“Silver Sake “Where Everybody Knows Your Name”. This is the go to place for sushi. It’s more than good food. It’s an experience. The staff from chefs, wait staff, to kitchen staff, greet, engage you with friendly smiles. The food is always amazing my kids enjoy their chef choice (Omakase) rolls. Matter of fact we always leave it up to the chef to make whatever they see fit to serve us. Never been disappointed and always left our appetites pleasantly satisfied. When it’s time to leave, as you walk out the doors, you’re always sent off with “ We’ll See You Tomorrow”. It takes every ounce of willpower to not return the next day.

“I visited here for the first time tonight and had the BEST experience! I had just gotten off a long and busy shift at work and wanted to treat myself to dinner. I looked up some sushi restaurants nearby and spotted this one and wanted to give it a try! Everyone from the hosts, servers, and chefs were so kind and attentive. I ordered the Salmon Truffle Sashimi and Sun Roll and it was genuinely the most quality fish I’ve had and hands down the best sushi rolls I’ve eaten! Thank you Sushi Paradise and staff for an amazing meal and wonderful end to my night. I will most definitely be back and I recommend anybody to add this place to their list of Go-To restaurants! 🙌🫶“

“This place is such an amazing local gem! Its very casual atmosphere is welcoming, and gives off half Japanese bodega/restaurant vibes, as they have both imported goods and yummy eats. The staff is so friendly and honestly made it feel like family serving us. I felt like we were actually eating in a local restaurant in HI, their family is originally from HI, so man the local grindz and chill vibe was spot on. I had the sesame chicken bento box and tempura shrimp à la carte, hubby had a sushi roll with tempura shrimp, cream cheese, avocado, and salmon on top. Everything was really good, very fresh and so ono/oishii. Loved that the tempura and sesame chicken were battered not panko crusted, although they do have panko crusted things on the menu that I’m sure are super yummy. And we had to try their HI snow, which is actually legit HI shave ice, not shaved ice, actually soft shave ice. They even import their syrups from the islands. So so amazing. Thanks for the warm welcome for our first visit Kristy, hope I got your name right. Everyone should check out this place which has been around for nearly 31 years!! Can’t wait til our next visit, I’m glad our mom had a haircut near you guys so we could find you!“

“The uni nigiri was rather delightful. Same for the arctic char nigiri. The maki are tastefully presented and taste great. The maitre d’ is warm and welcoming and offers great recommendations to guide you towards their freshest and choicest seafood. Restaurant doesn’t look like a lot from the outside, but it is comfortable clean well lit and charming inside. Will definitely come back and make it part of my regular restaurant rotation..“

When you order a chef’s choice selection, they will sometimes include real wasabi (along with the regular paste wasabi that is more common at restaurants). The look of the restaurant, as well as the visual presentation of the dishes, are very pretty and photo-worthy. The A5 Miyazaki Wagyu is phenomenal. The paper hotpot was a unique and imaginative experience —no single bite was ever the same, but constantly evolving. “This is one of the best Teriyaki place in the area! Consider this as a small mom and pop restaurant that gives you generous portion with flavorful taste. My personal favorite is Chicken Teriyaki and Chicken Katsu combo plate. My wife loves sushi so she usually gets Alaska Dream and Americano. “I've eaten here probably close to 30 times since they opened, including pickups during covid. There's a few Ramen spots around Roseville at this point, but they are the best. For that classic Ramen, just get the fukumi ramen with spicy on the side. Also, for when they finally open indoor dining, they sell beer for like 3ish dollars, which is awesome.

Edit 4 years later: I can track inflation with my fukumi takeout receipts. Have probably had close to 300 bowls of ramen from them.
Still the best around the area despite numerous other spots opening. Their thick noodles just hit different. The only criticism I have is that occasionally hey have an off day with the broth tasting slightly less umami. Not sure if it's the broth itself, or maybe the aromatic oil being different, so if you try them a single time and it was so so, that could be why. Also, their beer prices went up, but what can you do. Still 5 stars 🤝“

Ju Hachi is a spot where fresh shipments of fish come first, and you can Taste it immediately. Clean cuts, fresh, succulent and juicy - the Chefs choice sashimi of the day was ocean trout + hamachi + salmon. For the fitness folks that need high protein macro friendly eats, Ju Hachi is your spot.

For service pacing, the holidays are times we're most businesses are understaffed and patience is truly needed with compassion to understand the service here stands out because they are focused on making sure we have a quality meal despite high volume customers in a small packed place.

Ambiance, the aesthetics makes the place great for family , business meetings, or even bonding time for folks that want to escape work chaos. The music playing was the 90's and 2000s RNB so - best believe it was a vibe.

Tip : sit at sushi bar if you can, order with intention, and build in a little grace and compassion because good food takes time, and so do the folks that make this place possible.“

“I liked the sushi. The all you can eat menu is good and has a lot of items. I mostly like the shrimp tempura rolls and other sushi is good too. I did feel the sauce on some of the sushi made the sushi taste too sweet but overall a good dining experience. The garlic edamame is awesome, very garlicky and delicious, fried rice and miso soup was good. It's also nice to be able to order half rolls, that way you can try a bunch of different sushi“
