“I give the restaurant a solid four star BUT you better hit the 1 button, if you call in an order. I hit the 2 button as suggested! What a nightmare, you get a National Answering Service that doesn’t have a clue about the menu…put me on hold for 4 minutes, then tried to refer me to a different Outback…Nuts. I drove up to pickup area and placed order there! Thank goodness for the usual great service there?“

“We always like to have one meal here when we stay in Long Beach before I cruise. We sit at the bar, which requires no wait time unless you come late. We come for happy hour. There is a great selection of beer which my husband likes. Everything we ever ordered to eat has been very good. The service has been excellent at the bar. We’ve never eaten at a regular table.“

“My husband and I came to Ruth’s Chris Long Beach while we were in town for our anniversary. From the moment we stepped in, the staff made sure we had the most incredible experience. When we got to our table they had decorated it for our anniversary and it made the night extra special. We cannot thank Cece our server & Cory the general manager enough for making the night so memorable for us. The food was spectacular and completely blew us out of the water. We cannot wait to be back!“

“Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I had menu questions they were happy to clarify. They have a QR code with a picture menu. Their rice bowls are only served at lunch and we are already planning our next trip back to try them.“

“Quaint little sit down restaurant inside Ghost Town. We ordered the Roasted Chicken Dinner with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. The roasted drumsticks and thigh were very moist and flavorful. However, the large chicken breast was dry and hard. My teen ordered the Ghost Town Burger with French fries and said it was dry, needed thousand island or a moist beef patty. Fries were crunchy (dry but had good seasoning).“
