“We went to Maleza for dinner in Palm Springs and ohh boy!!! At first, when we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty—which I didn’t mind at all (actually liked it!). Since it was already 7 pm, we thought we might be the only ones there, but within no time the place filled up quickly and was packed—we loved seeing that energy.
We ordered wine, starters, and then dinner, and everything was absolutely delicious. We also finished with a really good dessert to top it all off.
Maleza is definitely a spot we’d recommend!”
“The crepes here are like no other delicious and creative as well”
“There is good food, there is great food, and once in a great while you hit that place that not only has great food, but amazing service, owner and staff. Those moments really hit, and this was one of those moments. Hint, they open at 4, get in line at least by 3:30.”
“Sat outside around 9 tonight and had wonderful service. Food was excellent and the cocktails were delicious. Margarita flight was the perfect choice. 10/10 would recommend”

“I had the most wonderful birthday dinner at Bar Cecil! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely perfect. My sister and I loved every dish we tried, and our server, Jonathan, was so friendly and attentive—we adored him. The pacing of the meal was spot on—we were able to savor each course without ever feeling rushed yet never waiting too long. Every detail at Bar Cecil is beautifully considered, from the ambiance and décor (yes, even the bathrooms!) to the little touches that make it feel truly unique. Bar Cecil is a gem, and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making my birthday unforgettable!”
“Outstanding every-time we visit. Great Seafood, pasta, lobster bisque and much more. This is our favorite restaurant in Palm Springs and we recommend it as a definite not to be missed. Nothing fancy here, just great food and a comfortable welcoming environment. Enjoy!”

“What a gorgeous, historical space with delicious food! We had delightful service from Caroline, she walked us through some local history about the building, the chef, and our food options. The food was timely, stunning, and delicious. I would highly recommend to stop and eat, but also pair with a stay at Sparrows Lodge.”

“Mixed experience, I’ll have to try this place again. The muffaletta sandwich was awesome on the delicious focaccia bread, but the eggplant Parmesan tasted like old oil, it was stale and tasted a few days old. We ended up having to throw it out. My husband had tried to order it as a sandwich, but there must’ve been a miscommunication. Either way, even on a sandwich it wouldn’t have been great. Excited to try the other sandwiches on the takeout menu!”
“Miros is considered by most to be among the top five best restaurants in Palm Springs and with good reason. The atmosphere is warm and comfortably elegant, service is friendly and impeccable. Cuisine is exceptional with comfort food that is refined and clearly farm to table. Expect an absolutely wonderful dining experience every time. Whether dining in the lovely interior, dining room, or the starlit outdoor patio, service is always gracious and attentive. Special thanks and kudos to Alison behind bar for her omnipresent and delightful smile and exceptional service.”

