines, and Darren, our wine tasting guide, was simply amazing. His fun personality and deep knowledge of wine and Napa Valley made the experience even more special. Whether you're a casual wine enthusiast or a connoisseur, Darin can dive into wine details and elevate the experience. Signorello is a must-visit for anyone seeking a premium Napa Valley adventure!”
“The tennis courts are top notch!! Thank you for being open again!!”
“I had an unfortunate experience at Silverado Market & Bakery due to the attitude of the lady at the cash register. My wife, who is on disability, was treated with rudeness, indifference, and what seemed like a lack of empathy. The cashier's demeanor came across as dismissive and, at times, even disrespectful, which is unacceptable in a customer service role.
It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, especially in a place that should prioritize making every customer feel welcome and valued. Customer service plays a crucial role in any establishment, and I strongly recommend better training to ensure that all staff treat guests with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed our visit, and I hope the management takes steps to address these concerns.”

“We had a great time with Georgia, Sean and Daniel. While they were very busy supporting a significant Napa event they managed it professionally and the winemaker (Daniel) even spent some of his valuable time with us explaining his process and showing us the facilities. One of the more fun and interesting experiences…oh and really good wine!”
“Great new lounge/sports bar spot in the Marriott!! I was looking for a place with the Sunday ticket and South Yard hit the spot.1. South Yard has a lot of TVs and is open early so you can watch your east coast games!2. While the restaurant is outside, they have heaters and fire pits throughout the space for chilly weather or evenings. Dress accordingly!3. Large game area with cornhole, air hockey, and funky play-centric furniture that makes it friendly for kids and adults alike.4. You order via the QR code on your table and then the staff deliver your drinks, food, etc. They have a condiment table with tons of sauces and toppings for your food. The ordering process can be a little wonky (slow, and they ended up having a bunch of receipts for my table and I had to do multiple transactions when closing out) so be patient.5. They have bottomless mimosas and you mix your own - so you can get your preferred proportion of wine and juice. They also have a Bloody Mary bar.6. I have a guilty pleasure for cheap light beers and they had Coors Light for $2 on Sunday. They also offer craft beer on tap/bottle/can and cocktails.7. I had a delicious Lola Farms sausage sandwich with housemade chips. Very good. I also had pretzel bites - the pretzels were good, but, the sauce was some type of beer cheese dip. It wasn't that great - too tangy! Next time I'll try a burger or breakfast sandwich. They looked really good.8. The staff are extremely friendly and gracious. I was checked in on by servers regularly (but not in an annoying way) and they all chatted with me and made me (as a solo diner who loves her football) feel very welcome. Marriott management also checked in, which was nice.Pro-tip: Get there early to get the game of your choice and a good table!I will surely be back!”
“On a hot sunny day able to sit outside and enjoy a great flight testing of wine while enjoying the world pass by . Amazing daily special beetroot salad . Friendly service”
“So delicious and the service is excellent. I will definitely be a frequent customer moving forward.”

“I have been enjoying this wine for a few years now. It never disappoints! So good. Beautiful wines made by a superior winery. The staff here is the best, giving information and sharing stories about their wine that keeps me coming back. My favorite winery in the valley.”

Great service and fun, fun evening.. not your standard meat and potatoes place-a culinary experience😜”

“I made a reservation online but the host didnt find it so she asked us to have a seat and wait. 20 mins go by and we're ignored so I asked if the wait was much longer, or if I could just order to go. I'm told they dont offer food Togo and then I'm asked for proof of my reservation. (Why didn't you ask me 20 mins ago??) Another 15 mins go by, we finally get lead to the back for a table and the noise was overwhelming!! It's like a huge warehouse and everyone is yelling to be heard. The food okay, not memorable. Great to have a restaurant onsite but driving into town would have been a better choice.”
“Felt like I was back in Tuscany! Carbonara was out of this world. And matched with a Tuscan Montepulciano perfectly. Paula gave excellent recommendations. She was very attentive. The lounge is such a comfortable place. Highly recommend! Paula told me that in a couple of weeks the menu will be changed to have an Asian influence. ”
“Went out for a quick day date . We sat at the bar and had excellent service ! He recommended great dishes and cocktails and nothing disappointed!! The tempura vegetables were tender and crispy mmmmmm perfect! The chicken lettuce wraps were fun and flavorful. Both rolls, Ricky Ricardo on vacation and surf and turf were fresh and loved the marinated wagyu and touch of green onions.”
“We had been there multiple times through the years. This time we made reservations for Monday evening. Apparently as of Friday, two days before, they had switched to a fixed menu only of multiple courses. While they had sides, they wouldn't let us order them. Since we were fairly full, we said, we'd just split the fixed menu, but they wouldn't allow that either! A transition period? Notification that things have changed? Some level of customer service given they had just changed the way they functioned? Nope. We had to leave.”
“Absolutely beautiful chateau and grounds. If you don't pony up the dough and make a reservation, you won't get to do much inside (small gift shop in front is the only exception, where you may purchase their product by the bottle as well as other luxury gift items), but the beauty of the grounds is definitely worth the trip. BRING YOUR CAMERA/PHONE!”
“Husband and I had an early reservation for a Saturday dinner. This was our first time, and certainly not our last. We were a little overwhelmed by the extensive menu and asked our waiter, Darren, for his recommendations. He did not steer us wrong. We started with the Wagyu Roll wrapped with rice paper, with sliced jalapenos added - so tender and tasty! We also ordered the Omakase Dinner for 2 with the optional soup and salad. The miso soup was very flavorful, and the salad had a light sesame vinaigrette dressing and was topped by a mound of umami filled chunks of shiitake mushrooms. So far, so (very) good! The shared entree came with an ample variety of various sashimi, nigiri sushi, California rolls and 2 hand rolls. $124 in total. We were satiated and very happy! Darren tended to us enthusiastically, and the food was also impeccable.”

“East coast here and I’m a Dunkin girl, Starbucks has never been my favorite. Had Nicks Mexican Mocha and not only was it amazing that I had to Google and see if I had this on the East coast and was disappointed to see it’s only in the Napa area, so I needed to write a review and give a huge shout out Nicks!”
“The staff is amazing! We had a glass of wine at the bar and the guys at the bar explained the menus. So great. The GM and hostess set us up at Chef Bar, which was a lot of fun. Chef Jonathan is amazing and I highly recommend sitting with him and discussing life and watching him cook. Such a great time. I highly recommend A16”

“Excellent kaiseki dinner. Celebrated my 50th birthday here. Every dish was delicious and the service was top notch! Well executed by the chef and staff!”
