“Had to stop by my favorite Italian grubbin in the heart of Old Town Pasadena all the way from Boise. This was my 3rd time and each time just keeps getting better; definitely the bigger the party, the better. We paid $225 for 4 pasta entrees, 3 appetizers, & 2 glasses of wine for a party of 6. I’ve learned to like my pastas al dente after having them here. The meatballs are banging, the wine-pairing was delightful. Our service was attentive and pleasant; the vibe is always vibrant and homey. Highly recommended.“

“I'm giving Oji a five star rating because I have been coming here for years--at least the past 6 years. Most of the time, the food is great! My recent visit--the crispy tuna appetizer was flavorless and a bit chewy in a less than fresh way. Although this was my first time at Oji in a while, I was surprised because normally the food is delicious! Service was good. I'll try again Oji!

“Delicious breakfast which is enough for two people so it's reasonably priced. The bacon was the best part. Potatoes are deep fried and I like mine less greasy. A lot of customers came in so it's a popular spot. I loved that they were able to make me iced coffee with oatmilk. The staff is friendly and the food comes out fast. They will seat you or you can seat yourself. You order at the counter and they give you a number and they bring your food to you. If you come to the front, you walk up stairs but staff said there is a large parking lot in the back and a ramp for accessibility. I will definitely come here again!

Today I got the toasted salmon cream cheese bagel and it is absolutely deliciuos!!! This place is very popular, non stop people coming in but you can get in and out quickly. They are fast and you can get take-out if you are on the go.“

Colorful walls covered with lusciously colored art reproductions makes the place warm and welcoming. We enjoyed such things as omelettes, hash browns, standard wheat toast, fruit bowls, bacon etc- all quickly delivered and piping hot. Highly recommend as a comfortable spot serving American classics.“

I just wish they'd open one in Claremont, CA!!! The Don't Mess With Texas is my favorite taco and my husband loves the brisket taco. Everything is amazing though!!!“

“Yvonne and her team are the BEST of the BEST! Everything about the experience was exceptional. The team is so professional, organized, and prompt. They put so much love and care into the product. I ordered a custom birthday cake and it was better than any cake I could've ever dreamed of! absolutely perfect in every way visually. The taste and texture was phenomenal, even the non vegan/GF party guests were RAVING that it was the best cake they'd ever had. It is so hard to find a fully vegan/GF bakery that does cakes that are artistic, unique, and STUNNING- I cannot say enough good things about Yvonne and her amazing team. It didn't need the chicken. The best was the ribeye melt. The meat was cooked perfectly.The sourdough was crusted with parmesan. With a side of horseradish that was perfectly paired for this sandwich.“

“I went here for the first time on a Tuesday night. They have a physical menu and an online menu. My friend and I ordered a bunch of thin slices of meat. Lamb and beef. We tried pig brain, I did not like it. My favorites were the lamb slices. I also tossed in a block of udon noodles into the broth. The combination of chewy udon with lamb was phenomenal. We also ordered plenty of vegetables but some of their names I don't know. I let my friend mix in the sauces to make one whole sauce. It was a sweet sauce. The service was really good. They were always checking on us. The waitress was very helpful with our questions.“

It has a community atmosphere with a big communal table and I always leave wanting to buy all the merch and food in the display. Kaiy knew what she was doing when she opened this place. The hot and iced lattes with their unique holiday twists are yummy and I haven't had one food item that I wouldn't recommend. Don't sleep on the desserts, the lasagna or the pot pies!“

Far from fancy, but a nice place for a sandwich and chit chat with friends, either sitting inside or outside. Parking lot is free for first 90 minutes.
