“Super delicious Green Tea Salad, Samosas, green beans, vegetable curry dish, chicken curry dish, pineapple fried rice and coconut pudding dessert with ice cream we’ve ever had. Really great portions , super friendly staff - overall great energy! We highly recommend.“

“Pretty good. I've been to teriyaki madness a bunch in Las Vegas and I feel like there used to be more tofu in my junior bowl. I also think that the teriyaki sauce has been a bit watered down unfortunately. It's definitely more expensive than in Vegas.... Five more dollars a bowl.“

“A pretty decent family owned Vietnamese restaurant. It’s been a while we saw traditional dripping coffee, so we really liked it. The taste was authentic.For the food, we ordered one Shrimp spring rolls, one Grilled pork ball spring rolls and one Pho Tai. Pho was decent, the broth was just okay. The other two dishes were good. But, I agreed the price was quite expensive compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I have tried.I think they kinda lack of staff because one lady took the job of waiter + cashier + preparing drinks, one uncle served food and cleaned up tables, and there seemed to be only one chef. Thus, it took a bit of time for food to be served. But, the lady was very nice. She chatted with us for a bit while serving our drinks and during checkout.

“Good food and fast service!“

“There's always a line for this restaurant so be prepared to wait. Once seated service is relatively quick. Love the flavor of the noodle dishes. They're ramen noodles (not gluten-free) without the broth and you can mix different spices into your dish. I ordered the vegan and added a poached egg. However once the fried tofu gets cold, it becomes rubbery. Next time I'd like to try their rice dishes.“

“Waited approximately one hour to be seated. Spoiker: it was well worth that wait. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and pork buns. I can't decide which part was better, the noodles or the broth! The pork buns were priced just right at $8 for 2. Some of the best I've had. You are all so lucky to have such a wonderful ramen bar in your community. I am from Maine and will be sure to stop by this establishment every chance I get once I am in town.“