“Frisky Business’s byline—“Where Cats, Community, and Kindness Come Together”—truly encapsulates not only its business philosophy; but also what it is like to visit here. Whether it’s for a refreshing coffee drink and tasty pastry; spending some time playing with in-house cats (for a reasonable fee); or attending one of the special events, it’s always a fun and enjoyable experience. On top of that (and reflecting the values of “Mr and Mrs Frisky”), there is a “pay it forward” board where one can purchase a drink or cat visit for someone who might need some support; and a pantry box where cat food donations can be dropped off for those who can use it or who feed community cats. I recommend Frisky Business to my local friends; and it’s a must “to do” when visitors come to town. It’s a great place owned by great people.”
“I enjoyed a wonderful experience at Farm in Palm Springs for an early Mother's Day dinner. We had delightful three hour six course dinner in a magical setting with live music and delicious fare. PROS: The hostesses graciously greeted us and sat us a bit earlier than our reservation time. Had a nice table in one of the rooms with a fireplace and a large mirror. The saxophonist played and the sound poured in with great acoustics from the speakers. The amuse bouch had avocado, so I could not eat it, so my mom enjoyed all two. My dad could not eat solid foods due to mouth surgery. The bread course had warm fresh items and silky salty butter. The beet salad, melon salad, and corn soup provided earthy, tart, sweet, and creamy bites and tastes. The varied textures provided a kaleidescope of fresh tastes. The baked brie offered sweet and savory mixes of grilled bread, pear, and date spread! The lemon sorbet palate cleanser provided a balanced experience that did its job. The salmon entree provided an exquisitely pan fried crispy and juicy flaky fillet. The creamy dijon mustard sauce complimented the protein perfectly. The sweet peppers offered a wonderful crunch. The swiss chard added some bitter contrast to the garlic potatoes. The wonderfully bitter Citron crepe provided a nice end to a culinary cruise. Crystal took great photos in the garden. Gilbert was professional and affable. CONS: They asked me so many times for extra drinks. I had to prompt them multiple times to fill the water glasses and refills on tea and diet coke. They charged me full price for mashed potatoes, soup, and sorbet for my dad's meal. I get it. OVERALL: I highly recommend this restaurant for a magical evening meal inspired by Provence, France.”
“ "I recently celebrated a friend's birthday at this restaurant, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was top-notch. The food was delicious, and the outdoor setting was incredibly pretty, adding to the overall ambiance. It was my first time there, and I loved every moment. I'll definitely be returning!"”
“This place is a Gem and right next to hair of the Dog and they actually are the cooks for the bar food you get .the Shawarma, the kebabs the rice with their amazing sauce and they have some of the best chicken wings I've ever had. Go and check them out and you will find your new favorite place to eat ! Oh yeah a 10/10 and best
Backlavah in the entire Riverside County.”
“I write for a music and coffee blog called Crooners In Coffeeshops, in which I interview local musicians at local coffeeshops. My writeup reflects the positive experience that I encountered at Mon Amour Cafe on our interview date. Do you have an affinity for crepes? Do you like getting a bang for your buck? Well, Westwood’s Mon Amour Cafe offers both and boy will you not be disappointed. Nestled in the heavily populated neighborhood close to UCLA, this build your own crepe shop offers a variety of recipes to fit your mood. Whether you’re looking for something savory, or want to give into your sweet tooth like I was (in which I opted for the Nutella, strawberry, banana and ice cream infused Broxton), vistors of all ages and backgrounds will be able to find something to enjoy. But that’s not the best part! Mon Amour is open late Friday-Sunday, so you have plenty of opportunity to nab yourself a treat after a show at the Regency Village Theater or Geffen Playhouse Theater, a sporting event at the college, or let’s be honest, after a long night of partying.”
“The chick at the register this morning around 8:15am, is always so lovely. She is awesome. The 4 stars is because they very rarely change up the menu. Like they should have a flavor of the week so there's more of a variety. Like if you come here regularly you get tired of the menu. Also I wish they had slices or samples of the bread. I don't want to buy a whole loaf if I live alone and what if I do and I don't like it?”
“The atmosphere takes you to a village in Mexico. The food is authentic. Love the nachos. Pleasant wait staff.”
“The best Mexican food in town and service is phenomenal a must in Palm Springs to visit”

“Our 2nd time at Spencer’s, and it certainly won’t be the last. Service is extraordinary, the food exceptional, and the ambiance is wonderful. I highly recommend it. I write for a local paper in Missouri -where I despair of the quality displayed by so many restaurants. No wonder I was eager to get back to Spencer’s on our recent trip to Palm Desert.”
“This place surprised me in the best way possible. I came for a casual lunch and ended up staying longer because the food was so good. The BBQ pulled pork sandwich was juicy and tender, and the coleslaw was fresh and tangy. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable.”
“V Wine Lounge & Martini Bar is such a gem!
The vibe is always fun and welcoming. The dates here are to die for, seriously a must try! I also loved the karaoke, it adds such a fun energy to the night. And the lychee martini? So good! Perfectly balanced and refreshing. Between the great drinks, delicious bites, and lively atmosphere, this place never disappoints. Definitely a go-to spot for a fun night out!”
“Absolutely delicious! We went to Bongo Johnny’s for the first time, and we will definitely be going back! The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was so tasty! It is funny but the atmosphere seems very casual, but the food is something you would expect from a fine dining experience. Thankfully the prices were pretty reasonable! And to top it all off, the music was the best! When we were there they were playing 80s music and we just loved it! Bongo Johnny’s is a must if you haven’t been there yet. You won’t be disappointed! 😋😋😋”
“Visited this bar on a weekday and appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. It wasn’t too crowded, and the staff gave great recommendations. I tried a new cocktail and loved it so much I ordered a second one. The music was low enough to talk comfortably. Definitely a solid spot to add to your rotation.”
“Food was delicious. My friend said the avocado toast was the best she’s had. Seating is limited but we didn’t need to wait to be seated. It was a little confusing to know where to sit but it’s basically first come first serve. Staff was friendly and attentive.”

