“Following a Michelin Guide. The menu offers a solid selection of ceviche and seafood dishes. We tried two types of ceviche and the marlin tacos. The ceviche portions were surprisingly generous for appetizers, while the three tacos felt a bit small for $24.
Our waiter thoughtfully asked whether we could handle spicy food — their ceviche comes with a generous amount of chili and green sauce — and offered to have it prepared milder. We appreciated that touch of attentiveness.
The food itself was fresh and flavorful with no real complaints on quality. That said, it didn't quite reach the level of culinary creativity or refinement I'd expect from a destination worth a special return visit. Service was a little disorganized, and there was an error on the bill.

“We swim at this beach and we love getting breakfast tacos and burritos afterwards. This food is delicious! They have vegetarian options. Their salsas are freshly made and the habanero is muy picante! 🌶️ Add their avocado green salsa - it’s unique and delicious! Very, very nice staff working day and night.“

Classic hole in the wall with outstanding specials including fish tacos that absolutely rock at a fair price (especially on Wednesday when they offer a $3.00 per fish taco special that can'tbe beat) Worth the drive...and close to LAX. Great staff always going above and beyond to make customers happy. 2 thumbs all the way up.“

“The shrimp fajitas exceeded my expectations, especially for pier food. Spicy is the way to go, not too spicy but flavorful and a decent amount of shrimp even for the small size. Garlic bread was also great and way bigger than I expected. Would skip the fries next time but will definitely be back!“

“First time here and i will say they give the HEALTHIEST fillet portions I’ve seen in a looong time! BUT if you don’t order jumbo shrimp you’ll be pissed off. The regular shrimp are so tiny.

Overall everything was seasoned well. Fried to perfection and my catfish was so juicy. I didn’t care for the fries but that’s just me I’m not a fry person.

Hush puppies were good. Bread nice and soft! And the tartar sauce is definitely home made.

Don’t forget to ask for extra hot sauce (THEY WILL ONLY GIVE YOU 1) and if you hate pickles (like me) don’t forget to tell them you don’t want them.

4 stars is for the small shrimp, pickles, and the 1 piece of a piece of a PIECE of lemon they gave me lol

Came in cold and fresh so excited that I found my new spot for Santa Barbara uni beyond tasty I almost finished the box in one sitting haha!! Didn’t try the caviar yet but loved the seaweed ! I ordered the langostinos and a michi. The Mr order the asad plate which he loved and also a michi. I got my food spicy and like I said it was delicious. so much so that I bragged about it to my brother-in-law, and we went back again today and sadly, it was not the same experience in regards to food. My rice and beans were semi lukewarm. The shrimp were not prepared in the way, they were the previous day. I was completely disappointed. It seems like maybe there’s possibly different cooks because I don’t understand. I hope when I return that the food will be just as good as it was the first time.“

“Food was good. The fish at the table next to us smelled so good I thought I ordered the wrong thing. But the tacos I had were freaking delicious. I didn't get pictures of our food we were kind of in a rush we started eating quick. The shrimp cocktail was so good it's a sharable amount my wife and I had after the concert (obviously got it to go) it was huge. I had the shrimp and asada tacos with their chipotle Mayo sauce which was bomb. I can keep going but won't definitely recommend this place.“

“The fried fish tacos here are soo good! Always perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and soft/tender inside. The batter is perfect every time. Do yourself a favor and get the 2 taco plate combo, it’s a great deal plus the garlic rice is SO addicting. I love that they serve it with black beans. They give you chips while you wait and serve with really tasty salsas(the green and orange ones are my fave). The folks who work here are all so kind and the restaurant is always super clean. 👍 One of our favorite lunch spots!“
