We got there late so most things were sold out except the pizza, but we definitely will be back to try more. There is limited outdoor seating with some benches outside.“

Carlos , manager , was so helpful in planning menu and each guests could order thatvnite with everyone menu. We had choice of 2 salads, 5 entrees and 2 desserts. Our guests all raved about food and service. There was a table with appetizers for guests as they arrived and presented so nicely. Couldn’t have been happier and we were not charged for the room which several other places wanted to charge for just room. My daughter in law was able to go over that Saturday morning to decorate and put all flower arrangements in the tables. It looked amazing. Can’t say enough good things about the evening. I added a single beignet with this and as someone with Louisiana creole heritage, and raised with authentic creole and cajun cuisine, THIS is beignet done right! I normally steer clear of restaurant beignet because of too many past letdowns, but taking a chance here was well rewarded.“

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my first visit was nothing but a very nice experience. Two young men behind the counter seemed really friendly and helpful. “Food was standard American Thai fare. The pad thai was average, although my party enjoyed the spicy eggplant stir fry dish. Everything is pretty okay, and decent enough if you're in the mood for Thai food. I will say it was nice that entrees were $14-15. Pretty affordable meal.

We came on a Sunday afternoon (2pm) on a holiday weekend. We had to sign up on the waitlist, and it was about a 20minute wait until we got a text saying our table was ready. Staff was nice, although never refilled our waters.

The interior gives a casual vibe. The space isn't very big, and all tables were completely filled at all times. Noise volume inside was moderate. Can still hear your tablemates without raising your voice too much, but it wasn't quiet in there by any mean.s There's tv screens, one of which was broadcasting the news channel.“

After my review, Noe Valley Bakery reached out to me about my experience and fully rectified the issue. I’m really glad to see that they stand behind their products and genuinely care about their customers. I was surprised and impressed by their quick response and the action they took to make things right. I’ll definitely be giving their cakes and pastries another try!

I searched for a cake for my daughter’s birthday and read all the positive reviews and decided to pull the trigger and ordered two cakes. I was disappointed in what I received. The although the cake looked nice on the outside, the cake was pretty dry and crumbly on the inside. Each time we cut a slice of it and tried to move it to the plate, the slice would fall apart. I’ve read reviews where people commented on how moist the cakes are, but that was not the case on the cakes I received. I ordered the strawberry cake and the matcha cake. It just didn’t taste fresh and as if it was made a few days in advanced got stale.“

We’re trying to order a falafel sandwich not a 5 course meal. Keep it simple and your employee should be able to take a simple order at the window with specific instructions.“

“I have been here a few times now. Great food, great service, combined with a modest price. Get there for the early bird and the deals are even better. I have enjoyed their breakfast multiple times. It’s got that charm that I absolutely love when walking into a breakfast/lunch restaurant. Lots of locals eat here, and the television screens run a montage of pictures of all the great parties and festivities that occurs in the Castro. Great place to eat and start your day!“

“Champa Garden is not bad. The restaurant was full at 7pm on a Wednesday night. It had vibes of the Osha Thai (now defunct) on Geary and Leavenworth. You know, dim lighting and noisy. I had the Tom Kha $17.50 (coconut based sour soup) with shrimp and Pad Thai, also with shrimp $16.50. The reason I came here was because they close at 9pm. Nowadays, most restaurants close around 8pm. The soup was OK with pieces of earthy roots, mushrooms, shrimps and some herbs. It wasn't sour enough as this was a coconut based soup. The Pad Thai tasted fine. It was a bit too wet for me though.

The only mishap was there was a table of tech bros in the corner talking really loud. There was one guy that liked to talk over his friends almost shouting about his AI adventures. Time to go. I packed up my food as soon as possible and left.“

“I love this spot! My sister used to work here while I was growing up as well as a few friends while I was in my teens. It has always been a peaceful place to draw, read, catch up with a friend, and sip coffee with a snack. They have changed ownership a number of times and always retained good quality! From time to time a man will come in and play piano on the out of tune wooden one. Mostly 60s-early 80s music, he knows all the lyrics too! The landscape artwork by Pam Anderberg is really phenomenal and matches the coastal energy of the cafe. Couldn’t speak higher of a cafe in Pacifica!
The line can be a bit overwhelming on weekends if there is an event. When there was a running event I think it took 20 minutes to get a coffee and muffin.

Reducing a star because of a female barista here that gave terrible service. I asked if I could order two separate single shot espressos, instead of a double shot to which she responded “take your scam somewhere else this is a small business etc.” and generally took a harsh tone. I still ordered and just got a double shot. When I gave her cash for this, she tossed the change back across the counter from my purchase which slid onto the floor. This interaction has stuck with me as I’ve never had a problem visiting this cafe before. Anytime I see this barista behind the counter I decide I’ll just have coffee at home instead.“