“Location:Good. parking:Good, Covid 19 practices: in place ( no gaters or other face coverings accepted but basic earstrap) Food for Price:Okay, Overall: For a first time try I did like the meal served. I thought the price was fine for what you get. I would come back again to try other items on the menu....”
“I recently discovered this restaurant chain. I have to say, every time I come here, it's always for the same thing; Asada Quesadilla. I'm a quesadilla freak, and their carne asada quesadilla is a 9/10 for me. Their menu is very large, but Im only here for the quesadilla. Occasionally I also order a large horchata. I've never had a bad experience here.”
“Food is always made to order and fresh ingredients.
Vegetarian options: It's a mexican restaurant so while they do offer some vegetarian selection, don't expect and youll be fine.
Parking: The lot is not huge but I've never had an issue finding a parking spot.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, just please ensure they are not running around the camp sites alone
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is fully accessible, including the reataur”
“So good. The self service kiosks at this location make it even easier and faster to order without waiting in a line. Everyone is friendly, food is DELICIOUS!! Only "complaint" is the beans are so fresh and hot, you will burn the roof of your mouth if you eat too fast. So slow down and enjoy the del. I also wish that you would bring back the Beyond Meat options, but I love you for your veggie options as it is”
“Had the most wonderful experience with Freddie. The food, service, and company was outstanding.”

“I apologize but I have been going to get food at this location ever since they opened. I should have given a review from the start, but I wanted to wait until I truly experienced all of what they have to offer. All I have to say is, AMAZING. Everything from their carnitas tacos to carne asada nachos is the best. I can say I even drink their hot sauce lol. You want food that gives every bang for the buck, you need to go here. They are such wonderful people to deal with, which makes it even better.”
“A favorite! The ladies are so patient while the boys make all-important donut decisions. I had a nice breakfast sandwich. The atmosphere is fun and friendly and everyone seems like a regular. The staff always says "See you tomorrow!" With good reason. You'll want to go back!”
“This is what a California Diner should be. John's is a throwback of years gone by in the most wonderful way. the way it smells, the way it looks- the food, the ordering counter, literally everything. John's is one of the most complete places to eat in Palm Springs”
“Food is great as well as the prices. Margarita are good as well. I will definitely be coming back. I’ve been here four or five times now. The waiter didn’t once ask me once how my meal was. Nor did he offer dessert. The gentleman refilling my water, salsa, and chips was awesome though. Maybe I happen to miss it each time I’m but I really would like to hear some mariachi or other types of traditional Mexican music whether live or recorded. This is a Mexican restaurant after all. Again, I definitely plan on coming back.”
“I totally enjoyed my recent and a previous dinner occasion at La Perlita. Service was friendly and efficient, from being greeted through departure after enjoying a delicious meal. Portions were just right in size, not too little or too much. I had the pollo asado and was very satisfied.”
“Really enjoyed Alice b. First time experience. Loved the summer menu. Everything we had was fresh (salads omg so good) and delicious. Cocktails were unique and refreshing. Love the comp valet parking since mobility is an issue for us.”
“If you’re looking for some great Mexican food, this is the place to try! The atmosphere is amazing, the food is even better, and the service is excellent!”
“I want to sing the praises of this Cafe. The food was hands down the best food we've had on our trip. We have the chickpea patty sandwich and curried chicken salad sandwich. The fries were also very tasty. All the wait staff was very kind and attentive. They are well worth visiting”

“Been here a few times and it never disappoints! Everything is tasty. Everyone is kind. Service is just GREAT! - Eric is a Rockstar; always going above and beyond! Such a genuine person!
I see lots of great reviews, some bad; but you can't please everyone, so I thought to write this one out.
Great job with the crazy mornings and grumpy people guys!
Go try this place out for yourself!!!”
“Wow. There are not a lot of quality asian food restaurants in Palm Springs. I have tried a number of them and several are tourist traps with high Palm Springs prices and low quality food.
Peppers Thai is an exception and is a quality Thai restaurant in down town Palm Springs.
Our service was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the menu and offered good insight to us.
The food quality was great. The four of us used to live in San Francisco and we were all happy with the taste of our dishes.
Quantity of the food was great. None of us left hungry.”
“I visited this restaurant with my wife for a quiet dinner, and we were pleasantly surprised. The place had a calm and relaxing vibe, with soft lighting and clean decor. The menu had a lot of variety without being overwhelming. I went with the beef stew, and my wife ordered a vegetarian risotto — both dishes were flavorful and nicely presented. The service was friendly and attentive without hovering. We took our time, never felt rushed, and even stayed for dessert. The chocolate mousse was a perfect way to end the meal. We'll definitely be back!”
“Parents live in PS and PD, every morning I’m there Koffi is the first thing. Hawaii Island is home… and yet I get my coffee beans from Koffi online! Their customer service goes above and beyond! So every day I get to enjoy their American or European espresso while looking at Mauna Kea. Mahalo Nui Loa Koffi, you have a lifetime fan 🙏🏼”
“The most lovely authentic family-owned one-of-a-kind Greek pizza and gyros and more. Friendly, neighborhood atmosphere. Fresh, fresh quality ingredients. Pizza and gyros are wonderful. One of our Palm Springs faves. Looking forward to sampling more from a beautiful variety of Greek fare.”
“We brought our youngest son and his girlfriend. They loved it as much as my wife and I do. Enrique, our server, was excellent. We took his recommendation and started with the pan and bombas for 4. Supreme way to start. The good, drinks and ambiance were on fire.”
“Dined at Amala's last friday night, they're doing a soft opening while they get everything in place and it's outstanding. The setting is so cool at the water park. The decor is amazing, the chef is a pro and everything is fresh and interesting with a ton of flavor. This is going to be the place to go in Palm Springs.”
Fine Dining
“The service from Sophia at Peaks Restaurant was five stars. She was a kind and attentive waiter. The atmosphere is quiet, so having a good conversation at the table is not a problem at all. I arrived for the lunch menu and my wife ordered a chicken sandwich with a salad on the side. I ordered the steak sandwich, as Sophia had recommended, and asked to have it cooked rare. Both sandwiches were very delicious. The ingredients used were fresh. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the Aerial Tramway.”
“I was invited by friends to attend "Ho" for my Birthday. The atmosphere, talented singers and the food were awesome. If you can enjoy the moment and raucous behavior you will have a good time. I will definitely drive from Orange County to enjoy another event in 2024. So much fun!”

“This is a very cute restaurant me and my sister were visiting from Arizona the owner was very attentive and friendly I had the torta carne asada very delicious with jalapeños. Great hideaway atmosphere on Palm canyon I would definitely be coming back. Thank you Mickey”
“Stumbled upon Koffi Central in Palm Springs this morning—what a hidden gem! The iced coffee was incredibly refreshing (especially in this crazy heat!), and the savory quiche, burrito, and apple pie were all delicious. Chill vibes inside and out, with friendly staff and cozy seating. A perfect breakfast surprise!”
“We order pizza from Palermo Pizza as most of the regular Italian restaurants were closed for August here in Palm Springs, CA. Madison and his daughter Sammi were great and the pizza was excellent. We shall be returning and hopefully the restaurant will be back serving inside soon! Thank you Matisse and Sammi for your great service.”
“This place had a line and had to find out why. There are tons of unique and good flavours of ice cream. They also will convert any ice cream to a milkshake or add 1/3 toppings to your ice cream like Oreo’s, MnM’s. I turned the one I ordered into a milkshake and was so good walking downtown. The place is small and isn’t the fastest but worth the wait.”

“Definitely recommended! They sat us on the patio, and the atmosphere was great. Our servers were really helpful. We followed their recommendations and boy was that a good idea. The appetizer was cooked to perfection and lightly spiced. The dinner was even better. The spicing built upon the appetizer but a bit richer and more complex. Combined with the drinks, it was an exceptional meal. Each element built on the one before it. We’ll done gang, that was a great experience!”

“It's like being home sitting at our favorite table on the rail in Palm Springs. A people watching experience if ever there was. Oscar greeted us with a choice of waters, smiles and welcomed us back. Claudia was our server and as always a joy! She found our favorite wine, Willamette Pino Noir Estate and caught us up on the delicious changes in the menu. I started with the fatbastard oysters, mmm. We had the Wedge Salad, we should have split it, next time. Our Filet Mignon, asparagus and potato crouquettes were cooked to perfection. We then ended our meal with an amazing creme brulee.A quick hug from Chip who was busy as all get out. See you in the high season Zin.”

“Went in for iced coffee. What looked like the manager was super friendly and kind. However the other female employee stood in front of me having a full length convo without him while I awaited being even seen despite being the only person in line. She was also listening to music in headphones the whole time which put a damper on the experience.”
